We-Vibe Jive 2 In the Box Photo

The We-Vibe Jive 2 is a premium, app and remote-controlled egg vibrator. It’s designed for hands-free G-spot stimulation in bed or while wearing it around (if you want clit stimulation, consider a panty vibrator).

It’s an updated version of the original We-Vibe Jive, which has been discontinued, and sits above We-Vibe’s cheaper Jive Lite in the line. It’s stronger than both older models, and it’s the only one with a physical remote control. The last main difference from the other Jives is the shape: the Jive 2 is thicker with a pronounced bump for G-spot pressure. Its profile is closer to the Lovense Lush line than to the oval-shape of the other Jives.

The egg is covered in smooth, body-safe silicone, it’s IPX7 waterproof and safe to fully submerge for cleaning, and rechargeable via a magnetic USB cable.

The We-Vibe Jive 2 is one of the best egg vibrators if you prefer a physical remote. Its G-spot stimulation is strong and rumbly, and the vibrations are quiet.

Compared to the VeDO Kiwi (the other remote-controlled egg I recommend), the Jive 2 is stronger with better G-spot pressure, has a better connection range with its remote, and a longer battery life. But the Kiwi is more rumbly and comfortable.

The Jive 2’s app is terrible, so you’re far better off choosing a Lovense egg if the app is a priority. The Lovense Lush 4 and Lush Mini are excellent eggs, even stronger than the Jive 2, with a fantastic app – they just don’t have a physical remote.

Like all egg vibrators, the Jive 2 is designed for hands-free G-spot stimulation. If you want hands-free clit stimulation, a panty vibrator is the better choice.

Clit Stimulation: Main Takeaways

Clit Stimulation: N/A

Like all egg vibrators, the We-Vibe Jive 2 only stimulates your G-spot – not your clit. For clit stimulation, a panty vibrator is the better type of wearable for you. See all our recommendations for the best panty vibrators here.

An egg vibrator is a good option if:

  1. You enjoy internal vibrations, G-spot pressure, or fullness on its own. (Many people need clit stimulation to orgasm, but internal stimulation can still feel good and be great foreplay.)
  2. You plan to pair it with clit stimulation from something else.

I can’t orgasm even with our strongest G-spot vibrator alone, but when I pair it with clitoral stimulation, it makes my orgasms feel more full.

G-spot Stimulation: Main Takeaways

In the next sections, I’ll cover the Jive 2’s G-spot power, range, transfer effectiveness, and rumbliness in-depth.

Here’s the main conclusion: the Jive 2 is one of the strongest, most rumbly G-spot egg vibrators we’ve tested. Vibration transfer is outstanding – tied with the Lovense Lush 2, Lush 3, and Lush 4 for the most effective of any egg vibrator we’ve tested. The power range is wide, and rumbliness is second only to the VeDO Kiwi – a more more affordable alt with a worse remote and less G-spot pressure.

Vibration Transfer Effectiveness Rating: 10.0
Power vs Frequency Graph:
How Strong Is Each Power?

The We-Vibe Jive 2 has excellent vibration power, includes a gentle start, and its shape transfers the vibes to my G-spot effectively.

Its among the strongest egg vibrators we’ve tested, reaching a 9.0 out of 10 top power when controlled from the remote or on-toy button. It’s stronger than the Jive Lite and the original Jive. Only a small handful of egg vibrators (like the Lovense Lush family) reach a higher top power. The 15 power levels accessible from the remote span a wide range, starting gentle enough for warmup and climbing in gradual increments to the strong end.

One frustrating quirk is that the app has a bug where you can’t reach the toy’s actual top setting from the app – you only have the full power range from the remote. The top strength in the app is 84% of the motor’s true strength.

The vibration transfer to my G-spot is excellent, tied with the Lovense Lush 2, Lush 3, and Lush 4 for the most effective of any egg vibrator we’ve tested (We-Vibe re-designed the shape to match the Lush line more closely).

Side View of We-Vibe Jive 2 and We-Vibe Jive Lite
The more bulbous profile of the Jive 2 (left) is more stimulating than the Jive Lite (right) which does not have that pronounced, front-wall bump.

The contoured, bulbous shape applies good pressure to the G-spot and holds the motor in firm contact with the front wall, so strength isn’t lost between the motor and your body. And the rumbliness helps the vibrations travel even more effectively for a very stimulating feel.

G-spot Vibrations: Frequency (Rumbliness)

Rumbliness Rating: 8.4
Power vs Frequency Graph:
Frequency on Low Power: 28.0 Hz (Extremely Rumbly)
Median Frequency: 73.8 Hz (Moderately Rumbly)
Frequency on High Power: 103.2 Hz (Moderately Buzzy)
Rumbliness & Power Balance: 8.7
Beat Sensation: 7.0

The We-Vibe Jive 2 has great rumbliness.

For G-spot stimulation, rumbly vibrations matter more than they do for clitoral. With clit vibrators, you’re placing the vibe directly on a highly sensitive area. But G-spot vibrations have to travel farther through tissue to reach more nerve-rich regions, and lower-frequency rumbly vibrations travel through your body much more effectively.

I’ve found that above 120 Hz, even a strong motor’s power tends to dissipate without feeling as impactful on my G-spot. Below that, the motor’s strength translates well to what you actually feel – and the Jive 2 stays under that 120 Hz across its entire range, even at the top setting.

The lowest setting is extremely rumbly at 28 Hz, which makes for a deep, gentle warmup. And the middle of the range is still moderately rumbly. Like almost all vibrators, the frequency rises as power climbs, and on the top setting the Jive 2 reaches 103 Hz, which is moderately buzzy, but still well under that 120 Hz rough threshold. So even at the top buzzy setting, the strong stimulation feels impactful.

The Jive 2’s vibrations also carry a beat-like sensation – a low-frequency “tapping” layered on top of the main vibration frequency, making the overall feeling even more rumbly. It’s most prominent on the lower-to-middle settings and disappears as the vibration wave becomes cleaner on the top settings. But it makes those settings with the “beat” really enjoyable.

The “tapping” or “beat” sensation is especially audible on the first 3-4 settings

App Control: Main Takeaways

App Control: 5.1
Close-Range Features Rating: 5.7
Long-Distance Features Rating: 4.0
Close-Range Connectivity Rating: 5.2
Long-Distance Connectivity Rating: 4.3

In the next sections, I’ll cover the We-Vibe app’s close-range features, long-distance features, and connectivity in detail.

Here’s the main conclusion: The We-Vibe app is buggy and bad. It’s way behind Lovense’s app (the best app-controlled brand).

In close-range there’s ongoing bugs that affect several products, including the Jive 2. The controls often freeze and the app caps the intensity to about 84% of the Jive 2’s true top strength, among other issues. Long-distance control has a bug that often blocks you from connecting at all.

Some of the issues encountered in the We-Vibe app. While these won’t all happen every time, the unreliability is frustrating. The Jive 2 has a remote as a backup, which is helpful since the app is not something you can count on.

If app control matters to you, go with the Lovense Lush 4 (if you like a fuller-feeling egg) or Lovense Lush Mini (if you like a slimmer egg for better comfort). The Lovense app is the best with outstanding features and connectivity.

App Control: Close-Range Features

The We-Vibe app’s close-range features are weak because the app is so buggy. If it worked properly, it would be a decent option for simple intensity control and preset patterns. But the current experience is frustrating.

We-Vibe Jive 2 Single Vibe in App
Single Vibe mode.

The main controls are Single Vibe and Multi Vibe. Both let you drag an on-screen dot up or down to adjust intensity. Multi Vibe also lets you assign preset patterns to four corners, so you can quickly switch between steady vibration and a few favorite patterns without digging through menus. The design is simple and convenient in theory.

We-Vibe Jive 2 Multi Vibe in App
Multi Vibe mode.

But several newer We-Vibe toys, including the Jive 2, have bugs on these screens. Even when the app shows 100% power, the Jive 2 only reaches about 84% of the strength that you’d get from the remote or on-toy button. The strongest app setting still feels good, but you need the remote for the toy’s true top power. The control dot also sometimes freezes or stops responding.

There are 10 preset patterns you can choose from in Single or Multi Vibe mode, each with a name and waveform icon. Some are easy to understand, like Pulse and Wave, while others are less clear. There’s also a Playlist feature for stringing patterns together, but you can’t feel what you’re building as you make it, so it’s mostly guesswork.

We-Vibe Single Motor Pattern Creation in App
Pattern Creation is very clunky in the We-Vibe app.

Custom pattern creation is poor. It’s hidden several taps away, and you can’t feel the pattern while drawing it. You have to draw the waveform, save and name it, return to the control screen, select it, and only then test how it feels. The patterns are also limited by your screen width, so they come out short and choppy. My partner’s pattern played, but mine crashed the app on all four attempts.

We-Vibe Sound Mode
Sound Mode in the We-Vibe app.

The sound and music modes are okay. Sound Mode uses your phone’s mic, while Music Mode syncs to songs saved locally on your phone – not Spotify or Apple Music. Both work, but the controls are poorly labeled, and there’s no minimum-volume threshold like Lovense offers, which is helpful in preventing your toy from vibrating until the sounds around you are loud enough.

For close-range play, I’d use the Jive 2’s remote instead of the app. If you want an egg vibrator with excellent app control, the Lovense Lush 4 or Lush Mini are better choices.

The We-Vibe app’s long-distance features are too buggy to recommend. The design is decent in theory, but persistent connection and control issues make long-distance play unreliable. If long-distance control matters, the Lovense Lush 4 or Lush Mini are much better choices.

Long-distance control is supposed to work like close-range control. Your partner gets the same Single Vibe, Multi Vibe, and Touch screens to control your Jive 2, and you can control their toy the same way. You can also take back control of your own toy mid-session without ending the call, which is a useful feature.

We-Vibe Video Call Partner Controls
Your partner’s control options and view during a video call.

But the same close-range bugs carry over. Your partner still can’t reach the Jive 2’s full power from the app, and the control dot sometimes freezes or stops responding.

Long-distance has extra bugs. Most importantly, both partners often show as “offline” even when you’re both in the app, which can prevent you from starting a session at all.

Even when it does connect, starting a video call is clunky. You have to send and accept four separate requests: the call, camera access, control of your toy, and control of theirs. The video feed is blurry and choppy compared to Lovense.

We-Vibe Chat Options in App
Your chat options in Long Distance Mode.

Chat works as a basic messenger, with text, photos, voice notes, and video clips. We-Vibe does let you save multiple partners, but it doesn’t offer Lovense’s anonymous one-time control links or auto-accept settings for trusted partners.

For long-distance play, the Lovense Lush 4 or Lush Mini are far better egg vibrators – and they cost less.

Long-Distance Connection & Response Reliability: 4.0

The We-Vibe app’s connectivity with the Jive 2 is poor in close range and broken in long distance. The issue isn’t the Bluetooth signal – it’s the app.

The Jive 2’s Bluetooth hardware is fine. It has excellent range and handles body interference well. But the app causes unreliable reconnection, missed commands, and long-distance bugs that make it unusable. If app control is a priority, the Lovense Lush 4 or Lush Mini are much more reliable.

Initial pairing is simple. Once you add the Jive 2 to the app, it usually reconnects in two taps with no on-toy action needed. This works fine if you use one phone and only have one or two We-Vibe toys.

The problems start if you switch between several We-Vibe toys or connect the same toy to multiple phones. Then quick-connect can fail, and the fix often requires deleting the toy from the app, forgetting it in your phone’s Bluetooth settings, and pairing it again.

Reconnection during play is inconsistent. If the signal drops and returns within 10-20 seconds, the app usually reconnects automatically. But during that gap, the app may still look connected, so your partner can be “controlling” the toy while nothing is actually happening. If you’re out of range longer, you may need to reconnect manually, sometimes by holding the on-toy button – awkward if you’re wearing it.

We-Vibe Reconnection Prompts
The We-Vibe app walks you through steps to pair your toy if command is broken.

Even when the connection holds, commands often miss. On the Single Vibe and Multi Vibe screens, the toy may not respond when you drag the control dot, or it may freeze up completely. These misses are intermittent, but frequent enough that I don’t trust the app.

The Jive 2 holds up to body interference well. Our test simulates nearby partner control where your body sits at three increasingly difficult angles, between the phone and toy. Many wearables lose connection at the hardest angle because water-rich body tissue weakens Bluetooth more than walls or clothes. The Jive 2 stayed connected through all three. Its open-air range was also excellent at 275 feet.

Long-distance play is more problematic than the close range issues. Both partners often show as “offline” even when they’re in the app, preventing sessions from starting at all. When sessions do connect, control commands often stop affecting the toys. Both bugs happen regularly, and there’s no reliable fix.

For dependable app connectivity in close-range or long-distance play, the Lovense Lush 4 or Lush Mini are better choices.

Remote Control: Main Takeaways

Remote Control: 9.4
Features Rating: 8.9
Connectivity Rating: 9.8

In the next sections, I’ll cover the Jive 2’s remote features and connectivity in detail.

Here’s the main conclusion: the Jive 2’s remote is excellent – it has all the controls you need paired with outstanding connectivity. Use the remote over the app to control the Jive 2.

Remote Control: Features

Remote Control Features Rating: 8.9

Vibration Pattern Control Method: Dedicated +/- Buttons
Can Adjust Pattern Intensity? Yes
Partner Feedback: Input Confirmation Only (Blink / Pulse)
Remote Control Comfort: 9.5
Remote Power Source: (1) 4LR44

The Jive 2’s remote features are great.

One of the best aspects is that the power and pattern controls are separate. There’s dedicated + and − buttons to move forward and backward through 15 power levels. And pressing and holding either button helps you reach a higher or lower setting faster.

There’s forward and backward buttons to move through the 6 vibration patterns. So I never have to cycle past patterns to reach a power level or vice versa – many remotes put power and patterns on the same loop. And you can raise and lower the intensity of each pattern.

Wearables Remotes Size Comparison
Remote Control size differences can vary. The We-Vibe Moxie+’s is 5th from the left, and is a nice size to fit into the hand or pocket.

The remote itself is comfortable to hold. It’s small and silicone-coated sitting naturally in my hand. And the buttons are raised enough that I can feel which is which without looking – this kind of eyes-free operation can be a practical advantage of a remote over an app.

Like most remotes, the Jive 2’s remote just blinks when a button is pressed – there’s no way for the partner holding it to tell what setting your toy is on. It’s not a huge deal, especially if you’re often the one controlling your own toy. But for a controlling partner, it can feel less engaging than an app’s visual feedback.

Remote Control: Connectivity

Heavy Interference Position: Stable
Remote Control Responsiveness: 10.0
Control Reliability with No Interference: 10.0
Perceived Delay: Instant (Feels Wired)
Typical Reconnection Workflow: Instant/Automatic
Max Remote Range: 125 ft

The Jive 2’s remote connectivity is outstanding. Body interference doesn’t faze the remote’s signal.

When a partner is controlling a wearable, your body sits in the path between the remote and the toy – and water-rich body tissue weakens Bluetooth and RF signals. Our body-interference test simulates this at three progressively challenging angles.

With the Jive 2, the remote holds a stable connection through all three. Because our test runs harsher than typical real-world conditions, partner-controlled play with the remote should stay reliable in practice.

Button presses register instantly – the toy reacts the moment my finger leaves the button, keeping the rhythm of play intact. There’s effectively no reconnection routine either: a quick press of any button wakes the remote when it’s been idle. If you go out of range, it reconnects automatically when you come back into range.

The remote also reached about 125 feet in our open-air range test – measured with clear line-of-sight and no body interference. That’s longer than most wearable remotes I’ve tested. While real-world range will be shorter once objects and body interference come in, there’s plenty of margin.

On-Toy Controls

On-Toy Controls Rating: 6.1
We-Vibe Jive 2 On-Toy Controls Photo
Control Interface: 5.0
Vibration Power Control Method: Single Button Cycle Loop (Shared)
Vibration Pattern Control Method: Single Button Cycle Loop (Shared)
Can Adjust Pattern Intensity? No
On-Toy Control Comfort: 9.5

Like most wearable vibrators, the Jive 2’s on-toy controls are limited. Once the toy is in use, you’ll typically reach for the remote rather than the on-toy button unless you’re using it like a handheld vibe on your clit.

A single button cycles through 4 power levels and 6 vibration patterns on the same loop, with no way to step backward. To drop back to a lower power you have to click past every remaining pattern to get there. With 4 power levels covering the full range, the cycle is at least short enough for occasional use.

The button placement is good, sitting at the end of the antenna, so unlike eggs whose button is on the egg portion itself, you don’t have to remove the Jive 2 to press it if needed.

We-Vibe Jive 2 and VeDO Kiwi Button Placement
The button is on the Jive 2’s antenna (left). If worn with clothing, this still requires reaching into your clothes. But it’s better than options with an on-egg button, like the VeDO Kiwi (right). You can only access this button when you’re not wearing the toy.

The raised texture is easy to find by feel, the subtle click confirms each press, and the newer We-Vibe button design is broader and more comfortable than the older Jives – though it still takes a touch more effort to push than the Lovense eggs’ buttons.

The on-toy button works fine for starting and stopping the toy or occasional handheld use but the remote is the main way you’ll use the Jive 2.

Secure Fit & Adjustability

Secure Fit Rating: 10.0

Secure Fit (Heavy Activity): 10.0
Adjustment Type: None
Shape Degrees of Freedom: 0

Like most egg vibrators, the Jive 2 fits exceptionally securely whether you’re in bed, walking around, or doing heavier activity. The secure fit is an advantage of egg vibrators over other kinds of wearable vibrators – once inserted, an egg’s bulbous shape tends to hold it easily in place without the need for any adjustable mechanism.

On adjustability, We-Vibe markets the Jive 2 as having an “adjustable tail” – a term they usually use for their products that have hinges (like the We-Vibe Chorus, Chorus Pro, and Sync 2) allowing you to change the shape to fit your body better and hold that customized position.

However, I’d consider it flexible, not adjustable. The antenna has some flex, which is really all it needs. But you can’t adjust the antenna’s angle/position permanently. I reached out to We-Vibe and they confirmed it’s just flexible.

Comfort

Comfort Rating: 7.1
In Bed: 7.4
Light Activity: 6.8

The Jive 2 is reasonably comfortable, but the wider, G-spot-targeted shape is more noticeable during light activity than slimmer eggs.

Side View of We-Vibe Jive 2 and Lovense Lush Mini
The We-Vibe Jive 2 (left) is larger than the Lovense Lush Mini (right). If you’re like me and prefer slimmer eggs, you may find the Lush Mini more comfortable to wear – especially over longer periods.

The egg portion is thicker than my most comfortable eggs like the Lovense Lush Mini and other small options. The Jive 2’s extra girth provides the firm front-wall contact and pressure that helps it feel more stimulating, but it also makes it a bit less comfortable.

It stretches a little going in and out, and once inserted gives a feeling of fullness that’s most noticeable when you’re moving or bending forward. For me, this means I have to wear it only for shorter periods because it presses on my bladder.

But everything else is comfortable – the angled antenna sits pretty flush against my body (not jostling around uncomfortably as flimsy antennas do). Though it’s angled antenna isn’t quite as comfy as fully curved antennas like the Lush Mini’s. The silicone is smooth all over, and there are no spots that pinch.

When walking around, the antenna applies more pressure against my clit than it does in bed, so I make occasional adjustments, which often helps.

If you prefer a more comfortable egg overall – especially if you’re sensitive to too much girth or internal pressure, try the Lovense Lush Mini. It’s smaller, so it’s more comfortable, without sacrificing any power.

The Jive 2 is in the most-discreet group of wearable vibrators I’ve tested.

Decibel readings on low and high power were extremely quiet, too quiet for our Sound Level Meter to pick up on – the ambient room noise was 35 dBA, and the Jive 2 never measured higher than this.

For our Background Noise Masking subtest, I wear the toy while my partner listens from three feet away and we play pink noise through a speaker at quiet, moderate, and loud volumes (56, 62, and 68 dBA). He couldn’t hear the Jive 2 on any power level at any of the three volumes. But keep in mind, every wearable I’ve tested, including the Jive 2, is audible in a fully silent room with no pink noise playing – no matter how gentle and quiet the vibrations are.

For the closed-door subtest, my partner listens directly outside our bedroom door while I use the toy in bed. For this test, I use it like a handheld toy since wearing dampens sound and some people will want to use it clitorally; holding the toy instead of wearing it gives us the most conservative results. He couldn’t hear the Jive 2 at any power level. When I’m wearing it, I can barely hear it myself.

One thing worth knowing is that most egg vibrators I’ve tested are similarly discreet, including the Lovense Lush 4 and VeDO Kiwi. So for choosing an egg vibrator, other factors like stimulation, comfort, and remote or app experience are more important to consider.

Battery Life

The Jive 2 feels well-built. Its smooth silicone shell over a firm core feels solid in the hand, and the redesigned antenna is thicker, wider, more strongly angled inward, and noticeably less flimsy-feeling than on the original Jive and the Jive Lite. Nothing has rattled, loosened, or shown wear in our testing.

Review Results

The We-Vibe Jive 2 is one of the best egg vibrators I’ve tested if you want strong, rumbly G-spot stimulation paired with a great physical remote. It has great stimulation, an excellent remote, a long 165-minute battery, and especially quiet vibrations. Unfortunately, the We-Vibe app is buggy and bad in close-range, and very unreliable in long-distance.

Stick with the Jive 2 if you want strong G-spot stim and a physical remote. If you’d rather have a great app or reliable long-distance play, see my alternatives below.

Lovense Lush 4

Lovense Lush 4 vs We-Vibe Jive 2

The Lovense Lush 4 and We-Vibe Jive 2 are both excellent G-spot egg vibrators. They are strong, rumbly, and quiet, with very similar shapes and vibrations, so the choice mostly comes down to your preference on control style. Choose the Lush 4 if you want the best app experience and reliable long-distance play. Choose the Jive 2 if you want a physical remote and longer battery life.

The stimulation between the two is very similar – both are powerful and rumbly. Their vibration profiles overlap almost identically, except that the Lush 4’s finishes a touch stronger, reaching a 10 out of 10 on its top power compared with the Jive 2’s 9.0. The Jive 2’s shape was also designed to match the Lush’s shape more closely than the older models – so both provide firm, targeted G-spot pressure from their full, contoured bulbs. The Jive 2 feels slightly more rumbly, but the difference is small enough that your control preference matters much more.

Lovense provides far better app control (the best of any brand), with intuitive power adjustments, easy pattern creation, outstanding connectivity, and dependable nearby or long-distance partner play. The Jive 2 also connects to an app, but We-Vibe’s app is buggy – it frequently freezes, limits the toy below its full strength, and you often can’t start a long-distance session at all. Its physical remote is the main reason to choose it – it comes with a reliable physical remote control whereas the Lush 4 is exclusively app-controlled. Some people prefer the simplicity of a physical remote and the fact you can easily change settings without looking. Others want the deeper control apps provide and the better visual feedback for the partner controlling your toy – they understand how your toy is vibrating a lot better from an app than a remote.

The Jive 2 also lasted 165 minutes on high compared with the Lush 4’s 120 minutes. Both have excellent quietness, but the Jive 2 is especially discreet – it was too quiet for our meter to register above the 35 dBA room noise on high. Choose the Lush 4 for excellent app control and long-distance play. Choose the Jive 2 for reliable remote control, longer battery life, and maximum quietness.

We-Vibe Jive Lite

We-Vibe Jive 2 vs We-Vibe Jive Lite

The We-Vibe Jive Lite and We-Vibe Jive 2 are both exceptionally quiet, rumbly G-spot eggs, but the Jive 2 is the better choice. The Jive Lite is slimmer and more comfortable for longer wear. But the Jive 2 is stronger, more G-spot targeted, and much easier to control without relying on We-Vibe’s buggy app since it also comes with a reliable remote.

The Jive Lite’s main advantage is its narrower shape that’s more comfortable to wear for longer periods. The updated Jive 2’s shape was redesigned to look more like the Lovense Lush 4 with a fuller size and a contoured shape that targets the G-spot better. So it feels more stimulating, but can be less comfortable for those who prefer smaller toys. But unlike the Jive 2, the Jive Lite has no physical remote, so you’ll need to use the buggy We-Vibe app to control it – controls often freeze and you often can’t start long-distance sessions at all. If you prefer a slimmer app-controlled egg, you’re much better off considering the Lovense Lush Mini which has reliable app control and excellent stimulation.

The Jive 2 is worth considering as a remote-controlled egg. The remote works reliably and provides separate controls for changing intensity and patterns. It’s strength reaches a 9.0 out of 10 top power compared to the Jive Lite’s 5 out of 10, with great rumbliness and excellent internal fullness – its very stimulating. Despite its stronger power, it’s just as quiet. And it lasted 165 minutes on high, compared to the Jive Lite’s 125 minutes in our testing.

Choose the We-Vibe Jive 2 for stronger targeted G-spot stimulation, a physical remote, and a longer battery life. If app control or the Jive Lite’s slim design are important to you, consider the Lovense Lush Mini instead.

We-Vibe Jive

We-Vibe Jive vs We-Vibe Jive 2

The We-Vibe Jive and We-Vibe Jive 2 are both quiet, rumbly G-spot eggs, but the Jive 2 is the better choice for most people. The original Jive is slimmer and more comfortable for longer wear. But the Jive 2 is stronger, more G-spot targeted, and much easier to control without relying on We-Vibe’s buggy app since it also comes with a reliable remote.

The original Jive’s main advantage is its narrower shape that’s more comfortable to wear for longer periods. The updated Jive 2’s shape was redesigned to look more like the Lovense Lush 4 with a fuller size and a contoured shape that targets the G-spot better. So it feels more stimulating, but can be less comfortable for those who prefer smaller toys. But unlike the Jive 2, the original Jive has no physical remote, so you’ll need to use the buggy We-Vibe app to control it – controls often freeze and you often can’t start long-distance sessions at all. If you prefer a slimmer app-controlled egg, you’re much better off considering the Lovense Lush Mini which has reliable app control and excellent stimulation.

The Jive 2 is worth considering as a remote-controlled egg. It’s strength reaches a 9.0 out of 10 top power compared to the original’s 7 out of 10, with great rumbliness and excellent internal fullness. And the remote works reliably and provides separate controls for changing intensity and patterns. It also lasted 165 minutes on high, much longer than the original Jive’s 75.

Choose the We-Vibe Jive 2 for stronger targeted G-spot stimulation, a physical remote, and a longer battery life. If the app control or the original Jive’s slim design are important to you, consider the Lovense Lush Mini instead.

Lovense Lush Mini

Lovense Lush Mini vs We-Vibe Jive 2

The Lovense Lush Mini and We-Vibe Jive 2 are both strong G-spot egg vibrators, but the choice is mostly control style and whether you value comfort or fullness. Choose the Lush Mini if you want the best app, reliable long-distance play, and a slimmer, more comfy fit. Choose the Jive 2 if you want a physical remote, longer battery life, and a fuller egg for more G-spot pressure.

The Lush Mini’s app control is far better than the We-Vibe Jive 2’s. Lovense gives you continuous intensity control, custom patterns you can draw and feel in real time, video calls, messaging, and dependable long-distance control. The We-Vibe app is the Jive 2’s main problem: its controls regularly freeze, the app only reaches about 84% of the toy’s true top strength, and long-distance sessions often fail to start or stop responding. The Lush Mini is also slimmer and more comfortable for longer wear, with less fullness and bladder pressure when walking, sitting, or bending.

The Jive 2’s advantage is phone-free control since it also comes with a great, reliable physical remote. Its remote has separate power and pattern buttons, 15 power levels, fast response, and strong connection through body interference, so it is much better than using the We-Vibe app.

It also lasted 165 minutes on high in our battery test, compared with the Lush Mini’s 65 minutes. Both eggs are quiet, but the Jive 2 is especially quiet. Its thicker, more contoured bulb feels less comfortable during movement than the Lush Mini, but it gives stronger fullness and pressure if you like that style of G-spot stimulation.

Choose the Lovense Lush Mini for app control, long-distance play, and a slim, comfortable fit without giving up strong G-spot stimulation. Choose the We-Vibe Jive 2 for the physical remote, longer battery, even quieter vibrations, and a fuller internal feel.

VeDo Kiwi

VeDO Kiwi vs We-Vibe Jive 2

The VeDO Kiwi and We-Vibe Jive 2 are the two remote-controlled G-spot eggs I would choose between. The Kiwi is better if you want deeper rumbliness, more comfort, and a much lower price. The Jive 2 is better if you want stronger, more targeted G-spot pressure and a better physical remote, especially for a longer connection range.

The Kiwi’s main advantage is vibration feel. It is the most rumbly egg vibrator I’ve tested, staying rumbly even on its top setting at 69 Hz. It reaches 8.0 out of 10 on top power across six levels, and its slimmer cylindrical shape is easier for me to wear comfortably for a long time than wider, more bulbous eggs like the Jive 2. The tradeoff is remote control range and battery life: its remote reached about 16 feet in our clear line-of-sight test compared to the Jive 2’s 125 foot remote range. And its battery lasted 75 minutes on high compared to the Jive 2’s 165 minutes.

The Jive 2 is less rumbly than the Kiwi, but it gives stronger and more targeted G-spot stimulation. Its contoured bump presses more directly into my G-spot, it reaches 9.0 out of 10 on top power, and its remote gives you 15 intensity levels for a more gradual build. While technically the Jive 2 also has an app, it’s best to consider it a purely remote-controlled egg. We-Vibe’s app is buggy and unreliable – controls freeze, you can’t use the toy’s full power range, and you often can’t start long-distance sessions. But both toys’ remotes work reliably.

Choose the VeDO Kiwi for affordable, comfortable, deeply rumbly same-room remote control. Choose the We-Vibe Jive 2 for stronger targeted G-spot pressure, much longer remote range, and longer battery life.
