Pros

  • The most stimulating dual-stimulation wearable for hands-free use in bed - one of the few I orgasm with hands-free.
  • Outstanding G-spot stimulation from a girthy, bulbous internal arm that presses firmly into the front wall
  • Deep, thudding sensation when the two motors play off each other that single-motor wearables cannot produce
  • The best app for nearby and long-distance control, with independent per-motor adjustment
  • Extremely secure fit
  • Doubles as a handheld vibrator when you straighten the spine
  • Fully waterproof and rechargeable

Cons

  • Girthy internal arm is best when you're lying flat and can feel uncomfortable sitting up or walking
  • Louder than most wearables on medium and high settings
  • Short 45-minute battery life at full power
  • Clit arm can sit slightly off-contact for some bodies, so direct contact may take fiddling
  • Angle is adjustable, but you cannot adjust the length of either arm

Lovense Dolce Product Positioning and Context Photo

The Lovense Dolce is an app-controlled, dual-stimulation wearable vibrator designed to stimulate your clit and G-spot together, completely hands-free through two powerful motors. The bulky shape makes it best as an in-bed wearable, but not good for walking around.

The Lovense Dolce has a clit arm and a G-spot arm for dual-stimulation.

Its adjustable spine lets you change its shape to fit your body better. It’s a cheaper alternative to purchasing both the Lovense Ferri for clit stimulation and the Lovense Lush 4 for your G-spot, though it’s still harder to get a perfect fit with the Dolce.

The Dolce (left) is a cheaper alternative to purchasing both the Lovense Ferri (middle) and Lush 4 (right).

The Dolce’s internal stimulation comes through vibrations and pressure. Lovense’s other hands-free dual-stimulation toy, the Lovense Flexer uses motion and vibrations, but performs worse overall.

The Dolce’s main control method is through the Lovense app, which allows gradual power adjustability and unlimited pattern creation and presets.

It’s coated in smooth, body-safe silicone, is fully waterproof (IPX7), and charges with a magnetic USB cable. You can also straighten its adjustable spine to use the Dolce as a handheld vibrator – the clit arm becomes a handle, and you can press either motor wherever you want.

The Lovense Dolce is the most stimulating solo dual-stimulation wearable I’ve tested for hands-free use in bed, with the best app of any wearable. The trade-off is comfort: it’s girthy and best used lying flat, not for sitting up or walking around.

Lovense Dolce with Lelo Ida Wave and Fantasy For Her G-spot Stimulate-Her
The Lovense Dolce (left) with comparable alternatives: the Lelo Ida Wave (middle) and Fantasy For Her G-spot Stimulate-Her (right).

If you’d rather have something slimmer, quieter, and longer-lasting, the Lelo Ida Wave hits the G-spot with a slimmer, rotating arm instead of vibrations, though it’s not quite as stimulating. On a budget, the Fantasy For Her G-spot Stimulate-Her is comfier in bed and runs longer, with weaker stimulation and no app.

These kinds of strong, dual-stimulation wearables aren’t built for walking around. For that, wear a panty vibrator like the Lovense Ferri and pair it with an egg like the Lush 4 or Lush Mini for more comfy, independently placed dual-stimulation.

Clit Stimulation: Main Takeaways

Clit Stimulation: 8.3
Max Power Rating: 8.9
Power Range Rating: 9.8
Vibration Transfer Effectiveness Rating: 7.5
Rumbliness Rating: 7.4
Stimulation from Motion: N/A

Here’s the main conclusion: the Dolce has one of the strongest clit motors out of all my wearables, and it’s one of the few I can orgasm with hands-free from the clit stimulation alone.

The gradual settings from gentle to intense provide lots of warmup space, and, when both motors are running, they play off each other for an enjoyable, deeper thudding sensation.

The adjustability makes it more likely you’ll get good clit contact, though it’s still somewhat dependent on your anatomy for the perfect fit. But even if it’s not direct – the vibrations are strong enough that they travel.

Clit Vibrations: Power, Range, and Transfer Effectiveness

Max Power Rating: 8.9
Power Range Rating: 9.8
Vibration Transfer Effectiveness Rating: 7.5
Power vs Frequency Graph:
How Strong Is Each Power?

The Lovense Dolce has one of the strongest clit motors of any wearable I’ve tested, with a top power of 9.75 out of 10 – a touch stronger than even Lovense’s panty vibrator, the Lovense Ferri. It’s easily strong enough for me to orgasm hands-free from clit stimulation alone when the toy’s positioned well, and even when the fit sits a little off to the side, the vibrations are powerful enough that it’s still one of the most stimulating wearables for external vibes.

It also has one of the broadest power ranges you’ll find in a wearable – starting at a gentle 1 out of 10 strength with very gradual adjustability. That’s really useful since you likely wont be varying the toy’s position or pressure with your hand, if you’re sticking with wearing it for hands-free stimulation.

For me, both of the Dolce’s arms are a touch long, so the external arm sits near my clit, but not pressed totally against it. You can adjust the angle of the hinge point, but not the lengths of the arms. So whether the vibrations transfer well to you depends on the fit.

Lovense Dolce Adjustability Range
The Dolce’s arm angles can be adjusted, but not the length.

Thankfully, the vibrations are so strong that it stays very stimulating even without firm, direct contact. Especially when the two motors’ vibrations work together to create a sort of “thumping” feel.

If you want more guaranteed direct clitoral contact with your wearable, try the Lovense Ferri, a panty vibrator that you can position wherever you need it in your underwear and secure it with a strong magnetic clip. You can pair it with the Lovense Lush 4 to add in the G-spot vibes.

Lovense Dolce with Ferri and Lush 4
Using the Lovense Ferri (middle) and Lush 4 (right) together makes the positioning a little better, but it’s more expensive to purchase both.

But if you’re not as concerned about a perfect fit, the Lovense Dolce is our strongest dual-stimulator.

Clit Vibrations: Frequency (Rumbliness)

Rumbliness Rating: 7.4
Power vs Frequency Graph:
Frequency on Low Power: 49.1 Hz (Extremely Rumbly)
Median Frequency: 86.7 Hz (Neutral)
Frequency on High Power: 116.0 Hz (Extremely Buzzy)
Rumbliness & Power Balance: 7.5
Beat Sensation: 8.5

We rate rumbly vibrations higher than buzzy ones because most people prefer them. But it’s a personal preference.

The Dolce’s clit motor is more rumbly than most wearables. It starts extremely rumbly on its lowest setting (around 49 Hz), stays neutral through the middle, and only turns extremely buzzy at full power (around 116 Hz).

Vibrations always get buzzier as the power rises, and the Dolce provides a nice variety of frequencies. And if you’re running both motors at once, (especially one high and one low) you can achieve a low-frequency “beat” sensation from the two motors interacting with each other – that beat makes the vibrations feel deeper and more rumbly than their raw frequency alone suggests.

The Dolce’s clit arm is more rumbly than the Ferri’s. (click on the Dolce’s G-spot motor to remove it from the graph and isolate to clit arms only)

The Dolce’s external motor is actually more rumbly than the Lovense Ferri, so it’s a great pick for those who prefer deeper vibrations.

The Lelo Ida Wave is slightly more rumbly, but it’s not as strong overall. So if you prioritize a good balance of rumbliness and power, the Dolce is better.

G-spot Stimulation: Main Takeaways

G-spot Stimulation: 9.0
Max Power Rating: 8.8
Power Range Rating: 9.9
Vibration Transfer Effectiveness Rating: 9.8
Rumbliness Rating: 8.1
Stimulation from Motion: N/A

In the next sections, I’ll cover the G-spot motor’s power and rumbliness in detail.

Here’s the main conclusion: the Dolce has the most powerful G-spot motor I’ve tested in a dual-stimulation wearable. Its girthy, bulbous arm presses firmly into my front wall, so the strong vibrations transfer right to your G-spot where you want them.

The vibes feel rumbly on low and buzzy on high. But when you have both motors going together, it adds a thuddy sensation that feels deeper and more layered.

G-spot Vibrations: Power, Range, and Transfer Effectiveness

Max Power Rating: 8.8
Power Range Rating: 9.9
Vibration Transfer Effectiveness Rating: 9.8
Power vs Frequency Graph:
How Strong Is Each Power?

The Lovense Dolce has the most stimulating G-spot arm of my dual-stimulation wearable vibrator. Its internal motor is strong, reaching about 9.4 out of 10 on high, and that power tranfers to my G-spot well: the bulbous arm presses firmly against the front wall, hands-free.

These strong vibes and pressure on my G-spot make my orgasms from the clit vibrations feel richer and fuller.

Like the clit motor, the G-spot arm has incremental adjustments through the app – much more control than budget options like the Fantasy For Her G-spot Stimulate-Her provide. It starts gentle enough to warm up with, and gradually builds to the extreme top strength without large jumps. A wide range like this makes it easy to find power levels that work for you without getting overstimulated.

Internal Arm Comparison of Lovense Dolce with Lovense Lush 4 and Fantasy For Her G-spot Stimulat-Her
Internal arm comparison of the Dolce (left), Lush 4 (middle) and Fantasy For Her Stimulate-Her (right).

What makes the vibrations land so well is the internal arm’s shape. It’s a bit wider and thicker than even Lovense’s famous Lush eggs, so it applies firm pressure and creates a really full feel. The slim-armed Fantasy For Her actually reaches a hair higher on paper (about 9.75 out of 10), but its narrow arm doesn’t press as firmly, so the Dolce feels more stimulating.

The dedicated G-spot eggs still do one thing better: the Lovense Lush 4 and older models press a little more precisely into the ideal spot since you’re not trying to position two arms in a perfect place. So if targeted G-spot stimulation alone is all you’re after, an egg vibrator can be better. But the Dolce also provides the clit stimulation that many need to orgasm (which the Lush eggs lack).

G-spot Vibrations: Frequency (Rumbliness)

Rumbliness Rating: 8.1
Power vs Frequency Graph:
Frequency on Low Power: 24.3 Hz (Extremely Rumbly)
Median Frequency: 81.8 Hz (Neutral)
Frequency on High Power: 106.1 Hz (Extremely Buzzy)
Rumbliness & Power Balance: 8.4
Beat Sensation: 8.5

The Lovense Dolce has a good balance between rumbly and buzzy vibes. But it is my most rumbly powerful dual-stimulation toy. And when both motors run together, there’s an extra thuddy sensation layered in that makes the vibes feel even more rumbly.

Rumbliness matters more on the G-spot side than it does for the clit motor. On the clit side, you’re placing the vibe directly on a highly sensitive area, so whether the vibrations are deeper (rumbly) or more surface-level (buzzy), it feels very stimulating. But G-spot vibrations have to travel farther through tissue to reach more nerve-rich regions, and lower-frequency vibes do that better.

So it helps that the Dolce’s G-spot motor is on the more rumbly end compared to most wearables. The entire first half of it’s settings fall in the rumbly range, and it only turns extremely buzzy at the very top strength. But when you have the two motors going at the same time, it adds that low-frequency “beat” sensation that keeps the top level from turning into a thin surface-level buzz.

The Dolce has the best balance of rumbliness and power I’ve found in a dual-stimulation wearable.

App Control: Main Takeaways

App Control: 9.7
Close-Range Features Rating: 9.3
Long-Distance Features Rating: 8.9
Close-Range Connectivity Rating: 10.0
Long-Distance Connectivity Rating: 9.8

In the next sections, I’ll cover the Lovense app’s close-range features, long-distance features, and connectivity in detail.

Here’s the main conclusion:

The Lovense app is by far the best of any brand. It provides the most control, is easiest to use, and has the most reliable connectivity. If an outstanding app is your top priority, stick to a Lovense toy.

App Control: Close-Range Features

Close-Range Features Rating: 9.3
Core Control Depth & Customization: 9.5
Constant Setting Control: Strong
Preset Pattern Control: Strong

UX Clarity & Efficiency: 9.5
Sound and Music Control: 8.9
Music Sync Availability: Streaming Supported
Sound Reactive Control: Strong
Other Bonus Features: 7.4
Noteworthy Bonus Modes: Voice Control, Device-to-Device

The Lovense Dolce’s app has the best close-range features of any brand. It gives easy intuitive control over power or patterns.

On the main Remote screen, you drag the control dots up or down to adjust intensity of the vibrations.

Lovense Dolce Remote Screen
The Remote screen and control options in the Lovense app.

Tap Float to hold a steady power, or Loop to draw a custom pattern that repeats. Since the toy reacts as you draw, you can feel the pattern in real time instead of creating it blindly and testing it later. If you like what you made, tap Record to save it to My Patterns.

Lovense provides separate control of each motor, so you can set them to different intensities. Or drag one dot on top of the other to control them together if you find that easier.

Lovense Dolce Saved Patterns
Preset patterns and any patterns you save are stored to your library.

For presets, the My Patterns screen includes Lovense’s default patterns, anything you’ve saved, and patterns downloaded from Lovense’s active community library.

Lovense’s sound-reactive mode is also the best I’ve used. You can set a minimum decibel threshold, so the toy stays quiet until the sound around you is louder, and adjust sensitivity to control how much of the toy’s power range it uses. The live decibel readout makes it easy to calibrate. Many other apps either combine these controls or don’t offer a threshold at all.

Lovense Lush Sound Mode Minimum Decibel
Sound Control allows you to set a minimum decibel for your Lovense toy to vibrate.

The music-sync mode works with Spotify or local files and follows the music well enough to keep the vibrations varying without any effort on your end. You can cap the intensity to keep it in a comfortable range to you.

Lovense also includes a few useful extras: Voice Control, device-to-device control with certain Lovense toys, and per-toy max intensity settings. The intensity cap is helpful if you want to limit noise or prevent a partner from pushing the toy too high.

Lovense Maximum Strength Two Motor Toys
You can adjust the maximum strength for both of your toy’s motors in the app.

Overall, the Lovense app’s close-range features are excellent – and easily the best of any brand I’ve tested.

Lovense also has the best long-distance experience of any brand, by a wide margin.

During messaging or video calls, your partner gets the same excellent Remote screen used for close-range control. They can set a steady intensity with Float or draw a repeating pattern with Loop, so long-distance control doesn’t feel stripped down. The only small downside is that you can’t control your own toy during a video call – only your partner can.

Lovense Dolce Partner Controls During Video Call
Your partner’s controls during a video call.

The video call tools are excellent. Incoming calls are easy to notice and accept, and once you’re in a call, the video feed is clear. You can mute, toggle your camera, switch between front and back cameras, cast audio to a speaker, or end the call. The controls stay out of the way until you tap the screen, and you can move your self-view so it doesn’t block your partner.

The app also handles normal phone use well. You can lock your screen or switch to another app without disrupting the session.

Messaging is equally strong. The thread is easy to follow, and you can send voice notes, photos, and videos from your camera or camera roll. There’s also an optional “burn after reading” feature for one-time viewing that prevents screenshots, and it works as intended.

Lovense Partner Settings
You have lots of options to adjust each partner’s settings.

Lovense gives you helpful partner settings too. You can let a trusted partner auto-accept control requests – so they can take control of your toy by surprise. Or get a notification when they come online, or hide your online status from specific people. Each partner can have different settings.

Lovense also offers the broadest anonymous and group control options. You can send a one-time control link or create a group link for up to 10 people. When the time runs out, they lose access and can’t request control again.

If long-distance play is the main reason you’re buying a wearable vibrator, Lovense is the best choice.

The Dolce’s connectivity is excellent. Lovense has the most reliable app connection of any brand I’ve tested, both for nearby Bluetooth control and long-distance play.

Pairing is quick: The very first time you connect, simply tap Add Toy, turn the Dolce on, and it appears in the app within seconds. After that first setup, it auto-connects as soon as you turn it on with the app open.

Lovense Add Toy
Click the “+” icon in the upper right corner to add a new toy for the first time. After this, turning the toy on will automatically pair the toy and app.

Once paired, the Dolce stays connected through normal phone use, including locking your screen, switching apps, or leaving the app idle.

It also handles body interference very well. Water-rich materials (like body tissue) can weaken Bluetooth more than walls or clothing, which is why some egg vibrators work fine for solo control but drop connection when a partner controls them from certain angles. In our body-interference test, the Dolce stayed connected through all three positions, including the hardest one.

Bluetooth range was excellent too, reaching about 340 feet in our clear line-of-sight test. That’s one of the longest ranges we’ve measured for a wearable and far more than most people will need. Though walls and other interference will shorten real-world range.

Lovense Dolce Reconnecting Message
You are alerted with a “reconnecting” message if your toy loses connection.

If the Dolce does disconnect, the app reconnects automatically once the signal is clear. A red “Reconnecting…” message also tells the controlling partner that control has paused. You can choose whether the toy stops vibrating during a disconnect with Auto-Stop, or keeps vibrating at the last intensity level until it reconnects.

Long-distance connectivity is also excellent. The toy connects to your phone over Bluetooth, and your phone connects to your partner’s phone over Wi-Fi or cell data. Since the Bluetooth connection is strong, long-distance play works well as long as your internet connection is decent. Sessions stay stable, commands go through reliably, and locking your phone or switching apps doesn’t disrupt control.

One quirk: if you start a session on Wi-Fi and then switch to cell data, the first switch can drop control and require a quick re-invite. After that, switching works normally. To avoid this, start the session on cellular data – for some reason if you do that, you can switch freely between cell data and Wi-Fi without issue.

Remote Control: Main Takeaways

Remote Control: N/A

The Lovense Dolce doesn’t include a physical remote control. A remote lets you adjust the toy by feel – without pulling out your phone. Though there’s other downsides like less depth and no visual feedback to help your partner know what your toy’s doing. If you want to consider options with physical remotes, see our recommendations in these guides:

On-Toy Control Comfort: 9.0

The Lovense Dolce has some of the best on-toy controls of any wearable I’ve tested. While you’ll probably use the app most of the time, the on-toy controls are still helpful if you don’t want to hold something or when straightening the spine to use the Dolce like a handheld vibe.

A pair of +/- buttons on the external arm lets you step up or down through 3 power levels and 4 patterns. The two buttons are nice, because you can backtrack instead of having to cycle thorugh every setting on a loop. And the buttons are raised, so you can find them easily without having to look.

Adjust Button Preset Powers in Lovense App
You can adjust the strength of the buttons’ 3 settings through the app.

The buttons only give you three steady power levels; the full range lives in the app. But through the app, you can set those three preset levels to be whatever intensities you enjoy most – so they’ll be levels you’ll actually use.

Secure Fit & Adjustability

Secure Fit Rating: 10.0

The Lovense Dolce has good adjustability, and is the most secure fit out of all my dual-stim wearables. It doesn’t budge whether using it in bed, walking around the house, or even during heavier activity like running or jumping.

The girthy internal arm keeps the toy fully inserted, and prevents it from swaying side to side. Many of my other dual-stim toys start to loosen and work themselves out of place with movement.

And it has the good adjustability too. Many other strong dual-stimulation wearables, like the Lelo Ida Wave and Fantasy For Her G-spot Stimulate-Her – are simply flexible, and spring back. You can’t change their shape to fit your body better. But the Dolce has an adjustable spine you can shape to fit you better.

The adjustability of the Lovense Dolce.

The Dolce holds at the angle you set it to. It even adjust a little side to side so you can nudge the external arm toward one side of your clit or the other. However, you can’t make either arm shorter or longer. It fits my anatomy okay, but you’re out of luck if you end up needing a longer clit arm, or shorter G-spot arm. So it’s still somewhat dependent on your personal anatomy.

If you are concerned about fit, a safer way to replicate a dual-stimulation toy is to pair the Lovense Lush Mini or Lush 4 for G-spot stimulation with the Lovense Ferri for clitoral stimulation. You can clip the Ferri in your underwear at the most stimulating position, so you’re not restricted to the set arm length of the Dolce.

Lovense Dolce with Ferri and Lush 4
Wearing the Lovense Ferri (middle) and Lush 4 (right) simultaneously may give you a better fit than the Dolce (left).

Once the Dolce inserted, it’s actually difficult to adjust because of how firm the hinge is – a little annoying until you find the right fit, but convenient for the tight hold. This rigidity and girth works great for a secure fit, but it does cause some issues with comfort – primarily when walking around.

Comfort

Comfort Rating: 5.5
In Bed: 7.0
Light Activity: 4.0

The Lovense Dolce can be a bit uncomfortable, mainly when walking around. In bed, it can be comfortable in the right position and depending on your preferences for girth.

The same things that keep it securely in place are what affect comfort: the bulbous arm is most comfortable to those who don’t mind a stretch and a full feel. I prefer internal toys that are slimmer, so the Dolce is most comfortable to me when laying flat. If I try to bend forward, it starts to press painfully at my vaginal opening and against my bladder.

The adjustable, but somewhat rigid hinge also gets in the way once you’re not laying flat. There’s no squish to cushion your pubic bone, and when you’re walking, this can get pushed too hard against you. Especially if you’re wearing clothes that will force the clit arm firmly against your body.

None of this is unusual for a strong dual-stimulation wearable. They’re generally the bulkiest wearables there are. They’re really only designed for in-bed use, and most don’t even stay fully inserted unless you’re lying down.

Lovense Dolce and Fantasy For Her G-spot Stimulate-Her
For those who value comfort: the Fantasy For Her’s (right) flexibility and slimmer internal arm are more comfortable than the thicker and more rigid Dolce (left).

If you’re sensitive to girth and pubic-bone pressure, the slimmer Fantasy For Her G-spot Stimulate-Her may be more comfortable in bed – but you give up the Dolce’s stronger, stimulation and its app control. And if what you really want is a toy to wear comfortably while you’re up and moving around, combine the Lovense Ferri panty vibrator with the Lovense Lush 4. You can control them together in the same great Lovense app.

High Power with Box Fan: Inaudible
High Power with Music: Inaudible

Unfortunately, the Lovense Dolce is louder than most wearables I’ve tested, especially on its higher settings – a bit expected, since both its motors are powerful.

Decibel readings range from 43 dBA on low to about 57 dBA on high. On those higher settings the vibrations also take on a slight grating quality rather than the kind of clean, consistent hum of the Lovense Lush 4 that blends in with other background sounds more easily.

The Dolce did worse than many wearables in our Background Noise Masking subtest, where I wear the toy while my partner listens from three feet away and we play pink noise through a speaker at set volumes (56, 62, and 68 dBA). Its lowest strength was masked by the quietest background noise we played, but on the middle and high strengths we had to raise the audio to our moderate volume (62 dBA) before he could no longer hear it. Plenty of wearables – including the Lush 4 and Lelo Ida Wave – were fully masked by that quietest audio.

The Lelo Ida Wave is a quieter dual-stimulation option.

For the closed-door test, my partner listens directly outside our closed bedroom door while I use the Dolce like a handheld toy. Wearing dampens sound, and the Dolce works well handheld because you can straighten the spine and grip the clit arm like a handle, so holding it gives us the most conservative results. My partner couldn’t hear the low setting through the door, but the middle and high came through clearly. Turning a box fan to its lowest setting was enough to mask both.

If you want a more discreet dual-stimulation wearable without giving up much power, the Lelo Ida Wave stays fully masked at our quietest tested background level on every setting.

Battery Life

Battery Life Rating: 4.5
Lovense Dolce Charging Cable Photo
Power Source: Rechargeable
Battery Life on High Power: 45 minutes
Charging Cable: Magnetic

The Lovense Dolce has a short battery life – in our test it ran 45 minutes with both arms vibrating at their highest power before dying: among the shortest of any wearable I’ve tested.

That 45-minute figure is a worst case, though. It’s measured at constant full power on both motors. Since you’ll likely spend plenty of time on lower settings, or with only one of the motors running strong, your real runtime will likely be longer. For a typical solo session in bed – where the Dolce is at its best – that’s usually enough, as long as you charge it beforehand.

If you want to go longer between charges, the Lelo Ida Wave lasted 135 minutes at full power in our test, though its stimulation isn’t as strong. Or pair the Lovense Lush 4 and Lovense Ferri which both have a run time of 2 or more hours on high.

The Lovense Dolce has excellent build quality. It’s covered in smooth, firm, body-safe silicone, and the central hinge feels strong and solid, with no loosening in the time I’ve owned it. I’ve had mine since 2021 when it was still called the Quake, and it still works like it did when I bought it.

The Lovense Dolce is the most stimulating dual-stimulation wearable I’ve tested for hands-free use in bed, and it has the best app of any wearable. If you want strong simultaneous clit and G-spot vibrations hands-free, it’s the best pick. Especially if you prioritize an app or long-distance play.

Tradeoffs are the short battery life, it’s loud, requires specific positioning to stay comfortable, and it’s not good for wearing outside the bedroom. If those are important to you, compare with the alternatives below.

Lovense Ferri

Lovense Dolce vs Lovense Ferri

The Lovense Dolce and Lovense Ferri both offer some of the strongest clit stimulation of any wearable vibrator, and the best app experience of any brand. But they’re built for different needs. The Ferri is the better choice if you want something comfortable enough to wear around. The Dolce is better if you want stronger, fuller dual-stimulation and plan to use it mostly in bed.

The Dolce’s biggest advantage is that it adds a strong internal G-spot motor. Its bulbous internal arm applies firm G-spot pressure, while the external arm provides powerful clit vibrations. Running both motors together also creates a deeper, more layered sensation than the Ferri can provide on its own, making the Dolce one of the most stimulating wearables overall. You can also straighten its adjustable spine and use it more like a handheld vibrator, which the Ferri’s tiny size is not well-suited for.

But the same dual-stimulation design that makes the Dolce so stimulating in bed comes with tradeoffs. Its girthy shape is much less comfortable than the Ferri for walking around, its vibrations are louder, and its battery life is much shorter (45 minutes on max power in our test, compared to the Ferri’s 168 minutes).

The Ferri gives up G-spot stimulation, but it’s much better to wear around. Its magnet lets you place the motor exactly where you fine the clit contact most comfortable and stimulating. And its curved body transfers power well enough that it’s one of the few panty vibrators I orgasm with hands-free. If you don’t need internal stimulation and care more about comfort and wearing the toy around, the Ferri is the much better choice.

Even if you do want dual stimulation while walking around, I prefer pairing the Ferri with the Lovense Lush 4 over using the Dolce. Since the Ferri and Lush are two separate toys, you can position each motor exactly where it works best without shifting the other. While the Dolce has an adjustable spine, the two motors are connected so it’s still harder to get both in the perfect position at the same time. And Lovense makes controlling two toys at the same time in the app just as easy as controlling the Dolce’s two motors.

Choose the Lovense Dolce for stronger, fuller dual stimulation in bed and the option to use it like a handheld. Choose the Lovense Ferri for the better wearable experience, longer battery life, and more comfortable clit stimulation while moving around.

Lovense Lush 4

Lovense Dolce vs Lovense Lush 4

The Lovense Dolce and Lovense Lush 4 are both excellent Lovense wearables with nearly identical strong G-spot stimulation and the best app experience of any brand. The Dolce is the better choice if you want one toy for both powerful clit and G-spot stimulation in bed. The Lush 4 is better if you want something to wear around and are okay with just G-spot stimulation – it’s quieter, longer-lasting, and much more comfortable.

The Dolce’s biggest advantage is that it adds a powerful clit motor, which many people need to orgasm. I cannot orgasm from G-spot vibrations alone, so for me, the Lush 4 works best as internal stimulation paired with a separate clit vibrator or as foreplay.

Running both the Dolce’s motors together also creates some deeper, resonance than the Lush 4 can provide on its own. You can also straighten the Dolce’s adjustable spine to use it like a handheld vibrator, which gives it extra versatility for in-bed play; whereas the Lush 4’s egg-shaped body is hard to grip and maneuver for handheld use.

But the Dolce’s dual-stimulation comes with important tradeoffs. Its internal arm is girthier and the external arm can press against your pubic bone when walking, so it’s not comfortable to wear around. And both motors make it much louder than the Lush 4 which is pretty quiet. The Dolce also lasted just 45 minutes on max power in our test, compared to 120 minutes for the Lush 4.

The Lush 4 gives up clit stimulation, but it’s the better choice if you want something convenient to wear around. Its G-spot vibrations are slightly stronger and more rumbly, it’s much quieter than the Dolce, and without a clit arm it’s much less bulky making it more comfortable on the move.

Even for dual stimulation while moving around, I prefer pairing the Lush 4 with the Lovense Ferri instead of using the Dolce. Since the Lush 4 and Ferri are two separate toys, you can position each motor exactly where each works best without shifting the other.

Choose the Lovense Lush 4 if you want the better G-spot wearable for walking around, quieter use, and longer sessions.

Lovense Flexer

Lovense Dolce vs Lovense Flexer

The Lovense Dolce and Lovense Flexer are both especially strong, app-controlled dual-stimulation wearables that are best used hands-free in-bed, as they’re not comfortable to wear around and are loud. The Dolce is more likely to fit well, but the choice mainly comes down to whether you’d prefer to try stimulation from motion or simply want powerful vibrations.

The Dolce is vibration-only but its clit motor is slightly stronger (and much more rumbly) than the Flexer’s clit vibrations, and the Dolce’s G-spot vibrations are nearly twice as powerful. More importantly, it’s less likely for there to be fit issues because its adjustable spine helps you adjust its shape to better fit your body, whereas the Flexer has no adjustability. So the Dolce fits more securely and comfortably (at least in bed). It also has some rumbly settings, and the two powerful motors can create some deeper, resonance when vibrating together that’s very stimulating.

The Flexer’s main advantage is its motion which simply feels different from vibrations and can be more stimulating for some people. For me the flexing motion doesn’t work as marketed – the clit arm actually moves more than the G-spot arm. So the G-spot pressure I get is subtle, but the external arm repeatedly presses down on, and then lets off, my clit. I actually find this really stimulating, and people who like to press on their clit with their fingers will likely enjoy it. However, while that motion can be super stimulating, it can also be distracting, pinchy at times, and can feel like it’s going to work its way out – especially if you try to wear it around. While both are loud, the Flexer’s motion is even louder and the vibrations are extremely buzzy, so it’s mostly the motion that feels great.

The Flexer has better battery life, lasting 95 minutes on high compared with the Dolce’s 45 minutes. But for most in-bed sessions, that’s plenty of time. Neither is a good choice for dual-stimulation while walking around; for that, pair the Lovense Ferri with the Lovense Lush 4 or Lush Mini instead. But if especially powerful stimulation in bed is your goal, either the Dolce or Flexer can be a good choice depending on your stimulation preference.

Lovense Lush Mini

Lovense Dolce vs Lovense Lush Mini

The Lovense Dolce and Lovense Lush Mini are both app-controlled Lovense wearables for different purposes. The Dolce is the better single-toy choice if you want simultaneous clit and G-spot stimulation in bed. The Lush Mini is better if you want a slim, comfortable G-spot egg you can comfortably wear around or pair with a separate clit toy like the Lovense Ferri.

The Dolce’s advantage is that it has two motors so it can be very stimulating. Its external arm reaches 9.75 out of 10 on top power, and its bulbous internal arm reaches about 9.4 while pressing firmly into my front wall on my G-spot. Running both motors together adds a deeper, thudding feel the single-motor Lush Mini cannot create. You can also straighten its adjustable spine to use it as a convenient handheld clit or G-spot vibrator, so it’s super versatile in bed. But this toy is pretty bulky so walking around with it in can be uncomfortable.

Even for dual stimulation while moving around, I prefer pairing any of the Lushes with the Lovense Ferri instead of using the Dolce. Since the Lush and Ferri are two separate toys, you can position each motor exactly where each works best without shifting the other. While the Dolce has an adjustable spine, the two motors are connected so it’s still harder to get both in the perfect position at the same time. And Lovense makes controlling two toys at the same time in the app just as easy as controlling the Dolce’s two motors.

The Lush Mini gives up clit stimulation entirely, but is easier to wear around. Its antenna is only for control and removal, so it works best if strong internal stimulation is enough for you or you plan to pair it with the Ferri. Its slim bulb still reaches 9.5 out of 10 for G-spot power, stays secure while moving, and is far more comfortable than the girthy, bulky Dolce for wearing around. It is also much quieter: about 35-46.5 dBA in our testing, compared with the Dolce’s 43-57 dBA range. Battery isn’t the longest on either, but the Mini lasted 65 minutes on high while the Dolce lasted 45 (the Lush 4 lasts longer than both at 120 minutes).

Choose the Lovense Dolce for stronger dual stimulation in bed. Choose the Lovense Lush Mini for slimmer, quieter G-spot stimulation, and better comfort while moving, or the more adjustable two-toy route with a Ferri.

Lovense Lush 3

Lovense Dolce vs Lovense Lush 3

The Lovense Dolce and Lovense Lush 3 are both excellent Lovense wearables with nearly identical strong G-spot stimulation and the best app experience of any brand. The Dolce is the better choice if you want one toy for both powerful clit and G-spot stimulation in bed. The Lush 3 (or the newer Lush 4 and Lush Mini) is better if you want something to wear around and are okay with just G-spot stimulation – it’s quieter, longer-lasting, and much more comfortable.

The Dolce’s biggest advantage is that it adds a powerful clit motor, which many people need to orgasm. I cannot orgasm from G-spot vibrations alone, so for me, the Lush 3 works best as internal stimulation paired with a separate clit vibrator or as foreplay.

Running both the Dolce’s motors together also creates some deeper, resonance than the Lush 3 can provide on its own. You can also straighten the Dolce’s adjustable spine to use it like a handheld vibrator, which gives it extra versatility for in-bed play; whereas the Lush 3’s egg-shaped body is hard to grip and maneuver for handheld use.

But the Dolce’s dual-stimulation comes with important tradeoffs. Its internal arm is girthier and the external arm can press against your pubic bone when walking, so it’s not comfortable to wear around. And both motors make it much louder than the Lush 3. The Dolce also lasted just 45 minutes on max power in our test, compared to 135 minutes for the Lush 3.

The Lush 3 gives up clit stimulation, but it’s the better choice if you want something convenient to wear around. Its G-spot vibrations are slightly stronger and more rumbly, it’s much quieter than the Dolce (the new Lush 4 is even quieter), and without a clit arm it’s much less bulky making it more comfortable on the move.

Choose the Lovense Dolce for stronger, fuller dual stimulation in bed and the option to use it like a handheld. Choose the Lovense Lush 3 if you want the better G-spot wearable for walking around, quieter use, and longer sessions.

Lovense Vulse

Lovense Dolce vs Lovense Vulse

The Lovense Dolce and Lovense Vulse are comparably-priced, app-controlled Lovense wearables, that are both best used in bed, since wearing them around is more hit-or-miss. But they stimulate in very different ways. The Dolce is the better choice if you want one toy to provide strong clit and G-spot vibrations. The Vulse is better if you tend to prefer internal stimulation from pressure and movement over vibrations, and you either don’t need clit stimulation or plan to add it separately.

The Dolce’s vibrations are far more powerful than the Vulse’s and it stimulates your clit without needing another toy or your hand. Its external motor reaches 9.75 out of 10 on top power, and its bulbous internal arm reaches about 9.4 while pressing firmly into the front wall. Running both motors together adds a fuller, thudding sensation the Vulse cannot create. The Vulse’s vibrations top out at just 2.5 out of 10 – the vibrations are secondary to its thrusting. The point is the internal motion, which runs 55 to 104 strokes per minute and adds stimulation through movement and pressure rather than from vibrations, which a lot of people enjoy more for internal stimulation.

Both are best used in bed with wearing them around being more hit-or-miss. Both toys are loud, though the Vulse is easier to wear while moving. The Dolce stays secure, but I find its girthy internal arm and rigid external arm are uncomfortable when walking (though some people may find it comfortable enough), and its battery lasted only 45 minutes on high with both motors running. The Vulse lasted about 60 minutes, feels more comfortable as I move around, and actually stayed securely in-place for me despite the toy stimulating through motion. But its thrusting motor is loud, and I still need a separate clit vibrator to orgasm with it.

Choose the Lovense Dolce for dual stimulation in bed, better G-spot vibrations, and the same excellent Lovense app. Choose the Lovense Vulse if you want internal thrusting motion, better walk-around comfort, and are happy pairing it with a separate clit toy. If wearing the toy around is your main priority, you’re best off choosing a single-stimulation, non-motion egg vibrator like the Lush 4 or a panty vibrator like the Lovense Ferri.

Fantasy For Her G-Spot Stimulate-Her

Fantasy For Her G Spot Stimulate Her vs Lovense Dolce

The Fantasy For Her G-Spot Stimulate-Her and Lovense Dolce are both powerful dual-stimulation wearables best used hands-free in bed. Choose the Stimulate-Her for a physical remote, better comfort, and a much lower price. Choose the Dolce for stronger clit stimulation, better rumbliness, firmer G-spot pressure, adjustable fit, and Lovense’s excellent app.

Both provide exceptionally strong internal vibrations: the Stimulate-Her reaches 9.75 out of 10, especially impressive for its price, compared with the Dolce’s 9.4. However, the Dolce’s fuller internal arm presses more firmly into the front wall, creating greater fullness and transferring its power more directly to my G-spot. The Dolce’s clit stimulation is better – its stronger (reaching 9.75 out of 10 compared to the Stimulate-Her’s 8.5), has a broader range with more gentle and intermediate settings, and is less buzzy than the Stimulate-Her’s clit motor. Since you can set the Dolce’s clit and G-spot motors to different speeds, you can also get some interesting resonance effects that make its vibrations feel more rumbly. Its adjustable spine also helps position both arms in the right place, whereas the Stimulate Her is not adjustable.

Their controls and size suit different preferences. The Stimulate-Her uses a simple physical remote to move through three steady intensity levels. The Dolce provides a much broader power range through the Lovense app, along with custom patterns and reliable nearby or long-distance partner control. Its bulkier shape provides more internal fullness and adds to the stimulation, but is less comfortable than the slimmer Stimulate-Her.

The Stimulate-Her lasted 85 minutes on high compared with the Dolce’s 45 minutes. But the Dolce is IPX7 waterproof, while the Stimulate-Her has no verified waterproof rating. Neither is quiet. And neither fits well enough for wearing around like an egg vibrator or panty vibrator, so they’re best for hands-free stimulation in bed. Choose the Stimulate-Her for affordable, comfortable dual-stimulation with a simple remote. Choose the Dolce for better stimulation, firmer G-spot pressure, an adjustable fit, and app control.

Lelo Ida Wave

Lelo Ida Wave vs Lovense Dolce

The Lelo Ida Wave and Lovense Dolce are both app-controlled solo dual-stimulation wearables for in-bed use, but they suit different stimulation priorities. The Dolce is better if you want the strongest clit and G-spot vibrations with Lovense’s excellent app. The Ida Wave is better if you want a quieter, longer-lasting, slimmer toy with G-spot motion instead of internal vibrations.

The Dolce is more powerful overall. Its clit motor reaches 9.75 out of 10 on high (compared to the Ida Wave’s 8.5), and its bulbous internal arm reaches about 9.4. Its girthy size creates a stimulating sense of fullness and pressure on the G-spot. Running both motors together can also add a deeper, thudding sensation that the Ida Wave does not create. It stays much more securely positioned too, though its girthy internal arm and rigid external arm make it most comfortable lying in bed – I don’t find it comfortable to walk with it in, but some people might and it certainly stays put.

The Ida Wave’s advantage is better comfort and a different sensation from its rotating internal arm – more like light fingering. Its clit motor tops out lower at 8.5 out of 10, but it transfers power to my clit well and the clit vibrations stay much more rumbly, from 46 Hz on low to 84 Hz on high compared to the Dolce’s 116 Hz on high. The rotating internal arm gives gentle G-spot pressure more like light fingering rather than strong internal vibration; while not as intense, I enjoy it and its one of my favorite wearables for hands-free stimulation in bed. The Ida Wave is also much quieter and lasted 135 minutes at top power in our test, compared with the Dolce’s 45 minutes. This one is only for in-bed use as it will work its way out when trying to walk around.

Both are app-controlled, but Lovense’s app is far better, with easy intuitive intensity control and custom pattern creation, and great video calling and messaging features when playing long-distance. Lelo’s app works fine, but it functions more like a glorified remote control – mostly selecting from preset patterns and adjusting the intensity. And for long-distance play, there’s no video chatting.

Choose the Lovense Dolce for more intensity, firmer internal pressure, better secure fit, and the better app for close-range or long-distance play. Choose the Lelo Ida Wave for quieter, more comfortable stimulation that feels more like light fingering while also getting strong, rumbly clit vibes.
