Our Verdict
The Lovense Lush 4 is the best egg vibrator overall, with great performance across the board, including strong, focused G-spot stimulation and the most reliable app experience.
It’s tied with the older Lush 3 as the strongest egg vibrator I’ve tested, and its girthy, contoured bulb presses that power directly against my G-spot, making the stimulation feel especially full and intense. It also has a wide power range, good rumbliness, a secure fit, quiet vibrations, and long battery life.
Lovense’s app is by far the best of any brand for both nearby and long-distance control: the controls are easy to use, the long-distance video and messaging tools are excellent, and the Bluetooth connection is very reliable even through body interference.
It’s not as comfortable for extended wear as slimmer eggs like the Lush Mini. And like all eggs, it’s only for G-spot stimulation. If you prefer hands-free clit stimulation, the Lovense Ferri is a better option for you. But for powerful, secure, quiet, app-controlled G-spot vibrations, the Lush 4 is the best.
The Lush 4 is a great egg vibrator to wear around, especially if you value strong G-spot stimulation with the most reliable app control.
It does the most important things for wearing around well: it stays extremely secure during walking and heavier movement, and has the best app, giving you or a partner easy control. The Bluetooth connection stays reliable even through body interference like often happens when a partner controls your toy, and its two-hour battery life on max power is longer than many wearable vibrators. It’s also quiet despite being the strongest egg vibrator I’ve tested.
The only area it’s not as excellent is comfort, just due to girth, which some will enjoy. The Lush 4’s thicker, contoured bulb makes it more stimulating, but also creates more fullness and bladder pressure than slimmer eggs. If you don’t enjoy a full feeling, you may not prefer to wear it for long sessions. The slimmer Lovense Lush Mini is more comfortable but its battery life is about half as long. For those who enjoy internal fullness, the Lush 4 is a great choice to wear around.
The Lovense Lush 4 is excellent for solo G-spot stimulation in bed, while freeing up your hands for other things.
It’s one of the strongest egg vibrators I’ve tested, and the contoured bulb keeps that power focused against my front wall. The shape presses the vibrations directly into my G-spot, so the stimulation feels full and intense. It’s more filling than slimmer eggs like the Lush Mini or VeDO Kiwi, but that added pressure is part of what makes it so stimulating.
Just know that the Lush 4 does not stimulate your clit. I can’t orgasm from G-spot vibrations alone, so for me, it works best for hands-free internal stimulation paired with a separate clit vibrator to make my orgasms feel fuller. For hands-free clit stimulation in bed, the Lovense Ferri is the better option – and you can control the Ferri and Lush together in the app, which I prefer over Lovense’s dual-stimulation Dolce.
For strong, hands-free G-spot stimulation, the Lush 4 is one of the best egg vibrators I’ve tested.
The Lovense Lush 4 is excellent for long-distance play.
Lovense’s long-distance app experience is the best of any brand I’ve tested. Your partner gets the same great Remote screen used for nearby control, so they can easily set a steady intensity or draw looping patterns. Video calls are easy to start and use, messaging is clear, and you can send voice notes, photos, and videos. The connection is also reliable – sessions don’t drop during normal phone behavior, and the Lush 4’s Bluetooth connection stays stable even through substantial body interference.
The toy itself also works well for long-distance. Its contoured bulb stays securely in place, delivers strong, focused G-spot stimulation, stays quiet, and has a 2-hour batter life continuously vibrating on its top setting.

Table of Contents
The Lovense Lush 4 is a high-end, app-controlled egg vibrator. It’s the newest version in Lovense’s popular Lush line, following the Lush 3. Like previous models, it’s designed for hands-free G-spot stimulation. (For clit stimulation, consider a panty vibrator like the Lovense Ferri). It provides nearby and long-distance control through the Lovense app.
The Lush 4 keeps the same contoured egg shape and curved tail design as the Lush 3, with only minor changes to the tail’s appearance, slightly quieter vibrations, and a longer connection range (but both are great).
The Lush 4 has three on-toy intensity presets and four vibration patterns, while the app gives you much more control: continuous intensity adjustment, custom patterns, long-distance control, video calls, messaging, music sync, and sound-reactive control. It’s coated in smooth silicone, has an IPX7 waterproof rating, and charges with a magnetic USB cable.

The Lovense Lush 4 is the best app-controlled egg vibrator I’ve tested. It’s the most powerful (tied with the older Lushes), its contoured bulb presses the vibrations firmly into my G-spot, and Lovense’s app control is far better than its competitors like We-Vibe or Satisfyer for both close-range and long-distance control.
If you prefer a physical remote, there are comparably-stimulating options including the We-Vibe Jive 2 (which technically also has an app, but it’s bad) and VeDO Kiwi. Each is slightly more rumbly but a bit less powerful than the Lush 4. The Lush 4 is less comfortable than slimmer options, so if you value comfort more than fullness, the Lovense Lush Mini is easier to wear, but has a shorter battery.
Like all egg vibrators, the Lush 4 is designed for hands-free G-spot stimulation. For hands-free clit stimulation, see our recommendations for the best panty vibrators. You can also see our picks for the best egg vibrators, the best wearable vibrators, and the best remote and app-controlled vibrators.
Clit Stimulation: Main Takeaways
Like all egg vibrators the Lush 4 only stimulates your G-spot – not your clit. The external arm is just an antenna and doesn’t vibrate. For clit stimulation, a panty vibrator like the Lovense Ferri is the better type of wearable for you. Or see all our recommendations for the best panty vibrators here.
An egg vibrator is a good option if:
1. You enjoy internal vibrations, G-spot pressure, or fullness on its own. (Many people need clit stimulation to orgasm, but internal stimulation can still feel good and be great foreplay.)
2. You plan to pair it with clit stimulation from something else.
I can’t orgasm from G-spot vibrations alone, but when I pair the Lush 4 with clitoral stimulation, it makes my orgasms feel much more full.
G-spot Stimulation: Main Takeaways
In the next sections, I’ll cover the Lush 4’s G-spot vibration power and rumbliness in-depth.
Here’s the main conclusion:
The Lush 4 is one of the most stimulating egg vibrators I’ve tested. It’s tied with the older Lush 3 and Lush 2 as the strongest egg vibrator, the G-spot contoured bulb delivers all that strength straight to the right spot, and the vibrations have good rumbliness.
If the deepest rumbliness matters most to you, the VeDO Kiwi (remote-controlled) is a better choice. If vibration strength matters most, the Lush 4 is excellent.
G-spot Vibrations: Power, Range, and Transfer Effectiveness
The Lovense Lush 4 has outstanding vibration strength, a wide power range, and the vibrations get pressed directly into my G-spot.
The Lush 4’s G-spot vibrations are the strongest of any wearable vibrator I’ve tested (tied with the Lush 3 and Lush 2).
The power range is among the widest I’ve tested with gentle, moderate, and strong levels. You can adjust the power continuously through the app in tiny, comfortable increments, spanning from 0.1 at the gentlest setting (great for warming up) up to a 10 at full strength.
The Lush 4’s shape and fit transfer the vibrations very effectively to my G-spot. With wearables you can’t press harder for more intensity the way you can with a handheld – so the toy’s design has to get the motor’s strength to the right spot naturally. And the Lush 4 does this well.
The pronounced bump sits right against the front wall once inserted. That shape presses into my G-spot much more effectively than oval or cylindrical toys like the We-Vibe Jive Lite or VeDO Kiwi. None of the Lush 4’s power gets lost on the way: I feel a focused, full pressure with a slight “squeeze” sensation against my bladder – that pressure with the vibrations directly against my front wall feels very stimulating.
G-spot Vibrations: Frequency (Rumbliness)
The Lush 4 has great rumbliness for an egg vibrator.
Rumbly vibrations are especially helpful for G-spot stimulation because they travel deeper through the body. With clit vibrators, the motor sits directly against a highly sensitive area. But with G-spot toys, the vibrations need to travel farther through tissue to reach sensitive areas – and lower-frequency, rumbly vibrations travel farther than buzzy ones.
The Lush 4 starts extremely rumbly on low power and stays moderately rumbly through its middle settings. Like all vibrators, it becomes buzzier as you increase power. By the upper settings, it is extremely buzzy, but these settings have so much strength behind them that they feel full and impactful rather than thin or surface-level like weak, buzzy vibrations.
That balance is what makes the Lush 4 work so well for internal stimulation. Its lower settings feel deep and comfortable for warmup, while the stronger settings add more intensity without losing too much of that resonant quality that travels deeper. Only one egg vibrator I’ve tested – the VeDO Kiwi – is meaningfully more rumbly than the Lush 4. But the Lush 4 still delivers some of the best rumbly G-spot stimulation I’ve found in an app-controlled egg vibrator.
App Control: Main Takeaways
In the next sections, I’ll cover the Lovense app’s close-range features, long-distance features, and connectivity in detail.
Here’s the main conclusion:
The Lovense app is by far the best of any brand. It provides the most control, is easiest to use, and has the most reliable connectivity. If an outstanding app is your top priority, stick to a Lovense toy.
App Control: Close-Range Features
The Lush 4’s app has the best close-range features of any brand.
On the main Remote screen, you drag a control dot up or down to adjust intensity. Tap Float to hold a steady power level, or Loop to draw a custom pattern that repeats. Since the toy vibrates as you draw, you can feel the pattern in real time instead of creating it blindly and testing it later. If you like what you made, tap Record to save it to My Patterns.
You can also control multiple Lovense toys at once with each motor getting its own dot on the Remote screen. For example, you can pair both the Lovense Ferri (a clit vibrator) and the Lush 4 for simultaneous clit and G-spot stimulation (which I personally prefer over using the dual-stimulation Lovense Dolce). Or you can control your own toy and a nearby partner’s toy at once. We tested four toys simultaneously without issue.
For presets, the My Patterns screen includes Lovense’s default patterns, anything you’ve saved, and patterns downloaded from Lovense’s active community library.
Lovense’s sound-reactive mode is also the best I’ve used. You can set a minimum decibel threshold, so the toy stays still until the room gets loud enough, and adjust sensitivity to control how much of the toy’s power range it uses. The live decibel readout makes it easy to calibrate. Many other apps either combine these controls or don’t offer a threshold at all.
The music-sync mode works with Spotify or local files and follows the music well enough for hands-free variation. You can cap the intensity to keep it in your comfortable range.
Lovense also includes a few useful extras: Voice Control, device-to-device control with certain Lovense toys, and per-toy max intensity settings. The intensity cap is helpful if you want to limit noise or prevent a partner from pushing the toy too high.
Overall, the Lovense app’s close-range features are excellent – and still the best of any brand I’ve tested.
App Control: Long-Distance Features
Lovense also has the best long-distance experience of any brand, by a wide margin.
During messaging or video calls, your partner gets the same excellent Remote screen used for close-range control. They can set a steady intensity with Float or draw a repeating pattern with Loop, so long-distance control doesn’t feel stripped down. The only small downside is that you can’t control your own toy during a video call – only your partner can.
The video call tools are excellent. Incoming calls are easy to notice and accept, and once you’re in a call, the video feed is clear. You can mute, toggle your camera, switch between front and back cameras, cast audio to a speaker, or end the call. The controls stay out of the way until you tap the screen, and you can move your self-view so it doesn’t block your partner.
The app also handles normal phone use well. You can lock your screen or switch to another app without disrupting the session.
Messaging is equally strong. The thread is easy to follow, and you can send voice notes, photos, and videos from your camera or camera roll. There’s also an optional “burn after reading” feature for one-time viewing that prevents screenshots.
Lovense gives you helpful partner settings too. You can let a trusted partner auto-accept control requests, get a notification when they come online, or hide your online status from specific people. Each partner can have different settings.
Lovense also offers the broadest anonymous and group control options. You can send a one-time control link or create a group link for up to 10 people. When the time runs out, they lose access and can’t request control again.
If long-distance play is the main reason you’re buying a wearable vibrator, Lovense is the best choice.
App Control: Connectivity
The Lush 4’s connectivity is excellent. Lovense has the most reliable app connection of any brand I’ve tested, both for nearby Bluetooth control and long-distance play.
Pairing is quick: tap Add Toy, turn the Lush 4 on, and it appears in the app within seconds. After that first setup, it auto-connects as soon as you turn it on with the app open.
Once paired, the Lush 4 stays connected through normal phone use, including locking your screen, switching apps, or leaving the app idle.
It also handles body interference very well. Body tissue can weaken Bluetooth more than walls or clothing, which is why some egg vibrators work fine for solo control but drop connection when a partner controls them from certain angles. In our body-interference test, the Lush 4 stayed connected through all three positions, including the hardest one. The Satisfyer Ribbed Petal, by contrast, lost connection at certain angles.
Bluetooth range was excellent too, reaching about 345 feet in our clear line-of-sight test. That’s one of the longest ranges we’ve measured for a wearable and far more than most people will need. Though walls and other interference will shorten real-world range.
If the Lush 4 does disconnect, the app reconnects automatically once the signal is clear. A red “Reconnecting…” message also tells the controlling partner that control has paused. You can choose whether the toy stops vibrating during a disconnect with Auto-Stop, or keeps vibrating at the last intensity level until it reconnects.
Long-distance connectivity is also excellent. The toy connects to your phone over Bluetooth, and your phone connects to your partner’s phone over Wi-Fi or cell data. Since the Bluetooth connection is strong, long-distance play works well as long as your internet connection is decent. Sessions stay stable, commands go through reliably, and locking your phone or switching apps doesn’t disrupt control.
One quirk: if you start a session on Wi-Fi and then switch to cell data, the first switch can drop control and require a quick re-invite. After that, switching works normally. To avoid this, start the session on cellular data.
Remote Control: Main Takeaways
The Lovense Lush 4 doesn’t include a physical remote control. A remote lets you adjust the toy by feel – without pulling out your phone. Though there’s other downsides like less depth and no visual feedback to help your partner know what your toy’s doing. If you want to consider options with physical remotes, see our recommendations in these guides:
- best remote and app-controlled vibrators (all types of vibrators)
- best wearable vibrators (wearables only).
On-Toy Controls
Like most wearable vibrators, the Lush 4’s on-toy controls are limited by design. Since it’s a wearable, you’ll mostly control it through the app.
But the Lush 4 has some of the better on-toy controls for an egg vibrator. The biggest reason is that you can customize its three on-toy intensity presets from the app’s “Adjust Levels” screen. So even though the button doesn’t give you the full power range, you can make sure the physical button’s cycle includes the main levels you actually use.
Pressing the button cycles through three power levels and four patterns on a shared loop. I’d rather the patterns weren’t on the cycle – most people don’t use them, and they add more clicks when you’re cycling through power levels.
The button is easy enough to access. It sits on the tip of the antenna, where it stays reachable while you’re wearing the toy. It’s raised, easy to find by feel, and has a firm click. Some other eggs place the button on the body, which requires you to pull the toy out to press it.
Overall, the on-toy button works well as a backup. The app is the main way you’ll use the Lush 4.
Secure Fit & Adjustability
The Lush 4 fits extremely securely whether you’re in bed, walking around, or doing heavier activity.
When pushing it in, it guides itself into the right spot and takes effort to get back out. The secure fit is an advantage of egg vibrators over other kinds of wearable vibrators – once inserted, an egg’s bulbous shape tends to hold it easily in place without the need for any adjustable mechanism.
Comfort
The Lush 4 is pretty comfortable, especially for a girthier egg vibrator. But it’s not the best choice if you want a slim, barely-there fit.
The curved bulb sits firmly against my front wall and creates a noticeable fullness, with some pressure on my bladder. That additional pressure makes it more stimulating, but less comfortable.
Lying still, it feels comfortable enough. I notice the fullness more when I’m sitting upright, bending over, or going up stairs – still doable, but I prefer slimmer eggs like the Lush Mini. Like most thicker eggs, it also gives a noticeable stretch going in and coming out, so some warmup helps.
The external antenna is very comfortable. Like the Lush 3 it has a form-fitting, curved design that hugs my body instead of sticking out, so it doesn’t bump around, tap uncomfortably against my clit, or need adjusting while I move. It’s much more comfortable than the old, rigid Lovense Lush 2 antenna, which stuck out more and required occasional re-adjustments.
If you find less fullness internally more comfortable, the Lovense Lush Mini is the better option – with the same app and connectivity, but less stretch and bulk. If you’d rather skip insertion entirely, consider the Lovense Ferri panty vibrator instead.
Noise
The Lovense Lush 4 is quiet, and a slight improvement over the old Lush 3 and Lush 2. Its vibrations are a cleaner hum than the slightly more grating sound quality the older Lushes had on certain settings.
On low power, it measured at our 35 dBA ambient floor – too quiet for our sound level meter to pick up. On high, it reached about 45 dBA, which is still quiet.
It also performed well in our Background Noise Masking test. While I wore the Lush 4, my partner listened from three feet away as we played pink noise at quiet, moderate, and loud volumes. He couldn’t hear the Lush 4 at any power level under any of the three background-noise levels. Without any background audio, it is audible in the same room – but that was true of every wearable vibrator we tested.
Behind a closed bedroom door, the Lush 4 was fully discreet in our test. For this part of the test I use it handheld in bed rather than wearing it, which gives a more conservative result since wearing the toy dampens sound. My partner couldn’t hear the Lush 4 from the other side of the door at any power level.
Battery Life
The Lush 4 has a long battery life. In our test it lasted 120 minutes continuously vibrating on its top setting.
Lovense lists battery life as “up to 350 minutes,” but that’s clearly not at the maximum power we test at. Since during most sessions, you typically will use lower and middle levels too, your actual runtime will usually land longer than the two hours from our test.
That’s great for an egg vibrator – well above the Lush Mini’s ~65 minutes.
Cleaning
The Lovense Lush 4 is very easy to clean. It’s fully waterproof – rated IPX7, so you can rinse it under a running faucet or fully submerge it in soapy water without worry.
Build Quality
The Lush 4 feels well-built and durable. I can’t comment on its long-term lifespan yet since it’s a newer toy, but I have some confidence in Lovense’s Lush line overall. I’ve had the Lush 2 since 2020 and the Lush 3 since 2021, and both still work normally. Since the Lush 4 feels similarly solid, I expect it to hold up well with normal use and care.
The body is entirely covered in smooth silicone; the curved antenna is thick enough to feel sturdy and holds its shape well against my body; and the single button has a satisfying click that responds without needing much pressure.

The Lovense Lush 4 is the best app-controlled egg vibrator I’ve tested. It’s powerful, secure, quiet, and Lovense has the best app.
It’s a great choice if you want strong, hands-free G-spot stimulation with reliable app control. If you want a slimmer fit, a physical remote, deeper rumbliness, or hands-free clit stimulation instead, see my alternatives below.
Compare Alternatives
VeDo Kiwi
The Lovense Lush 4 and VeDO Kiwi are both strong G-spot egg vibrators, but they differ on control style, vibration feel, and comfort. Choose the Lush 4 if you want the best app experience, long-distance partner control, and the strongest, most targeted G-spot pressure. Choose the Kiwi if you want a simpler physical remote, a slimmer fit, deeper rumbliness, and a lower price.
The Lush 4 reaches a top vibration power of 10 out of 10, while the Kiwi reaches 8. The Lush’s contoured bulb also presses that strength more directly into my G-spot, creating a fuller, more focused pressure than the Kiwi’s slimmer cylindrical shape. Lovense’s app is the other major advantage: it gives you continuous intensity control, custom patterns, and reliable long-distance control with video calls and messaging – so you can play with a partner anywhere in the world. When playing nearby, the Bluetooth range reached about 345 feet in our clear line-of-sight test compared to the Kiwi remote’s short range of 16 feet. And the battery lasted 120 minutes on high compared to the Kiwi’s 75 minute life.
The Kiwi’s advantage is rumbliness, comfort, and price. Its vibrations stay rumbly across the full range, even on high power, while the Lush 4 becomes buzzier on its upper settings. The Kiwi’s slimmer shape also avoids some of the fullness and bladder pressure I feel from the Lush 4, so I can wear it longer. It’s more comfortable, but the Lush 4’s girth can feel more stimulating.
Choose the Lovense Lush 4 for app control, long-distance play, stronger targeted G-spot stimulation, and longer battery life. Choose the VeDO Kiwi for deeper rumbliness, better comfort, a physical remote, and better value if same-room control is enough.
Lovense Lush Mini
The Lovense Lush 4 and Lovense Lush Mini are two of the best app-controlled eggs with comparably strong hands-free G-spot stimulation, so the choice is mostly about body size and battery. Choose the Lush 4 if you want a fuller feel for more G-spot pressure and much longer runtime. Choose the Lush Mini if you prefer the better comfort of a slimmer egg.
The vibrations between the two are nearly identical, with the Lush 4 reaching 10 out of 10 on top power, while the Lush Mini reaches 9.5, and both have good rumbliness. The Lush 4’s fuller contoured bulb presses more firmly into the front wall on your G-spot. That extra fullness can feel more stimulating if you enjoy internal pressure. It also lasted 120 minutes on high in our battery test, compared with 65 minutes for the Lush Mini.
The Lush Mini gives up some fullness and battery life, but it is the more comfortable pick. Its slimmer body still targets my G-spot surprisingly well and avoids more of the stretch and bladder pressure I notice from the bigger Lush eggs. Both models are quiet, especially when worn, though the Lush 4’s vibrations are surprisingly a bit quieter despite having a tad more power.
Both use the same excellent Lovense app which is the best app of any brand – it provides excellent controls whether playing nearby or long-distance with outstanding connectivity. Both stimulate internally only, so if you need clit stimulation consider the Lovense Ferri. Choose the Lovense Lush 4 for fuller G-spot pressure, longer battery life, and slightly quieter vibrations. Choose the Lovense Lush Mini for slimmer comfort with nearly the same stimulation.
We-Vibe Jive 2
The Lovense Lush 4 and We-Vibe Jive 2 are both excellent G-spot egg vibrators. They are strong, rumbly, and quiet, with very similar shapes and vibrations, so the choice mostly comes down to your preference on control style. Choose the Lush 4 if you want the best app experience and reliable long-distance play. Choose the Jive 2 if you want a physical remote and longer battery life.
The stimulation between the two is very similar – both are powerful and rumbly. Their vibration profiles overlap almost identically, except that the Lush 4’s finishes a touch stronger, reaching a 10 out of 10 on its top power compared with the Jive 2’s 9.0. The Jive 2’s shape was also designed to match the Lush’s shape more closely than the older models – so both provide firm, targeted G-spot pressure from their full, contoured bulbs. The Jive 2 feels slightly more rumbly, but the difference is small enough that your control preference matters much more.
Lovense provides far better app control (the best of any brand), with intuitive power adjustments, easy pattern creation, outstanding connectivity, and dependable nearby or long-distance partner play. The Jive 2 also connects to an app, but We-Vibe’s app is buggy – it frequently freezes, limits the toy below its full strength, and you often can’t start a long-distance session at all. Its physical remote is the main reason to choose it – it comes with a reliable physical remote control whereas the Lush 4 is exclusively app-controlled. Some people prefer the simplicity of a physical remote and the fact you can easily change settings without looking. Others want the deeper control apps provide and the better visual feedback for the partner controlling your toy – they understand how your toy is vibrating a lot better from an app than a remote.
The Jive 2 also lasted 165 minutes on high compared with the Lush 4’s 120 minutes. Both have excellent quietness, but the Jive 2 is especially discreet – it was too quiet for our meter to register above the 35 dBA room noise on high. Choose the Lush 4 for excellent app control and long-distance play. Choose the Jive 2 for reliable remote control, longer battery life, and maximum quietness.
Lovense Lush 3
The Lovense Lush 3 and Lovense Lush 4 are nearly the same app-controlled egg vibrator, so the choice is mostly between the ~$10 cheaper price of the Lush 3 and slightly longer battery or the noise improvements of the Lush 4. If you already own a Lush 3, they’re similar enough you don’t need to upgrade.
Both give you the same core experience: the strongest hands-free G-spot vibrations of any egg vibrator, each with same contoured bulb that presses really well into your front wall, delivering the power to your G-spot. They use the same excellent Lovense app (the best app of any brand) for nearby and long-distance control, each is IPX7 waterproof, and both fit very securely whether in bed or wearing it around. Neither stimulates your clit, so both work best if you specifically want internal stimulation or plan to pair them with a separate clit vibrator (like the Lovense Ferri).
The Lush 4’s slight upgrades are quieter sound and longer Bluetooth range. In testing, the Lush 3 measured about 44 dBA on low and 49 dBA on high (both reasonably quiet), while the Lush 4 was at the 35 dBA ambient floor on low and only 45 dBA on high, with a cleaner sound than the Lush 3’s vibrations. The Lush 4 also reached about 345 feet in our clear line-of-sight Bluetooth range test, compared with about 130 feet for the Lush 3 (though you can control either from any distance using wi-fi or cell data). The Lush 3’s battery lasted slightly longer on full power, about 135 minutes vs. 120 minutes in our test.
Choose the Lovense Lush 4 for the quieter hum and longer Bluetooth range. Choose the Lovense Lush 3 if you want nearly identical stimulation and app control for about $10 less.
Lovense Dolce
The Lovense Dolce and Lovense Lush 4 are both excellent Lovense wearables with nearly identical strong G-spot stimulation and the best app experience of any brand. The Dolce is the better choice if you want one toy for both powerful clit and G-spot stimulation in bed. The Lush 4 is better if you want something to wear around and are okay with just G-spot stimulation – it’s quieter, longer-lasting, and much more comfortable.
The Dolce’s biggest advantage is that it adds a powerful clit motor, which many people need to orgasm. I cannot orgasm from G-spot vibrations alone, so for me, the Lush 4 works best as internal stimulation paired with a separate clit vibrator or as foreplay.
Running both the Dolce’s motors together also creates some deeper, resonance than the Lush 4 can provide on its own. You can also straighten the Dolce’s adjustable spine to use it like a handheld vibrator, which gives it extra versatility for in-bed play; whereas the Lush 4’s egg-shaped body is hard to grip and maneuver for handheld use.
But the Dolce’s dual-stimulation comes with important tradeoffs. Its internal arm is girthier and the external arm can press against your pubic bone when walking, so it’s not comfortable to wear around. And both motors make it much louder than the Lush 4 which is pretty quiet. The Dolce also lasted just 45 minutes on max power in our test, compared to 120 minutes for the Lush 4.
The Lush 4 gives up clit stimulation, but it’s the better choice if you want something convenient to wear around. Its G-spot vibrations are slightly stronger and more rumbly, it’s much quieter than the Dolce, and without a clit arm it’s much less bulky making it more comfortable on the move.
Even for dual stimulation while moving around, I prefer pairing the Lush 4 with the Lovense Ferri instead of using the Dolce. Since the Lush 4 and Ferri are two separate toys, you can position each motor exactly where each works best without shifting the other. While the Dolce has an adjustable spine, the two motors are connected so it’s still harder to get both in the perfect position at the same time. And Lovense makes controlling two toys at the same time in the app just as easy as controlling the Dolce’s two motors.
Choose the Lovense Dolce for stronger, fuller dual stimulation in bed and the option to use it like a handheld. Choose the Lovense Lush 4 if you want the better G-spot wearable for walking around, quieter use, and longer sessions.
Lovense Vulse
The Lovense Lush 4 and Lovense Vulse are both excellent egg vibrators providing app-controlled internal stimulation. The choice mainly comes down to whether you want the stimulation to come from powerful vibrations or thrusting, and whether you’re mainly looking for a toy to use in the bedroom (Vulse) or throughout the day (Lush).
Both are stimulating, but in different ways. The Lush 4’s vibrations are much stronger than the Vulse’s. It spans from a soft 0.1 at its gentlest setting to 10 out of 10 on top power, and its contoured bulb presses that power directly into my G-spot. The Vulse’s vibrations run only from 0.8 to 2.5 out of 10 and feel buzzy; the stimulation mostly comes from its thrusting motion instead. Some people are more responsive to movement and pressure internally than vibrations – it’s a preference. I personally enjoy the Vulse’s movement, though with its shape being straight it doesn’t target the G-spot as directly as the Lush 4’s contoured bulb.
The Lush 4 is the more practical egg vibrator to wear around for most people. It stays extremely secure while walking and heavier movement, is quiet, and lasted about 120 minutes on high in our test. The Vulse is actually the most secure motion-based wearable I’ve tested and the only one I feel comfortable walking around with. But since it moves, it’s less likely to fit that securely for everyone than the Lush 4. And its thrusting motor is much louder, its straight antenna is less comfortable than the Lush 4’s form-fitting antenna, and its battery only lasted about 60 minutes in our test.
Both use Lovense’s excellent app for nearby and long-distance control (the best app of any brand with outstanding connectivity), so there’s no difference there. Choose the Lush 4 for more powerful G-spot vibrations and a quieter, longer-lasting toy to wear around. Choose the Vulse for an internal thrusting motion, especially for hands-free use in bed (though it does fit securely enough for me to walk around with it).
Lovense Flexer
The Lovense Flexer and Lovense Lush 4 are both app-controlled Lovense wearables, but they are built for different uses. The Lush 4 is the better wearable if you want strong G-spot stimulation you can keep in while moving around. The Flexer provides dual-stimulation, so you also get the clit stimulation many need to orgasm, but it’s best used in bed.
The Lush 4 is an egg vibrator for G-spot stimulation, so it does not stimulate your clit. Its advantage is G-spot stimulation and wearability: the contoured bulb presses firmly into your G-spot and the internal vibrations are stronger than the Flexer’s, it stays extremely secure during walking and heavier movement, is quiet, and lasted 120 minutes on high in our test. If you want something to wear around, it’s far better than the Flexer.
The Flexer gives you more sensations at once: strong (though buzzy) clit vibrations, moderate internal vibrations, and a flexing motion that changes pressure. For me the clit arm actually moves more than the G-spot arm. So the G-spot pressure I get is subtle, but the external arm repeatedly presses on my clit. I actually find this really stimulating, and people who like to press on their clit with their fingers will likely enjoy it. However, while that motion can be super stimulating, it can also be distracting, pinchy at times, and can feel like it’s going to work its way out – I can orgasm with it hands-free in bed, but it’s bad for wearing around. Its flexing motion also creates a distinct mechanical sound that’s loud, and makes it less secure, and much less comfortable for walking around. Its battery life also doesn’t last as long, at 95 minutes on high in our test.
Choose the Lovense Lush 4 for quiet, secure, G-spot stimulation you can wear around. Choose the Lovense Flexer if you want clit and G-spot stimulation through vibrations and motion in bed and can accept the noise and less comfortable fit.
Lovense Ferri
The Lovense Ferri and Lovense Lush 4 both provide hands-free stimulation in bed or while wearing them around, with the best app control of any brand for solo use or play with a nearby or long-distance partner. The key difference is where they stimulate: the Ferri targets your clit, while the Lush 4 targets your G-spot. Since I need clit stimulation to orgasm, I personally prefer the Ferri, though you can also easily control both together through the Lovense app for dual-stimulation.
The Ferri is a panty vibrator that uses a strong magnet to anchor it wherever you place it in your underwear. It has the most powerful clit motor of any panty vibrator I’ve tested, reaches 9.35 out of 10 on top power, and its curved body transfers that power well enough that it’s one of the few panty vibrators I orgasm with hands-free. It’s the better choice if you want something to wear around that you don’t have to insert, your orgasms usually depend on clit stimulation, or you want the longer battery: 168 minutes on high in our test vs the Lush 4’s 120 minutes.
The Lush 4 is an egg vibrator, so it’s the better choice if you want strong, hands-free G-spot stimulation rather than clit stimulation. Its inserted bulb presses firmly against the G-spot, reaches a 10 out of 10 on top power, and stays more securely positioned during movement than the Ferri. Its vibrations are also quieter – it’s among the quietest wearable vibrators. However, its full internal bulb may be less comfortable to some for long wear than entirely external toys like the Ferri, or slimmer eggs like the Lush Mini.
Choose the Lovense Ferri for hands-free clit stimulation (which many need to orgasm), longer use, and better comfort. Choose the Lovense Lush 4 for strong G-spot stimulation and quieter vibrations.
We-Vibe Jive Lite
The Lovense Lush 4 is the much better app-controlled egg vibrator than the We-Vibe Jive Lite unless you specifically want a slimmer, milder toy and can accept a frustrating app (even then, I’d consider the Lush Mini instead). Both are secure, especially quiet, rumbly G-spot eggs with similar battery life, but the Lush 4 gives much stronger stimulation and far more reliable control.
The Lush 4 reaches 10 out of 10 on top power, compared with the Jive Lite’s 5 out of 10 from the button and due to a We-Vibe app bug, only about 4.25 strength through the app. The Lush 4’s contoured bulb also presses that strength more directly into my G-spot, creating fuller, more focused pressure. The Jive Lite is slimmer and more comfortable for longer wear, but that flatter shape also feels less stimulating.
But the bigger reason to choose the Lush 4 is that Lovense’s app is far better. Lovense gives you reliable close-range and long-distance control, easy intensity adjustments and live pattern creation, video calls, messaging, partner settings, and most importantly outstanding connectivity. The We-Vibe app often freezes, misses commands, caps the Jive Lite below its true top power, and has long-distance bugs that can prevent sessions from starting at all. Since the Jive Lite has no physical remote, the bad app is hard to work around while wearing it.
Both are especially quiet and have good battery lives, essentially tied: 125 minutes for the Jive Lite and 120 minutes for the Lush 4.
Choose the Lovense Lush 4 for stronger, fuller G-spot stimulation and the best app-control experience. Choose the We-Vibe Jive Lite only if a slimmer fit, and milder vibrations matter more than reliable app control or intensity – even then, you might as well consider the Lush Mini instead.
NS Novelties Techno Rave
The Lovense Lush 4 and NS Novelties Techno Rave are both app-controlled, especially quiet G-spot egg vibrators. But the Lush 4 is much better, with the strongest stimulation, the best app control, and a polished long-distance experience. The Techno Rave is the budget choice if you just need a comfortable egg with basic app control, and are okay sacrificing better stimulation.
The stimulation gap is the biggest difference. The Lush 4 ranges from a gentle 0.1 to a 10 out of 10 top power, and its contoured bulb presses that strength directly into my G-spot. The Techno Rave has only three steady levels, all clustered tightly between 6.75 and 7 out of 10, so it lacks both gentle warmup settings and truly strong upper levels. Its vibrations are also extremely buzzy, which feels less effective on the G-spot. The Rave’s rounded shape still gives some good front-wall pressure, so the vibrations can feel noticeable and enjoyable, but they do not feel as full or deep as the Lush 4.
Lovense’s app is also far better. It gives you continuous intensity control, live pattern creation, saved patterns, video calls, messaging, partner settings, and reliable long-distance control through normal phone behavior. The Love Spouse app works for the core job, but you mostly just select from 9 presets: three steady levels and six unlabeled patterns. Plus the Rave’s app is cluttered with ads. Though both toys had excellent connectivity in our testing.
The Techno Rave’s advantages are comfort and price. Its slimmer body creates less fullness and bladder pressure than the girthier Lush 4 (though its girthier size is more stimulating). The Lush 4 lasted longer in our battery test, 120 minutes on high compared with the Rave’s 95 minutes, but it costs more.
Choose the Lovense Lush 4 for much stronger, fuller G-spot stimulation, a wider power range, the best app, better long-distance play, and longer battery life. Choose the NS Novelties Techno Rave if you need the lowest-price app-controlled egg and care more about comfort than stimulation depth or an excellent app.
