It’s the one I orgasm with most easily hands-free, with by-far the best app of any brand, and the longest battery life. The VeDO Niki is the best panty vibrator I’ve tested with a physical remote (instead of app), and a great budget pick. It’s also one of the quietest and the most rumbly panty vibrator I’ve tested. These vibes are deep instead of the buzzier feel of many others. It has a broad, especially comfortable shape and a reliable, simple remote. You give up the Ferri’s app, so there’s no long-distance play, and its battery is fairly short, but if you’d rather skip the phone and want rumbly stimulation on a budget, it’s the best.

The NS Novelties Techno Lucy is the best budget panty vibrator with app control. It’s also the most comfortable panty vibrator I’ve tested, and one of the quietest, with stimulation strong enough to orgasm with hands-free. Its battery life is short, and its app is far more basic than the Ferri’s, with spammy ads you just have to ignore, but it works. This is the only panty vibe with an app and good stimulation under $50.

A panty vibrator sits inside your underwear against your clit, giving you hands-free stimulation while you wear it around, relax in bed, or let a partner control it from nearby or long distance. The best ones use a magnet to secure to your underwear, so you can position the toy where it feels best and keep it there. They also have a slight curve so more of the vibrating surface is against your body.
While panty vibrators are not as intense as a handheld toy you can press exactly where you want, with the exact amount of pressure you want, a few panty vibrators combine enough power with a secure fit that I orgasm with them completely hands-free.
I own and have tested 58 wearable vibrators, comparing them on power, rumbliness, app and remote control abilities, comfort, noise, battery life, and more. Below are the panty vibrators I recommend. The Lovense Ferri is the most well-rounded panty vibrator. It’s the strongest, reaching a top power of 9.35 out of 10, and its short, curved body transfers more of that power to my clit than any other – making it one of the few I can orgasm with hands-free, and the one I do most easily.
The curved shape also lets you add pressure hands-free – a unique and very helpful design feature: Shifting your weight against the curved base of the toy tilts the clit-end to press more firmly into you, the closest a wearable gets to the pressure control of a handheld. This is a big part of why I orgasm with the Ferri most easily.
Lovense’s app is the best of any brand I’ve tested, with excellent features and reliable connectivity whether you’re controlling it yourself, handing control to a nearby partner, or playing long-distance. The Lovense app is far better than the We-Vibe Moxie+’s (the Ferri’s main competitor) which is buggy and unreliable – no other panty vibrator’s app comes close to the Ferri’s. And its connection holds reliably, including through heavy body interference which can break the connection for other toys.
It also lasts the longest of any panty vibrator I’ve tested, running 168 minutes on its highest power in our test.
The Ferri fits very securely – its magnet is especially strong (you can see it holds through my hand). I can place the toy anywhere in my underwear, and it stays there. With heavy movement like running, squats, dancing, and jumping jacks the Ferri bounces around a little, but always snaps back to its original spot, never falls out, and stays in a stimulating place throughout.
Its vibrations are reasonably quiet when worn, but a couple of the other picks are especially quiet if that’s your bigger priority. The VeDO Niki and NS Novelties Techno Lucy are quieter without giving up much power. But the Niki is remote-controlled and the Techno Lucy’s app is far more basic than Lovense’s.
If you prioritize power, versatility, and the best app control, the Ferri is my top recommendation.

The NS Novelties Techno Lucy is the least expensive panty vibrator I recommend, and offers strong power and app control under $50.
It reaches a top power of 9 out of 10, barely less powerful than the Ferri, though a bit buzzier. And its broad, curved body and large magnet press that power firmly against your clit – it’s one of the few panty vibrators I can orgasm with hands-free, and only the Lovense Ferri (above) delivers more of its power to your clit. Even the much pricier We-Vibe Moxie+ can’t match its stimulation or fit.
Its vibrations are buzzy though, so for deep, rumbly stimulation on a budget, the VeDO Niki is better.
The Techno Lucy is also the most comfortable and most secure-fitting panty vibrator I’ve tested, at any price. The broad, plush clit-end spreads pressure evenly while the large magnet pins the toy in place, so it stays comfortable and on-target in bed and holds its spot through walking, dancing, and even running. And it’s one of the quietest of any wearable vibrator I’ve tested, despite having great strength.
The trade-offs are a very basic app and a short battery. The Love Spouse app essentially acts like a remote control – you just choose from three power levels and six preset patterns. No in-depth customization, but you can still connect with a long-distance partner. The connection is usually good, but can miss some commands under heavy body interference like happens when a partner controls your toy at an extreme angle. The app also has annoying ads, but they don’t block you from playing – you can just scroll past them.
The Lucy’s battery life (55 mins on high) is about a third of the Ferri’s. But for a strong, comfortable, secure panty vibrator with an app on a budget, nothing else I’ve tested comes close to the value.

The VeDO Niki is budget-friendly and an excellent choice for those who value rumbly vibrations and a physical remote rather than an app. It’s our best remote-controlled panty vibrator.
It’s the most rumbly panty vibrator I own – every other pick here, including the Lovense Ferri (above), turns buzzy on its higher settings. If you find buzzy vibrations tickly or numbing, the Niki gives you deep, rumbly stimulation throughout its entire power range, with some good strength behind it (8 out of 10 on high). While not as powerful as the Ferri, it has plenty of strength for me to orgasm hands-free.
Its broad, flexible, curved body is the other draw: rather than putting pressure in a focused spot, it blankets the whole area and stays in consistent contact with your clit, so the vibrations transfer where they should but are spread out very comfortably.
It’s comfortable to wear, quieter than the Ferri, with a remote that responds instantly and holds its connection even when your body blocks the line of sight between it and the toy. If you’re concerned about connection, the Niki is a more reliable budget choice than the NS Novelties Techno Lucy (above).
A physical remote is very easy to use and means you don’t have to look at a phone – you can often keep the remote in your pocket and operate it by feel. But it provides less feedback to help a partner understand what your toy’s doing, doesn’t give as detailed of control, and doesn’t allow long-distance play like an app.
The trade-offs for its budget price are no app and a short 55-minute battery. If these are important to you, the Ferri is the better pick: stronger, with the best app of any brand and about three times the battery. But for deep, rumbly, comfortable stimulation with a physical remote, the VeDO Niki is the best.

The We-Vibe Moxie+ is only worth considering if you really need both an app and a physical remote in the same toy. But you sacrifice in a lot of important areas.
Unfortunately, none of my panty vibrators with app and remote control perform very well. The only alternative with both, the Satisfyer Little Secret, has the weakest motor of any panty vibrator I’ve tested – so the Moxie+ earns this spot mostly by default.
Unfortunately, the Moxie’s app is a big downside. It’s buggy in close range – controls freeze mid-use – and too unreliable for long-distance play: A long-standing bug often shows both partners as “offline” and prevents a session from even starting.
The remote is the better way to control it, with separate buttons to increase or decrease power and move back and forth through patterns. But the signal drops when your body blocks the view between the remote and the toy, the worst of any panty vibrator I’ve tested: it’s reliable when you hold it yourself, but a controlling partner needs to have a really clear shot to you in order to limit body interference.
Most importantly – stimulation is only decent. The Moxie+ tops out at 6.75 out of 10 – about 72% of the Lovense Ferri‘s power – and its rigid, straight body swivels out of the ideal position as you move, so I can’t orgasm with it hands-free the way I can with the Ferri or the VeDO Niki. It does stay magnetically secure, quiet, and reasonably comfortable, with a decent 85-minute battery.
But most people are better off choosing a great panty vibrator that uses their preferred control method: the Ferri if you mainly want a great app, or the Niki if you want a dependable remote. Choose the Moxie+ only if having both in one toy matters more than getting the better panty vibrator.
Others to Consider
Satisfyer Little Secret
The Satisfyer Little Secret is a well-known panty vibrator, but I don’t recommend it. It looks good on paper – a strong app, a reliable remote, and excellent comfort – but its motor tops out at just 0.80 out of 10, the weakest of any panty vibrator I’ve tested and too weak to feel like more than a tickle. With such low power, the long battery life and quiet vibrations don’t really hold much value.
Its near-identical sibling, the Satisfyer Sexy Secret, is about three times stronger but still very weak. You used to be able to find these at a budget-friendly price, but neither is a budget buy anymore. If you’re drawn to the app-plus-remote combo, the We-Vibe Moxie+ is better, though the best panty vibrators have either app control or a remote – not both.
