The We-Vibe Chorus Pro provides enjoyable clitoral stimulation during sex, but it doesn’t bring me to orgasm hands-free like the We-Vibe Chorus or Sync 2.

The stimulation is still decent and can build toward orgasm, but I haven’t quite gotten there with the Chorus Pro – I always have to reach down and press the clit arm against me more firmly.

The reason is the redesigned external arm. On the Chorus Pro, it’s broader and heavier than the slim arms on the Chorus and Sync 2. And while the adjustable hinge does lock it at the angle I set, that extra weight still pulls it away from my body as my partner thrusts. It doesn’t apply the same clitoral pressure that the Chorus and Sync 2 do.

It works best in missionary, where my partner’s body helps press the external arm into my clit a bit better, but still not great.

Though its adjustable hinge does make it much more stimulating than flexible-only couples vibrators like the Romp Join, Sync Lite, and Sync Go which shift off my clit entirely during sex; the Chorus Pro’s hinge prevents that, but its heavier arm still loses pressure.

Like any hands-free couples vibrator, it stimulates less than a handheld like the Lovense Hyphy, which has a bigger motor and lets you press the vibrations exactly where you want.

The bulbous internal arm does provide some internal stimulation. Its motor is weak on its own, but as my partner thrusts, the arm gets pushed firmly against my G-spot. This really enhances the experience if you have better clit stimulation (like with the Sync 2 or Chorus).

The Chorus Pro could be a good fit if you’re sensitive to more focused clit contact. The broader, longer external arm may also help if you have a higher clit position. The Sexy Secret has one of the weakest clit motors of any panty vibrator I’ve tested, with a top power of just 2.5 out of 10. The only panty vibrator I’ve tested with a weaker motor is its sister product, the Satisfyer Little Secret. Stronger competitors like the Lovense Ferri, NS Novelties Techno Lucy, and VeDO Niki all deliver more than three times the Sexy Secret’s top power.

I can’t orgasm from this toy hands-free, even when I use the strongest setting and press it firmly into my clit with my hand. Its full power range – from a barely-there 0.5 at the bottom up to that 2.5 at the top – sits entirely below the strength I need to orgasm.

The frustrating part is that the fit is doing its job well. The broad, soft silicone arm contours well to my body and stays in firm contact, so the vibrations actually reach my clit. But what reaches me feels underwhelming – the vibration can feel enjoyable, but more as a warmup and slight tease than anything truly stimulating.

For a panty vibrator with a motor strong enough for hands-free orgasm (for me personally), consider the Lovense Ferri if you want excellent app control. On a budget, the VeDO Niki (remote-only) and the Techno Lucy (app controlled, but more basic than Satifyer’s) both pair similarly great body-contoured shapes with much stronger motors than the Sexy Secret’s.

The Chorus Pro’s clit motor has a broad power range, starting gently and reaching 6.75 out of 10 on high. That’s only moderate for wearable vibrators overall, but tied for the strongest hands-free couples vibrator I’ve tested – the We-Vibe Chorus, Sync 2, and original Sync all deliver nearly identical clit power, despite the Chorus Pro having an additional motor in its clit arm.

The Chorus Pro transfers that moderate power well when I’m using it alone, sitting or lying still, but less reliably once I’m moving or my partner is thrusting during sex. The adjustable hinge locks the clit arm at the angle you set, so when I’m still it stays in firm contact and delivers its vibrations about as well as the smaller Chorus and Sync 2.

But the broader, heavier external arm’s weight pulls it away from my body during thrusting, and the vibes hit a broader area rather than concentrating them against my clit. The slimmer Chorus and Sync 2 are better at transferring the vibes where they need to go, so I find them both more stimulating, and easier to orgasm with during sex.

Couples vibrators do not have the strength of a typical handheld, and you’re at the whim of the toy’s fit to hit the right spots. So if strong, well-placed clit stimulation is important, try a handheld instead, like the Lovense Hyphy or a wand vibrator. If hands-free clit stimulation outside of sex is your main goal, a stronger panty vibrator is a better fit.

Among couples vibrators, though, the original We-Vibe Chorus or Sync 2 provide better, more consistent clit stimulation across different uses.

We rate panty vibrators with rumbly vibrations higher than buzzy ones because rumbly is what most people prefer – but it’s a personal preference, so consider what you like.

The Sexy Secret is on the buzzy side. Vibrations start neutral at its lowest power (80 Hz) and quickly climb into the extremely buzzy range, hitting 144 Hz at the top. The motor’s median frequency is 127 Hz – well into the extremely buzzy band.

Vibrators always become buzzier as you increase power, so this curve isn’t unusual on its own. But because the motor is so weak (covered above), there’s no point on the curve where the vibrations feel rumbly and impactful: by the time you’ve turned the toy up enough for the vibrations to register, you’re already deep in extremely buzzy territory. That’s why the sensation feels tickly – the buzziness layers on top of the weakness, giving the vibrations a high-frequency, surface-level character rather than the deep, resonant feel rumbly vibrations provide.

Most panty vibrators actually lean buzzy, but plenty have better power so that the vibrations still feel impactful – for instance, the Lovense Ferri is also buzzy, but its strength makes it the one I can orgasm with most easily.

If you specifically prefer rumbly vibrations, the VeDO Niki is a better option. It’s the only panty vibrator I’ve tested centered around the rumbly range (66 Hz at the median) and it has great power too.

We rate rumbly vibrations higher than buzzy ones because most people prefer vibrations that feel deeper and less surface-level. But this is still a personal preference – many people enjoy buzzier vibrations too.

The Chorus Pro’s clit motor is pretty rumbly for a wearable. Its lowest setting is extremely rumbly at around 51 Hz, the middle settings stay moderately rumbly, and even the highest setting only reaches the top of the neutral range at about 90 Hz – it never crosses into buzzy vibrations.

That rumbliness really helps because wearable vibrators have less pressure and placement control than handheld toys. Rumbly vibes travel deeper through your body, which helps the Chorus Pro feel more stimulating even though it doesn’t press as firmly as I’d normally get from a handheld vibe.

While the second motor in the clit arm doesn’t make the vibrations feel stronger, they do feel a bit more rumbly because of it. Likely from the two motors interacting, the Chorus Pro has a low, rhythmic tapping sensation layered over the steady vibrations, which makes the clit motor feel deeper and more rumbly than its raw frequency suggests.

It stays noticeable on every setting, right up to the top. And it gets even stronger when both the clit and G-spot motors run together.

Like all panty vibrators, the Satisfyer Sexy Secret only stimulates your clit – not your G-spot. Since most women need clit stimulation to orgasm, a panty vibrator is often the right type of wearable. It’s a touch stronger on paper than the Chorus and Sync 2, but these have better clit stimulation, so I actually recommend them over the Chorus Pro.

On its own, the Chorus Pro’s G-spot motor feels weak and not especially G-spot-focused. But during penetration, the bulbous internal arm gets pushed firmly against my G-spot as my partner thrusts, and that pressure makes the overall stimulation feel more meaningful.

The internal arm of a couples vibrator has to stay slim enough to leave room for comfortable penetration, so it can’t fit a large, powerful motor. Its main job isn’t to deliver intense G-spot vibrations on its own – it’s to anchor the toy and add pressure against the front wall during sex.

If strong solo G-spot vibration is your priority, an egg vibrator like the Lovense Lush 4 or We-Vibe Jive 2 is a better choice, with a far stronger motor for your G-spot. And if you want a couples vibrator for use during sex, I’d recommend the original Chorus or Sync 2 instead.

The Chorus Pro’s G-spot vibrations are extremely buzzy – typical for hands-free couples vibrators. It’s median frequency is around 177 Hz – similar to the Chorus and Sync 2.

For solo use, that buzziness means you won’t feel the internal vibrations much on their own. Buzzy vibrations don’t travel through your body as effectively, and the G-spot is less sensitive than the clit, so a buzzy G-spot motor usually needs more power to compensate.

But that’s not a real problem for what the Chorus Pro is built to do – stimulate you during sex. When my partner thrusts, the bulbous internal arm presses into my G-spot, and that pressure is what makes the stimulation meaningful. The vibrations only add subtle enhancement on top.

So if you want strong, rumbly G-spot vibrations on their own, a larger egg vibrator like the Lovense Lush 4 or We-Vibe Jive 2 is the better pick – no couples vibrator’s internal arm is both strong and rumbly.

Satisfyer’s app is the closest second to Lovense’s. Its close-range and long-distance features are genuinely strong, with only minor tradeoffs compared to Lovense. Connectivity is the one mixed area: the app is designed well, so there aren’t bugs causing connection issues in close or long-distance play. But the bluetooth signal struggles when there’s a lot of your body between the phone and the toy, which can happen more often when letting a nearby partner control your toy from certain angles.

If app control is your top priority, go with the Lovense Ferri – the absolute best app and panty vibrator. Otherwise, the Satisfyer Connect app is the closest you’ll get to a Lovense-quality without going Lovense.

In the next sections, I’ll cover the Chorus Pro’s app control in-depth – its close-range features, its long-distance features, and its connectivity.

The We-Vibe app is buggy and bad – far behind Lovense’s app. In close-range control, it caps the Chorus Pro’s clit motor at about 63% of its full power, and freezes often enough that I don’t trust it. Long-distance control is worse: the app often blocks you from even starting a call, and commands tend to stop working even when you do connect.

You’re better off using the remote to control it.

There’s no good couples vibrators designed to stimulate you during sex that have a good app. If app control matters more than hands-free stimulation during sex, you’ll need a different type of wearable – go with a Lovense toy instead: the Lovense Ferri for clit stimulation, the Lovense Lush 4 for G-spot stimulation, or the Lovense Dolce for dual-stimulation.

The Satisfyer Connect app’s close-range features are great overall – second only to Lovense’s.

The Live Control screen (which is like Lovense’s main Remote screen) is its best feature. Here I can adjust a constant vibration intensity or draw a custom pattern from the same place. You raise or lower the intensity by swiping up or down on the screen. You can also tap the loop button, draw a pattern, and it will repeat. Many apps split those into separate screens, so the seamless switching is nice. There’s also a Boost button for an instant 30-second burst at high power.

The biggest way Satisfyer Connect differs from Lovense is in user experience. It’s harder to tell your exact strength in Satisfyer’s app, so if your partner is controlling, it’s harder for them to have an exact idea what’s happening. Satisfyer can also take more “swiping” to reach your preferred setting rather than single-taps compared to Lovense.

Satisfyer’s Pattern creation is strong with some small downsides. There are three ways to creat your own pattern. The first is drawing a real-time loop from the Live Control screen. We’ve found that the pattern it loops back often doesn’t match what you drew. It speeds it up or oversimplifies it (for instance, it usually transforms pulses to waves) – but this won’t be too big of an issue for most people.

You can also save your full vibration session as a pattern (up to 15 minutes long), so if you like the build-up you had during a certain sesssion, you can replay it. Lastly, you can use the On-Screen Sketch mode to draw a 5-second waveform with an instant preview before saving. This gives very fine-tuned control, because you’re not drawing it in real-time (unlike Live Control). You can preview the feel and start again if you don’t like it.

Satisfyer’s preset pattern selection and adjustability is fairly good. There are a lot of presets to choose from with a variety of waveforms (waves, pulses, triangular waves, gradual ramping, etc.). And you can adjust the intensity of the pattern by swiping your finger up and down on the screen.

There’s also an active Satisfyer community that creates and shares vibration patterns, and you can save these to your presets list. You can sort by “popular” to see which ones are well liked. You can also see a preview of the waveform so you can easily tell which ones are designed for two motors vs one motor, so you can download the ones that fit your toy. Any patterns you created and saved yourself are available in the Presets library to use again too. You can also use the “Sequences” screen to string together a series of preset patterns to play back-to-back.

It does have a few noticeable weaknesses: There’s too many default preset patterns with many of them being very similar, so it clutters the pattern selection screen and makes it harder to find what you’re looking for. The preset patterns all have a descriptive name and an icon of the waveform so you can tell what it should feel like before selecting it – some match well, but others don’t. So you still have to just try them to see what they feel like.

Satisfyer also has some synced audio features like Remotyca Stories and High Touch Meditation.

They have a large library of erotica audio stories for you to listen to. Throughout the story your toy will be vibrating along – usually on a pattern or a constant setting that’s gentler to moderate power near the beginning of the story. Toward the end of the story, it ramps up to a stronger, constant vibration to help you orgasm. There is a slider so you can adjust the intensity yourself during the story too.

This can be a great feature for people who like erotic audio. But it can be difficult to find stories by your interest because you can’t filter by specific fantasies or tags. There is a search bar, but it doesn’t work very well. So you have to scroll through stories and read their descriptions to know if it interest you.

The meditation feature works the same as the Erotica feature, except that the audios are guided meditations, which can be great for people who enjoy combining masturbation and mindfulness practices.

Music Vibes and Ambient Sound are the weaker of Satisfyer’s features. Music Vibes feels reasonably matched to a song’s softer moments, but once the music gets full, the toy just does a steady vibration with a bit of a wobble, so it’s not very accurate.

Ambient Sound is the sound-reactive mode – the toy vibrates in response to noise around you. It works, but the controls are more limited than the best apps. The best apps like Lovense, give you two separate sliders: one to set how loud a sound has to be before the toy reacts, and one for how intensely the toy vibrates when it does. Satisfyer combines both into a single slider, where sliding up makes the toy respond to quieter sounds and raises the intensity at the same time.

The problem is that usually you want the opposite behavior – you want the toy to vibrate stronger only when the sound around you is louder. So it’s not ideal in Satisfyer’s app.

If you want a better panty vibrator with the absolute best close-range features, go with the Lovense Ferri. But the Satisfyer’s app is the closest second to Lovense’s – it’s just a bummer the Sexy Secret itself is not stimulating enough.

The We-Vibe app’s close-range features are weak because the app is buggy and caps the Chorus Pro’s clit power at 63% of its actual strength. If it worked properly, it would be a decent option for simple intensity control, preset patterns, and basic customization. But the current experience is frustrating enough that you can only rely on the remote. For app control, a Lovense toy like the Ferri, Lush 4, or Dolce is far better – but none of them are couples vibrators you can wear during sex.

The main controls are Single Vibe and Multi Vibe. Both let you drag an on-screen dot up or down to adjust intensity. Multi Vibe also lets you assign preset patterns to four corners, so you can quickly switch between steady vibrations and a few favorite patterns without digging through menus. On either screen you can adjust the clit and G-spot motors together, or split the dot and control each one independently. It’s simple and convenient in theory, but it doesn’t work as intended.

The Chorus Pro’s max power on the clit arm in the app is only 63% of it’s true strength, unlike the original We-Vibe Chorus which avoids this particular bug. This is a huge dealbreaker, considering it’s on the gentle-to-oderate end of strength anyway. You’ll have to use the remote or on-toy button to reach full strength.

The control dot also occasionally freezes and stops responding, and you have to close and reopen the app to get it going again.

There are 10 preset patterns to choose from in Single or Multi Vibe, each with a name and a waveform icon. Some are easy to understand, like Pulse and Wave; others you have to try before you know what they do. One thing We-Vibe does better than Lovense here: you can adjust the power of each preset pattern whereas Lovense lets you adjust the speed. There’s also a Playlist feature for stringing patterns together, but you can’t feel what you’re building as you go, so it’s mostly guesswork.

Custom pattern creation is clunky. It’s buried several taps deep, you can’t feel the pattern as you draw it, and when I tried to play back one I’d made, it crashed the app every time. Lovense does pattern creation far better.

The sound and music modes are okay. Sound Mode uses your phone’s mic, and Music Mode syncs to songs saved locally on your phone – not Spotify or Apple Music, which is not very versatile. Both work, but the controls are poorly labeled, and there’s no minimum-volume threshold like Lovense offers to keep the toy quiet until the sounds around you are loud enough to cover it.

Touch Sense is a Chorus and Chorus Pro – specific feature, but it’s not that useful. The idea is that sensors in the clit arm change the vibrations as your partner’s body bumps against it during sex, so the toy responds to your movement together. But only one of its three modes worked reliably for me, and most people prefer a steady vibration anyway, so it’s more of a novelty than something you’ll actually use.

If you want excellent app control, Lovense is much better: choose the Lovense Ferri for clit stimulation, the Lovense Lush 4 for G-spot stimulation, or the Lovense Dolce for dual-stimulation. But none of those are couples vibrators you can wear during sex, so if that’s your goal, just skip the app and use the remote.

The Satisfyer Connect app’s long-distance experience is good too – again the closest second to Lovense’s.

During a long-distance session, your partner uses the same Live Control screen they’d use during nearby Bluetooth play. They get the same intensity adjustment controls, the same Loop function for drawing real-time patterns, and the same waveform display so they can see what you’re feeling. The one slight reduction from close-range is that there’s no prompt to save patterns at the end of a long-distance session like there is during close-range play.

You can share control of your toy with or without video and voice.

Getting into a call is easy. There’s a clear accept/reject popup, all the standard controls are there (mute, camera toggle, switch front/rear, end), and locking the phone or backgrounding the app doesn’t drop the connection – the camera freezes but the toy keeps vibrating, and everything resumes smoothly when I unlock my phone again.

The main downside is what the screen looks like during the call. The vibration waveform always sits prominently across the video feed of your partner and can’t be minimized. The app paints a light blue or pink gradient over the feed to indicate the toy’s power, which is distracting if you want to actually see your partner clearly. Lovense handles the same controls more gracefully – minimizable, no color-tint – so for couples where visual clarity matters, Satisfyer’s video feed is a real downgrade.

Messaging during a session works well (easy back-and-forth, partner gets notified), but the media tools are limited: photos only, no video clips, no voice recordings, and no screenshot-disable for privacy. Lovense’s app does all three.

Satisfyer is also missing a few of the partner-side controls Lovense has: no max-intensity cap, and no setting to control what the toy does on a Bluetooth disconnect (Lovense lets you pick between stopping for discretion or keeping the vibrations going for smoother continuity). There’s no anonymous control or social matching either – niche for most couples.

If long-distance play with the cleanest video and richest partner tools is your priority, the Lovense Ferri is a better option.

The We-Vibe app’s long-distance features are too buggy to recommend. The controls break so often that long-distance play is effectively unusable.

In theory it works like close-range control. Once you’re in a video call or chat, your partner is supposed to get the same Single Vibe and Multi Vibe controls you use nearby, plus the same basic pattern controls. You can even take back control of your own toy mid-session without ending the call – a useful touch that more apps should provide.

But the same close-range problems carry over, and some new, worse ones. In most sessions my partner and I tried, the toys just didn’t respond to what we did in the app – you drag the control dot expecting your partner’s vibrations to change, and nothing happens.

The clit-power cap carries over too, so your partner can’t reach the Chorus Pro’s strongest settings from the app. And you often can’t connect at all: both partners frequently show as “offline” even when you’re both in the app – I’ll cover this issue more indepth in the Connectivity section.

Even when you do connect, starting a video call is clunky – you send and accept four separate requests (the call, the camera, control of your toy, and control of theirs), and they often don’t go through. The video is also blurry and choppy compared to Lovense’s.

Messaging itself is fine – you can send text, photos, voice notes, and video clips. And We-Vibe lets you save multiple partners, but it doesn’t offer Lovense’s anonymous one-time control links or auto-accept settings for a trusted partner.

For long-distance play, a Lovense toy like the Ferri, Lush 4, or Dolce is far better – but none of them are couples vibrators you can wear during sex.

The Sexy Secret’s app connectivity is reliable for everyday solo use and for long-distance play. But the signal can be unreliable under a lot of body interference like often happens when letting a nearby partner control your toy. If outstanding connectivity is important, consider the Lovense Ferri instead.

Pairing the Sexy Secret is typically quick and easy. The very first time takes a couple of seconds (hold the toy’s button until it vibrates twice, then select it from the toys list when it shows up). After that, the app auto-connects when you turn the toy on – which works reliably as long as your phone was the last one connected to it.

If it doesn’t (auto-connect usually only fails after I’ve used a different phone with the toy in between) you typically have to hold the toy’s button for about 10 seconds until you feel several quick pulses to reset it, then re-pair. If that still fails, you may have to “forget device” in your phone’s Bluetooth settings and try again. Tedious, but it gets you back in every time and is typically only necessary if you connect multiple different phones to the toy.

If the connection drops mid-session, reconnection is automatic when the signal returns cleanly. However, when signal is only partially blocked rather than fully gone (say I shift my body and the connection degrades without dropping outright) the app can freeze instead of auto-reconnecting. The fix is to force-close the app and reopen; the toy is typically already paired by the time it loads back up, so control resumes right away. (Avoid tapping “Connect Now” in the disconnect popup – that routes you into a manual screen you’ll need to exit.) Once you know the move it’s not too disruptive, but is still annoying.

Commands go through reliably when I’m controlling my own toy. And the Sexy Secret can handle light to moderate body interference like happens when a partner is controlling your toy while facing you or at a slight angle. But it drops connection when body interference is more substantial.

Water-rich materials like body tissue can significantly dampen bluetooth signals – moreso than clothes or typical walls. Our body-interference test simulates this at three progressively harder positions: the Sexy Secret holds a stable connection at the first two but loses it at the third, most severe angle.

Its sister product, the Satisfyer Little Secret and their egg vibrator (the Satisfyer Petal), all struggle under some body interference so this looks like a Satisfyer-hardware pattern rather than a Sexy Secret-specific defect. The Lovense Ferri holds a stable connection at all three positions, which is important if a partner will be controlling your toy from another room or with a lot of your body in the way.

Bluetooth range comes in around 135 feet in our open-air test (measured with a clear line-of-sight). That’s plenty for partner control across a normal house, but keep in mind that body interference at certain angles will make your real distance shorter.

The long-distance connection is great.

Session start is fast and reliable. There’s a clear Remote Play tab where you send your partner a control or video request; the request shows up wherever they are in the app, and pushes a notification if their phone is locked (you can turn notifications off if you don’t want them).

Sessions don’t drop unexpectedly, commands consistently go through, and the app handles real-world phone behavior gracefully – locking my phone, switching to another app, or backgrounding Satisfyer Connect doesn’t disrupt the session. The app handles switching between Wi-Fi and cell data mid-call smoothly too.

The connection works in two parts: the toy talks to your phone over Bluetooth (the same as during nearby play), and your phone talks to your partner’s phone over Wi-Fi or cell data. Since during a long-distance call, your phone right by you is the one connected to your toy’s bluetooth, the body interference issue doesn’t really come into play. So as long as your cell data or Wi-Fi is decent, the long-distance connection works well.

If a reliable connection through any situation matters most, the Lovense Ferri is a better option – more robust through body interference and a slightly longer Bluetooth range. For solo control, partnered control from angles without much of your body in the way, and long-distance play, the Sexy Secret’s connectivity holds up well.

The We-Vibe app’s connectivity with the Chorus Pro is poor in close range and broken in long distance. The problem isn’t the Bluetooth signal, it’s the app. So it affects every We-Vibe couples vibrator, including the Chorus, Sync 2, Sync O, and others; it’s not something you can fix by buying a different model in the line. You’ll likely have to rely more on the remote and on-toy-button with this or any other We-Vibe toy.

The Bluetooth signal itself is strong. Its open-air range is excellent – I could get about 275 feet from my phone before it dropped – and it handles body interference well. Our test simulates a partner controlling the toy with your body sitting at three increasingly difficult angles between their phone and the toy, and the Chorus Pro stayed connected through all three; many wearables lose the signal at the hardest angle, because water-rich body tissue dampens Bluetooth far more than clothes or walls do. So if it weren’t for the app’s bugs, the Chorus Pro would hold an excellent connection.

Getting the toy and app paired is usually quick. Unlike the original Chorus, which pairs through its remote, the Chorus Pro connects directly with the app: open the app, tap the toy, and it instructs you on what buttons to press. If you switch between several We-Vibe toys or phones, though, re-pairing can turn into a full reset through Bluetooth settings and the app, which is a hassle.

Reconnection is inconsistent and unpredictable: if the signal drops and comes back within 10 to 20 seconds, the app usually reconnects on its own. But during that window it doesn’t tell you the connection was lost, so whoever’s holding the phone is unaware the commands aren’t going through.

If you wait too long, or the disconnect is because the app is frozen, you have to reconnect by hand, which sometimes means holding the on-toy button – awkward when the toy is being worn.

Commands also miss now and then even on a solid connection (setting the two motors to two different patterns is the surest way to trip it), and the controls occasionally freeze until you close and reopen the app.

Long distance is worse. There’s a long-standing bug where both partners show as “offline” even when you’re both sitting in the app, and when that happens you can’t send a control request or start a call at all – the session simply never begins. My partner and I tried every obvious fix, from restarting the app to resetting the toy to reinstalling, and none of them reliably cleared it. And on the sessions that do connect, the controls tend to stop responding within a minute or two.

If reliable app connectivity is your goal, a Lovense toy maintains much better connectivity in both close range and long distance play. Try the Lovense Ferri for clit stimulation, the Lush 4 for G-spot stimulation, or the Dolce for both. Just know these aren’t designed to use during sex.

The Satisfyer Sexy Secret doesn’t include a physical remote control. A remote lets you adjust the toy by feel – without pulling out your phone. Though there’s other downsides like less depth and no visual feedback to help your partner know what your toy’s doing. Here’s the main conclusion:

The Chorus Pro’s remote is excellent: great features, responsive, usable without looking, and far more reliable than the We-Vibe app. It is the control method I use most often, especially because it reaches the full clit strength, where the app caps it at 63%.

It holds up very well to body-interference too, but that mainly matters if you’ll wear this around while a partner controls it.

The Chorus Pro’s remote features are great – it provides some of the best controls I’ve found in a remote. And since the We-Vibe app caps the toy’s clit strength and gets buggy, the remote is how you’ll likely want to control it.

Power and pattern controls are separate – dedicated + and − buttons move forward and backward through the 11 power levels, and a set of arrows steps back and forth through the 7 patterns. So I never have to cycle past patterns just to reach a power level, the way many remotes make you. And you can adjust the strength of each pattern.

Holding the + button jumps straight to top strength. And, most importantly, the remote reaches the toy’s full strength (the app caps it at 63%).

It’s comfortable to hold, with a soft, squishy silicone coating and buttons are raised enough to find by feel – more so than on the original Chorus – so I can change settings without looking at the remote. It’s larger than the Sync 2’s simpler remote, though, so it’s not as easy to slip in your pocket.

The Chorus Pro’s remote also has a bonus squeeze mode: squeezing the remote harder raises the vibrations – this can be a more engaging way for your partner to control your toy. The soft, air-bladder squeeze is much better than the firm, tiring one on the original Chorus that kept me from using it. It just takes a light squeeze to work. And the remote itself vibrates to follow the intensity of the toy so your partner understands what you’re feeling.

Unfortunately, you can’t turn the vibrations on the remote off. But this vibration-response is only active in squeeze mode.

Outside of the squeeze-function partner feedback, the remote just blinks to confirm a press, so, like most remotes, it won’t tell a partner controlling it what setting the toy is on. The app is better for this when it works.

The We-Vibe Chorus Pro’s remote connectivity is excellent – and it’s much more reliable than the app. Where the app’s software drops commands and freezes mid-session, the remote has none of those problems.

Body interference is the main thing that can weaken a remote’s signal – your body sits in the signal path between the remote and the toy, and these signals are dampened by water-rich body tissue. Our body-interference test simulates this interference at three progressively harder angles, and it runs harsher than typical real-world use; the Chorus Pro held a stable connection through all of them without dropping a command.

Button presses register instantly – the toy reacts the moment I press, with none of the wireless lag some remotes have, and it didn’t drop a single press in our point-blank test. If it does briefly disconnect, there’s no reconnection routine to fuss with once back in range: a quick press of any button wakes the remote and you’re connected again.

That matches the original We-Vibe Chorus and does better than the Sync 2, whose remote can miss commands as the angle gets harder. If you’re controlling your own toy, body interference rarely comes into play. This is more important if you’re wearing your toy around and a partner will be controlling your toy with the remote from different angles and distances.

The remote reached about 325 feet in our open-air range test, measured with clear line-of-sight and no body interference – more than most will need. The one time it didn’t reconnect on its own was after I’d walked all the way out of that range; turning the toy off and back on brought it right back.

Since you’ll use the app, the on-toy controls are very basic – a single button cycles through three power levels and seven vibration patterns, with the full power range only available in the Satisfyer Connect app. Three power levels keep the cycle short enough to tap through quickly, though I wish patterns weren’t on the same cycle – most people don’t use them, and it makes it take more clicks to cycle through power levels.

The button itself is easy to feel without looking. It sits center-placed on the broad, plush body – pressing the button pushes the toy into me a bit, but the pressure spreads evenly enough that it doesn’t dig in.

The Chorus Pro’s on-toy button is basic but works fine – normal for a couples vibrator that also comes with a remote and an app.

A single button cycles through 4 power levels and 6 vibration patterns on the same loop, so dropping to a gentler power means clicking past the remaining patterns. With 10 total settings, this isn’t the most convenient, so if you change settings or patterns a lot, you’ll want to keep the remote handy.

The button itself is easy to find without looking, and sits on the external arm, so I never have to remove the toy to reach it. Pressing it does push the toy against me, but the broad, plush arm spreads that pressure out and keeps it comfortable.

Since I mainly use this toy during sex, it’s one of the few I actually use the on-toy button for. I don’t change power levels frequently, and it beats having to keep track of a second item like the remote or app.

The Satisfyer Sexy Secret fits extremely securely in bed, but the contact with my clit loosens a bit when I’m moving around.

The magnet that secures it to your underwear is excellent – strong, broad, and covering a generous portion of the back of the toy, it locks the panty vibrator to my underwear very well. The larger magnet prevents the toy from swiveling side-to-side like toys with smaller magnets often do.

In bed, the Sexy Secret stays exactly where I put it. The broad, soft silicone design follows the curve of my body, keeping it in great contact without shifting around, even as the underwear shifts.

While walking or doing anything upright, the toy’s position in my underwear stays in place, but the toy’s pressure against my body loosens. The magnetic anchor keeps it locked to the underwear reliably – it doesn’t drift to the side or come loose – but gravity pulls the underwear (and the toy with it) a bit away from my clit, so the already-gentle vibrations feel even more tickly than they do when I’m sitting or lying down. Sitting back down restores close contact immediately.

This pulls-away-from-the-body dynamic affects most magnetic panty vibrators to some degree, but it’s more noticeable on the Sexy Secret than on most other panty vibrators I’ve tested. If active-wear is a big priority, the Lovense Ferri and NS Novelties Techno Lucy each fit more securely, and are much more stimulating.

In this section, I’ll cover the Chorus Pro’s adjustability and fit for solo use in bed and wearing around. For its fit during sex, see Hands-Free Use During Sex.

The Chorus Pro has enough adjustability for solo use in bed, but it’s not a good toy to wear around. Walking-around use is more of a bonus for a couples vibrator than the main design goal – and the Chorus Pro is worse at it than other models like the Sync O.

For adjustability, the Chorus Pro has one hinge at the base of the clit arm. That hinge holds its angle well helping keep the clit arm in a good spot: flexible-only couples’ vibrators don’t keep good contact with your clit. The Chorus Pro is stimulating enough for solo in-bed use, but the broad external arm is heavier than the original Chorus or Sync 2, so I can’t cinch it quite as snug. I often end up pressing it in with my hand for stronger contact, especially during sex.

The Pro also drops the original We-Vibe Chorus’s second hinge. I don’t think that hurts the fit much – one good hinge is enough for me – but the original Chorus does give you more configuration options if you want extra adjustability.

Lying down, the Chorus Pro stays in place well. It doesn’t shift or pull out when I roll over, sit up, or lie on my stomach, similar to the original Chorus and Sync 2. The C-shape always feels a little precarious because it sits half-in, half-out, but it hasn’t actually fallen out of me in bed.

Wearing it around is the problem. When I stand or walk, the heavy external arm pulls the toy downward, and I have to push it back into place every so often. Stairs, squatting, and bending make this worse. Underwear keeps it from falling all the way out (if they’re tight enough), but needing to readjust it makes it too distracting for out-of-bed wear. With heavier movement, it gets even less secure: running and dancing tug it down, and jumping maked it fall out completely for me, caught only by underwear.

If you want a couples’ vibrator that’s better for wearing around, the lighter and tighter-fitting original We-Vibe Chorus and Sync 2 are better, and the We-Vibe Sync O is the most secure couples vibrator if you’re willing to give up G-spot stimulation. But if walking-around use is the main goal, I’d skip C-shaped toys and choose a magnetic panty vibrator for clit stimulation or an egg vibrator for G-spot stimulation instead.

The Satisfyer Sexy Secret is very comfortable.

It’s among the most comfortable panty vibrators I’ve tested in bed. The broad, soft silicone arm sits flush against my clit, the contoured back piece curves easily between my legs, and the whole form is plush and flexible enough that it feels like it melds to my body – no pinching, no awkward pressure points. The broad part by your clit spreads its weight across the area rather than digging in at one spot, and the form flexes with me as I shift around.

It’s also very comfortable when walking and moving around for many of the same reasons. The only complaint is that when I’m walking or doing anything upright, gravity makes the toy apply less pressure on my clit. So the vibrations are more tickly – it doesn’t bother me personally when walking around, but it could bother those senstive to buzzy, tickly vibrations.

In bed the Chorus Pro is very comfortable – similar to other couples vibrators, But its broad, heavy external arm makes it noticeably less comfortable to wear out of bed compared to lighter models in this line.

Lying down, it’s excellent. It sits against my body with even pressure, the silicone is soft, and once the hinge is set it stays put without jostling as I shift or roll – so it never taps my clit uncomfortably when I change positions. Even though the internal arm is slightly fuller than other C-shaped toys, it doesn’t add any distracting stretch while I’m just wearing it in bed.

Up and moving, it’s a different story. The broader, heavier external arm is more noticeable between my legs once I’m walking – enough that my gait feels a little off. And because the weight keeps pulling the toy down, I have to reach down and push it back into place every so often (more on why in Secure Fit & Adjustability) – not painful, just distracting.

So if you want a couples vibrator you’ll also wear around, the lighter Chorus and Sync 2 stay comfortable through walking and cost less, and the We-Vibe Sync O holds its place best of all if fit matters most. But if you’ll mostly use the Chorus Pro in bed or during sex, it’s comfortable.

The Satisfyer Sexy Secret is one of the quietest wearables I’ve tested. But it’s only so quiet because it’s weak – for a stronger, quiet panty vibe consider the VeDO Niki.

The Sexy Secret’s decibel readings on low and high power were extremely quiet, too quiet for our Sound Level Meter to pick up on. The ambient room noise was 35 dBA, and the the vibrations never measured higher than this.

It’s also in the most-discreet group of wearables in our Background Noise Masking subtest. In this part of our noise test, my partner listens from three feet away as I wear the vibrator and we play pink noise through a speaker at set volumes. He couldn’t hear the Sexy Secret at any vibration strength under any of our three tested volumes of background noise (56, 62, or 68 dBA).

While its one of the quietest vibrators, it’s also worth noting that every wearable I’ve tested, including the Sexy Secret, is audible in a fully silent room (no pink noise playing) – no matter how gentle and quiet its vibrations are.

The Sexy Secret was also inaudible behind a closed bedroom door. For this part of the test, my partner listens directly outside our bedroom door while I use the toy in bed. For this test, I use it like a handheld toy since wearing dampens sound, and some people want the flexibility to safely re-position the toy or move it around. Holding the toy instead of wearing it gives us the most conservative results. And he couldn’t hear the Sexy Secret at any setting in a silent house, with no fan or music needed to mask the noise.

However, the VeDO Niki is similarly quiet but is also one of the most stimulating panty vibrators I’ve tested, so it’s a better option if you care about power and noise.

The Chorus Pro is a quiet, discreet wearable – I could barely hear it myself, even on its highest setting. On our sound meter its low setting never got louder than the normal, silent room noise (about 35 dBA), and it rose to only about 42 dBA on high, so it stays quiet across its whole range.

In our Background Noise Masking subtest, it lands in the most-discreet group of wearables I’ve tested. For this test I wear the toy while my partner listens from three feet away and we play pink noise through a speaker at quiet, moderate, and loud volumes (56, 62, and 68 dBA).

He couldn’t hear the Chorus Pro at any vibration strength under any of those three background volumes. It’s audible in our room with no background audio playing – but every wearable vibrator I’ve tested is, no matter how gentle and quiet its vibrations.

Behind a closed bedroom door, my partner couldn’t hear it on any setting either. For that part of the test I use the toy like a handheld rather than wearing it, since wearing dampens the sound and some people want the flexibility to reposition a wearable or move it around – holding it gives us the most conservative result.

Most hands-free couples vibrators I’ve tested fall into this same especially-discreet group, including the We-Vibe Chorus and We-Vibe Sync 2. So if you’re choosing between couples vibes, the stimulation, comfort, and fit during sex matter more than small noise differences.

In our test, the Sexy Secret lasted 167 minutes continuously running at its highest power. While that’s among the longest battery lives of any panty vibrator I’ve tested, it’s not very impressive because the top setting is very weak so it doens’t use that much battery.

The Lovense Ferri had basically the same runtime in our test (168 minutes) while being the strongest panty vibe we’ve tested (3.7x stronger than the Sexy Secret).

The Chorus Pro has a decent battery life. It ran 75 minutes at its highest power during our test, with both motors going – and driving two motors at once is what keeps any couples vibrator from lasting especially long. Even so, it outlasts the cheaper We-Vibe Chorus (65 minutes) and Sync 2 (63 minutes). Just the clit-only Sync O (93 minutes) lasts meaningfully longer in We-Vibe’s hinged couples-vibrator lineup.

75 minutes is plenty for what the Chorus Pro is built for – I never need more than an hour of continuous full-power vibration during sex. But it becomes an issue if you want to wear it around for a long stretch, but its heavy external arm already makes that difficult.

If you want the longest-lasting We-Vibe couples vibrator, the Sync O is the better pick at 93 minutes, though it gives up the internal G-spot arm. If long runtime matters to you more than during-sex use, the Lovense Ferri lasted 168 minutes in our test – but it’s a panty vibrator, not a toy you can wear during sex.

The Sexy Secret is fully waterproof (IPX7) so it’s very easy to clean. You can run it under a faucet or submerge the whole toy while scrubbing it with soap and water.

The Chorus Pro is easy to clean. It’s IPX7 waterproof, so you can rinse it under a running faucet or fully submerge it in soapy water without worry – and it’s safe to take into the bath or shower.

However, the IPX4 remote can only resist light splashes. Do not run it under a faucet or take it into the shower; wipe it with a damp cloth instead.

The Sexy Secret is well-built. Soft silicone coats the entire toy, the magnet holds firmly to the underwear, and the on-toy button is responsive with a noticeable click. The whole form of the toy is flexible and plush for a high-quality feel – it’s just that the motor’s too weak.

The We-Vibe Chorus Pro has excellent build quality. It’s coated in smooth, body-safe silicone with plush padding along the edges of the internal arm, and it feels solid and well-made.

I can’t speak to multi-year hinge wear yet, but the adjustable hinge feels sturdier out of the box than the original Chorus’s and holds the angle you set very well. The on-toy button is easier to press, and the remote’s squeeze control uses a soft air bladder in place of the older model’s stiff, all-silicone core.

The Chorus Pro is heavier and a little larger than We-Vibe’s other couples vibrators. That gives it a substantial, premium feel, but the cheaper Sync 2 is built just as well with a smaller design that helps it fit tighter.
