An egg vibrator is a good option if:
1. You enjoy internal vibrations, G-spot pressure, or fullness on its own. (Many people need clit stimulation to orgasm, but internal stimulation can still feel good and be great foreplay.)

I can’t orgasm from G-spot vibrations alone, but when I pair the Lush Mini with clitoral stimulation, it makes my orgasms feel much more full.

Here’s the main conclusion:

The Niki is one of the most stimulating panty vibrators and one of the few I can orgasm with hands-free. It’s strong, transfers the vibes where they should go, and is the most rumbly panty vibe I’ve tested. If you value raw power most, go with the stronger Lovense Ferri. If strong, rumbly vibrations matter more, go with the Niki.

The Niki’s clit motor hits a top power of 8.0 out of 10 – great power, but not the strongest panty vibrator out there. Both the Lovense Ferri and NS Novelties Techno Lucy are stronger on high power, though both are also noticeably buzzier than the Niki. Where the Niki stands out isn’t raw power, though – it’s that the broad, flexible, curved design delivers that power to your body unusually well – essential for good stimulation in a hands-free toy. Among panty vibrators, only the Ferri transfers more of its motor’s strength to the clit.

For me, the Niki’s 8.0 top strength is enough power to orgasm hands-free. If top vibration strength is your main priority, go with the Ferri – but the Niki is plenty powerful for most people.

The Niki has six power levels spanning a wide range, from a very gentle 1.0 for warmup up to 8.0 at the top. That low end matters more with a wearable than with a handheld because you can’t just lift a panty vibrator off your body when things start feeling too intense – it’s nice to be able to dial down without reaching to pull the toy out of place.

Vibration transfer is where the Niki really stands out from most panty vibes. With a handheld you can position the vibrator exactly where you want it and just press harder to make the vibes feel more intense; with most wearables, you can’t, so the toy’s shape has to naturally transfer the vibrations where they should go. And the Niki’s shape does that well – its broad, flexible, curved design stays consistently in contact with my body transferring the vibrations right to my clit.

I wear it two different ways: with the top near my clit and the back end toward my vagina, or my preferred “upside-down” way with the top just under my clit and the rest of the toy wrapped up around my pubic bone. The vibrations transfer really well either way, but the toy stays even tighter to my body with the upside-down method.

The Niki’s curve also lets you press harder when you want to for more stimulation – something flat panty vibes can’t do. When you’re sitting, you can shift your weight against the end of the toy that’s opposite your clit. The surface pushes against the base and the curve tilts the clit end to press more firmly into you making the vibes feel stronger. It’s the closest a hands-free wearable gets to the better pressure control of a handheld.

We rate rumbly vibrations higher than buzzy ones because most people prefer rumbly. But it’s a personal preference, and some people like buzzy vibrations more.

The Niki is the most rumbly panty vibrator we’ve tested. Every other panty vibrator I’ve tested – the Lovense Ferri, We-Vibe Moxie+, NS Novelties Techno Lucy, and Romp Party – center around around the moderately or extremely buzzy frequency range. The Niki is the only one with a primarily rumbly clit motor.

The Niki’s lowest settings are extremely rumbly, the middle settings stay moderately rumbly, and only the very top setting feels neutral – never becoming buzzy. All the other panty vibrators we’ve tested become buzzy on their top settings. The Niki’s rumbliness has real power behind it too – the motor is strong as well as deep.

If rumbliness is what you want from a panty vibrator, the Niki is the best choice – no other panty vibrator I’ve tested comes close. If you care more about raw power than rumbliness, the Ferri is excellent – it’s less rumbly, but it’s stronger with excellent vibration transfer, and I can orgasm hands-free from it just as easily as from the Niki.

The slimmer form is more comfortable, and yet the stimulation is similar in strength and rumbliness to the full-size Lovense Lush 4.

The Lovense Lush Mini has strong G-spot vibrations, a wide power range, and a shape that presses that power right into your G-spot.

Its vibrations are among the strongest of any wearable I’ve tested, reaching 9.5 out of 10 at the top – just shy of the full-size Lovense Lush 4 and its older versions, which top out at 10. That’s a small gap that’s hardly noticeable: the Mini still delivers powerful, focused G-spot stimulation, well above what most egg vibrators manage.

The power range is among the widest I’ve tested, too. You can adjust the intensity continuously through the Lovense app in tiny, comfortable increments – from a gentle 0.6 at the lowest setting, great for warming up, up to that strong 9.5 at full strength.

Just as important, the Lush Mini’s shape and fit transfer that power to my G-spot very effectively. With a wearable you can’t press it harder for more intensity the way you can with a handheld – the toy’s design has to get the motor’s strength to the right spot on its own – and the Mini does this well.

Even though it’s smaller than the full-size Lush, its G-spot-focused bump-out still sits right against my front wall and presses right where I need it. I was actually surprised by how similar the stimulation felt even with a smaller size.

The one stimulation-related difference from the larger models is a slightly less-full feel – the slimmer body doesn’t fill you up quite as much. For me that’s a plus, since I don’t love too much girth, and it doesn’t take anything away from the G-spot stimulation. But if a fuller, girthier feel is more stimulating to you, the Lush 4 would be better for you.

The Lovense Lush Mini has great rumbliness for an egg vibrator.

Rumbliness matters more for a G-spot toy than for a clit toy. A clit vibrator sits right against a super sensitive area, where the nerves are easy to reach. But a G-spot toy has to send its vibrations deeper into your body to reach the sensitive nerves along your front wall. Lower-frequency, rumbly vibrations travel through the body better than buzzy ones.

The Lush Mini starts extremely rumbly on its lowest settings and stays deep through the low and middle settings. Like most vibrators, it gets buzzier as you turn the power up – neutral to buzzy settings on the stronger half. But there’s a lot of strength behind those top settings, so they still feel full and impactful rather than the thin, surface-level buzz you get from a weaker toy.

It’s only slightly less rumbly than the larger Lovense Lush 4, and the difference is not really noticeable when wearing it. Only one egg vibrator I’ve tested is meaningfully more rumbly: the VeDO Kiwi. If the deepest possible rumble is your top priority, the Kiwi is better. But it’s remote-only and is less powerful than the Lush Mini.

The Lush Mini’s app has the best close-range features of any brand.

On the main Remote screen, you drag a control dot up or down to adjust intensity. Tap Float to hold a steady power level, or Loop to draw a custom pattern that repeats. Since the toy vibrates as you draw, you can feel the pattern in real time instead of creating it blindly and testing it later. If you like what you made, tap Record to save it to My Patterns.

You can also control multiple Lovense toys at once with each motor getting its own dot on the Remote screen. For example, you can pair both the Lovense Ferri (a clit vibrator) and the Lush Mini for simultaneous clit and G-spot stimulation (which I personally prefer over using the dual-stimulation Lovense Dolce). Or you can control your own toy and a nearby partner’s toy at once. We tested four toys simultaneously without issue.

For presets, the My Patterns screen includes Lovense’s default patterns, anything you’ve saved, and patterns downloaded from Lovense’s active community library.

Lovense’s sound-reactive mode is also the best I’ve used. You can set a minimum decibel threshold, so the toy stays quiet until the room gets loud enough, and adjust sensitivity to control how much of the toy’s power range it uses. The live decibel readout makes it easy to calibrate. Many other apps either combine these controls or don’t offer a threshold at all.

The music-sync mode works with Spotify or local files and follows the music well enough for hands-free variation. You can cap the intensity to keep it in your comfortable range.

Lovense also includes a few useful extras: Voice Control, device-to-device control with certain Lovense toys, and per-toy max intensity settings. The intensity cap is helpful if you want to limit noise or prevent a partner from pushing the toy too high.

Overall, the Lovense app’s close-range features are excellent – and still the best of any brand I’ve tested.

Lovense also has the best long-distance experience of any brand, by a wide margin.

During messaging or video calls, your partner gets the same excellent Remote screen used for close-range control. They can set a steady intensity with Float or draw a repeating pattern with Loop, so long-distance control doesn’t feel stripped down. The only small downside is that you can’t control your own toy during a video call – only your partner can.

The video call tools are excellent. Incoming calls are easy to notice and accept, and once you’re in a call, the video feed is clear. You can mute, toggle your camera, switch between front and back cameras, cast audio to a speaker, or end the call. The controls stay out of the way until you tap the screen, and you can move your self-view so it doesn’t block your partner.

The app also handles normal phone use well. You can lock your screen or switch to another app without disrupting the session.

Messaging is equally strong. The thread is easy to follow, and you can send voice notes, photos, and videos from your camera or camera roll. There’s also an optional “burn after reading” feature for one-time viewing that prevents screenshots.

Lovense gives you helpful partner settings too. You can let a trusted partner auto-accept control requests, get a notification when they come online, or hide your online status from specific people. Each partner can have different settings.

Lovense also offers the broadest anonymous and group control options. You can send a one-time control link or create a group link for up to 10 people. When the time runs out, they lose access and can’t request control again.

If long-distance play is the main reason you’re buying a wearable vibrator, Lovense is the best choice.

The Lush Mini’s connectivity with the Lovense app is outstanding. It’s still the most reliable app-controlled brand I’ve tested, in both nearby Bluetooth control and long-distance sessions.

Pairing is quick: the very first time you connect, just tap Add Toy, turn the Lush Mini on, and it appears in the app within seconds. After that first setup, it auto-connects as soon as you turn it on with the app open.

Once paired, it stays connected through normal phone use like screen locks, app-switching, and long stretches of inactivity without it dropping. On the rare occasion the signal does drop (say, you walk too far from your phone), it reconnects on its own as soon as you’re back in range, and the app clearly flags a red “Reconnecting…” so a partner controlling your toy is never left guessing whether it’s still working. You can also choose whether the Mini stops or keeps vibrating if the connection drops – handy if you’d rather it go quiet than keep buzzing.

Its Bluetooth range is excellent, too. In our test, it maintained connection up to 365 feet in the open before it dropped – even a touch farther than the full-size Lush 4. Walls and interference will shorten that in normal use, but it’s plenty for a partner to move around freely while controlling your toy nearby.

It also handles body interference very well. Water-rich material like body tissue can weaken Bluetooth more than walls or clothing, which is why some egg vibrators work fine for solo control but drop connection when a partner controls them from certain angles.

Our body-interference test simulates this at three progressively harder positions, and the Lush Mini holds a stable connection at all three – so a partner can keep reliable control even with a lot of your body in the way. Plenty of wearables (like the Satisfyer Ribbed Petal) lose the connection at the toughest angle; the Lush Mini doesn’t.

Long-distance connectivity is also excellent. The toy connects to your phone over Bluetooth, and your phone connects to your partner’s phone over Wi-Fi or cell data. Since the Bluetooth connection is strong, long-distance play works well as long as your internet connection is decent. Sessions stay stable, commands go through reliably, and locking your phone or switching apps doesn’t disrupt control.

One quirk: if you start a session on Wi-Fi and then switch to cell data, the first switch can drop control and require a quick re-invite. After that, switching works normally. To avoid this, start the session on cellular data and then you can switch freely between the two.

For nearby or long-distance play, the Lush Mini’s connectivity is very dependable.

The Lovense Lush Mini doesn’t include a physical remote control. A remote lets you adjust the toy by feel – without pulling out your phone. Though there’s other downsides like less depth and no visual feedback to help your partner know what your toy’s doing. The Niki has one of the better panty-vibe remotes – reliable connection, quick response, and fast, direct power buttons. Its main limitations are typical of remotes versus apps: less partner feedback and shorter range. Go with the Lovense Ferri for app control, but the Niki has great remote control, which can be nice if you don’t want you or a partner to be tied to a phone.

The Niki’s remote is great with a few minor downsides – most of which are typical of remotes compared to apps.

Power control is fast and direct – you can move forward and backward through the six power levels with dedicated + and – buttons. Pattern navigation uses a single-button cycle loop – clicking forward through the nine patterns one at a time, with no way to go backward to a previous pattern. In practice this doesn’t matter that much, since most people stay on steady vibrations rather than cycling through patterns. You can also adjust the intensity of each pattern.

The remote is comfortable to hold, but the buttons themselves are less tactile than the best panty-vibe remotes – they’re not raised enough to tell which is which by feel, so I have to look at the remote to find the right button – something you get used to as you use the remote more.

Like most remotes, the Niki’s gives your partner just a faint blink when you press a button – no way to tell what setting your toy is on. That’s fine if you’re using the Niki yourself and many partners won’t mind. Others find it less engaging when they can’t tell what your toy is doing and what you’re actually feeling. An app-controlled panty vibe gives your partner real-time visuals of the toy’s vibrations, which makes controlling it feel more engaging. If that’s a priority for you, the Lovense Ferri is the best app-controlled panty vibe, and Lovense has the best app of any brand.

The Niki’s remote connectivity is excellent, though its maximum range lands in the middle of the pack.

Body tissue between a remote and toy is typically the main thing that breaks a remote’s signal during partner control, but the Niki holds up well to this. Our body-interference test simulates this scenario at three progressively challenging angles, and the Niki holds a stable connection through all of them. Our test runs harsher than typical real-world conditions, so partner-controlled play should stay reliable in practice.

Button presses register with barely any delay – the toy reacts the moment my finger leaves the button, keeping the rhythm of play intact. And theres no reconnection routine required when starting to play – the remote is always connected.

The remote reaches about 60 feet in our open-air range test – measured with clear line-of-sight and no body interference. This is middle-of-the-road for the wearable vibrators’ remotes we tested and real-world range will likely be shorter once objects and body interference come in. But this gives you enough flexibility for most activities, and especially any same-room use. If you need an especially long range, many app-controlled toys stay connected farther – for instance, the Lovense Ferri stayed connected until 190 feet in our same test.

Like most wearable vibrators, the Lush Mini’s on-toy controls are limited by design – you’ll mostly control it through the app. But the Mini has some of the better on-toy controls because you can customize its three on-toy intensity presets from the app’s “Adjust Levels” screen, so even though the button only offers 3 intensity settings, the levels it cycles through can be the ones you actually like to use.

Pressing the button cycles forward through three power levels and four patterns on one shared loop. You can’t step backward, so dropping to a lower power means clicking past the remaining levels and patterns. I’d rather the patterns weren’t in there – most people don’t use them, and they just add clicks when you’re stepping through the power levels.

The button itself is excellent. It sits on the tip of the antenna, so it stays reachable while you’re wearing the Lush Mini, and it’s raised enough to find by feel with a firm, satisfying click. And thankfully, the button is external – unlike eggs that put the button on the body, you never have to pull the Mini out to press it.

Like most wearable vibrators the Niki’s on-toy controls are limited by design, since you’ll typically use the remote to control it. There’s a single button that cycles through a steady vibration and nine patterns – all at one fixed intensity. To use the toy’s full six-level power range, you need the remote.

The button itself has a subtle feel and sits further back on the toy, so it takes some reaching to press if for some reason you want to change settings without the remote. When you do press the button, the toy’s broad, flexible shape keeps the pressure comfortable against your body. The on-toy button works as a backup, but the remote is the main way you’ll use the Niki.

The Lush Mini fits extremely securely whether you’re in bed, walking around, or doing heavier activity.

Once you insert it, it guides itself into place and stays there unless you tug it out with intentional force – just as the full-size Lush models do. A secure fit is an advantage egg vibrators have over other kinds of wearable vibrators: an egg’s bulbous shape holds it easily in place on its own, without the need for any adjustable mechanism.

In bed, rolling and shifting positions it doesn’t budget at all. Walking, stairs, and normal movement around the house didn’t make it pull down with gravity either. Even when I jumped up and down, it stayed put unless I tugged it out intentionally.

In my experience the Niki stays securely in the ideal place when wearing it in bed and during normal everyday activity like walking or going up and down stairs – but it shifts more during heavy movement like running or jumping.

The Niki’s broad, flexible, curved design contours to your body, so it stays snug and doesn’t shift during light activity the way some slimmer or straight panty vibrators can. It’s also secured to your underwear by a magnet – essential for any panty vibrator to fit securely. The Niki’s magnet is on the weaker side compared to other panty vibrators, but in normal wear that’s not really an issue – the form-fitting shape prevents the kind of shifting, tilting, or movement that would pull the magnet off, and the magnet itself is slim and form-fitted to the toy so it doesn’t get bumped off easily. The magnet can come loose when you actively re-position the toy in your underwear, but otherwise has stayed attached for me.

Heavy activity is not as good. When running, the toy bounces on landings and the stimulation briefly pulls away before gravity returns it. With jumping jacks, it slid further down in my underwear, and I had to adjust the placement afterward. It never fell out, but during vigorous movement the form-fitting shape can’t fully prevent the toy from shifting, and the relatively weak magnet doesn’t pick up the slack the way a stronger one can.

If you specifically want a panty vibrator that holds securely under intense movement, the NS Novelties Techno Lucy holds up better. Otherwise, the Niki’s fit is reliable for the way most people will actually use it.

The Lovense Lush Mini is the most comfortable egg vibrator I’ve worn, whether I’m in bed or moving around the house – one of the main reasons it’s my personal favorite.

It’s smaller than other models, which is the biggest reason it’s comfortable. The slimmer shape doesn’t cause the same fullness and bladder pressure that the bigger Lush models and other eggs like the We-Vibe Jive 2 do. These can feel a bit more restrictive when sitting upright, bending forward, or walking up stairs.

I can wear the Mini comfortably for much longer sessions, in bed or up and going about my day.

The external antenna helps, too. It’s the same curved, form-fitting design as the Lush 4 – it hugs the body instead of sticking out, so it rests comfortably near my clit without tapping it, and I never have to reach down to adjust it as I move.

If you’d rather have a fuller, girthier feel, the larger Lush 4 can be better. But the Lush Mini is my personal favorite specifically because I find it so comfortable.

The Niki is one of the most comfortable panty vibrators I’ve tested, and the comfort holds up just as well when I’m moving around as it does lying in bed.

That’s less common than you’d expect. Most panty vibrators are noticeably less comfortable during light activity than lying down – mostly because toys can poke or apply uneven pressure when walking – but not for the Niki. The Niki’s broad, flexible, curved shape distributes pressure evenly across my body, so there’s no digging in, no pinching when I close my legs, and no uncomfortable tapping when I move. It blankets the area rather than pressing into a single spot.

One wear note: I find the Niki most comfortable when worn upside-down (so the charging port end is facing upward), with the toy’s curve wrapping up around my pubic bone. The reverse orientation is still great, but “upsidown” is slightly more comfortable and stimulating for me.

The Lovense Lush Mini is quiet, with a clean, smooth hum. Its vibrations sound cleaner than the slightly more grating older Lush 2 and Lush 3. It has a similar, clean-sounding motor to the full-size Lovense Lush 4.

On low power, it measured right at our 35 dBA ambient floor – too quiet for our sound level meter to even pick up. On high, it reached about 46.5 dBA, which is still quiet.

It also did well in our Background Noise Masking test. While I wore the Mini, my partner listened from three feet away as we played pink noise at quiet, moderate, and loud volumes (56, 62, and 68 dBA). With the moderate and loud background noise playing, he couldn’t hear the Lush Mini at any strength. With the quietest background noise playing he couldn’t hear the low or middle settings either; only the high setting was barely audible – a subtle hum he had to listen closely for, and it took him several minutes to decide whether he was really hearing it.

Behind a closed bedroom door, the Lush Mini was completely inaudible. For this part of the test, my partner listened directly outside the closed door while I used the Mini handheld in bed. Holding it instead of wearing it gives the most conservative result, since wearing dampens the sound and some people also use eggs clitorally in bed. My partner couldn’t hear it from the other side of the door at any power level.

Most eggs are pretty quiet, so you have lots options, with the Lush Mini being an excellent one!

The VeDO Niki is a very quiet panty vibrator – one of the areas it outperforms the Lovense Ferri a bit. Decibel readings on both low and high power were too quiet for our Sound Level Meter to pick up on – the ambient room noise was 35 dBA, and the Niki never measured higher than this.

It’s in the most discreet group of wearables I’ve tested for our Background Noise Masking subtest. I wear the toy while my partner listens from three feet away and we play pink noise through a speaker at quiet, moderate, and loud volumes (56, 62, and 68 dBA). My partner couldn’t hear the Niki at any vibration strength under any of our three tested volumes of background noise. It is definitely audible in our room without any background audio playing – but every wearable vibrator I’ve tested is audible in a fully silent room, no matter how gentle and quiet its vibrations are.

For our closed-bedroom-door test, my partner stands directly outside the bedroom while I use the toy in bed. I use it like a handheld toy since wearing dampens sound, and some people want the flexibility to safely re-position the toy or move it around – holding it instead of wearing it gives us the most conservative results. My partner couldn’t hear the Niki on its low or middle power levels. He could just barely hear it on high in our completely silent house – pretty faint, and easily masked by cars passing by outside. When I re-checked while actually wearing the Niki, the sound was significantly dampened and he couldn’t hear it on any setting.

The Lovense Lush Mini has a short battery life for an egg vibrator. It lasted 65 minutes at its highest power in our test.

I actually ran this test twice since this is quite a bit shorter than the larger models, and Lovense advertises “up to 236 minutes.” If you use the lower and middle settings you’ll get a longer runtime – but at the max power we got about 65 minutes.

If a longer battery matters more to you than the slim, comfortable feel, the fuller Lovense Lush 4 and older Lovense Lush 3 last about twice as long – 120 and 135 minutes.

The Niki has a short battery life. It lasted 55 minutes continuously running at its highest power during our test – below the higher-end panty vibrators. Since you’ll use the Niki’s lower power levels too, your real-use runtime will likely be longer.

If long battery life is a priority, go with the Lovense Ferri – it lasted 168 minutes during our test, about three times the Niki’s runtime.

The Lovense Lush Mini is very easy to clean. It’s fully waterproof – rated IPX7, so you can rinse it under a running faucet or fully submerge it in soapy water without worry.

Cleaning the Niki is straightforward in practice, but our rating is conservative because we couldn’t confirm the toy’s exact waterproof status. VeDO lists it as “splashproof – suitable for shower” on their site, which usually corresponds to an IPX5 or IPX6 rating. Products with those ratings are safe to clean under a running faucet or use in the shower, but IPX4 products (which are also sometimes called “splashproof”) are not. We emailed VeDO to confirm the exact IPX rating and didn’t hear back, so we rated the Niki’s cleaning based on not being able to run it under a faucet.

In practice I do run most of the Niki under a faucet without being especially careful, just keeping water away from the charging port and wiping that area with a cloth. I haven’t encountered any issues.

The Lush Mini has excellent build quality. It’s covered entirely in a smooth, body-safe silicone with a solid, quality feel, and its curved antenna is thick enough to feel sturdy and holds its shape well. The single button has a satisfying, responsive click, too.

I can’t speak to the Mini’s long-term lifespan yet, since it’s a newer toy. But I’ve had the Lush 2 since 2020 and the Lush 3 since 2021, and both still work as expected; the Mini feels built to the same solid standard, so I expect it to hold up well with normal use and care.

The Niki feels well-built. It’s coated in smooth silicone with a small plastic section around the charging port, and the toy’s slight flex feels sturdy and adds to its comfort. I’ve had mine since 2021 and it’s continued to operate as expected. The plastic remote is very lightweight and cheap-feeling, but it functions well.
