I’ve got a nightstand by my bed with a few of my favorite toys that are always on regular rotation. I keep the rest of my toys in the closet – mostly taking them out when I need to remember how one felt to accurately compare it to a new toy I’m testing.
The Nexus Revo Stealth is in the favorites drawer because of one major, standout feature:
Automatic prostate pressure from the rotating head.
If you’re looking for hands-free prostate pressure, the Nexus Revo is a toy that’s worth considering.
But toys I like aren’t necessarily toys that you’ll like. So in this Nexus Revo Stealth review we’ll dig into all the details to help you decide if it’s a good fit for you.
How the Nexus Revo Stealth Stimulates the Prostate vs Other Prostate Massagers
I love prostate pressure.
That’s why my nJoy Pure Wand is also in the drawer with my best prostate massagers – it’s a heavy toy with an excellent handle to apply some serious pressure to your prostate manually.
Most toys that stimulate the P-spot through pressure are manual prostate massagers. You’ve got to roll up your sleeves and put in the work to apply the force. Even other hands-free pressure toys like the Aneros Vice 2 take effort to use – with the Vice you’ve got to squeeze and release your muscles to make the toy pivot.
While these manual prostate massagers enable firm, targeted pressure – I can find myself distracted using my pressure-centric toys. It’s easy to focus more on the mechanics than the pleasure.
My mind can get caught up thinking about maneuvering the toy, pressing in and out, and making sure I’m hitting the right spot.
When I’m undistracted, manual prostate pressure is fantastic.
But if I’m not super turned-on and completely engaged, I’ll miss out on actually enjoying the sensations.
Plus, using your hands to maneuver a toy makes it difficult to stimulate your penis simultaneously. You can do it – but it’s just a lot of distracting work.
So when I just want to sit back, relax, and enjoy some zenned-out P-spot stimulation, I need a prostate plug. Prostate plugs slip in place and nuzzle right up against your prostate – no effort required on your part.
And your hands are free to do other things.
But most prostate plugs stimulate through strong vibrations: an excellent form of stimulation in its own right. I love powerful vibes too – the Lovense Edge 2 is one of my go-to vibes.
But they don’t press on your prostate – like really press.
The Nexus Revo Stealth merges these two separate worlds of prostate stimulation. You have toys that give strong prostate pressure but require work and mental focus on one end. On the other end, you have toys that are hands-free and effortless, but give little prostate pressure.
With its lovely merging of these two kinds of stimulation, the Nexus Revo Stealth has become my go-to for hands-free prostate pressure.
Now let’s dig into specifics.
Rotations and Pressure
The Nexus Revo Stealth’s prostate arm has a bulbous head that rotates 360 degrees to apply automatic pressure to your prostate.
This automatic pressure is the main feature of the Nexus Revo Stealth and the reason I keep returning to it.
The head can swivel through at a slow speed or a fast speed. You use the rotation button on the prostate massager or remote to change between the 2 speeds.
Both speeds feel great to me, but I prefer one or the other some days.
The slow speed seems to give my brain and body more time to take in and experience the sensations of its steady, sweeping motion. So when I’m turned on and feel more present in my body, I usually prefer the sensations from the slower speed.
When I want a full-feeling orgasm, but don’t have the mental patience to slowly experience every little sensation – ya, I’ll just crank the Revo Stealth to the faster speed, put the vibrations on low for some added stimulation, and enjoy a quick, strong orgasm.
So I like the versatility of the two rotation speeds.
Now, the Nexus Revo Stealth is not a miracle replacement for manual pressure toys.
Heavy, handheld dildos like the nJoy Pure Wand still allow you to apply more substantial pressure than the Revo Stealth. You can grip the Pure Wand and put significant force behind it. And you can choose exactly where to apply that pressure.
Since the Nexus Revo Stealth is still a plug, you won’t be able to thrust it to apply additional pressure. The pressure from the rotations is the pressure you get. You don’t have as much control of the pressure as you do with handheld toys the nJoy Pure Wand or the Lelo Loki.
But you can shift your body positioning to adjust the pressure to some extent.
I’ll usually shift around a bit at the beginning until I find a position where the Revo Stealth’s rotating head feels especially good!
Then I just leave it alone and let myself enjoy the completely hands-free pressure. With my hands freed up, it’s easier to stimulate my penis too for excellent combined stimulation – something that’s pretty difficult to do while your hands are tied up using a manual prostate massager.
The automatic prostate pressure gets two thumbs up from me (now that my hands are free to give thumbs up!)
Vibrations
The Nexus Revo Stealth has a vibrating motor in the perineum arm of the toy. So you’ll be getting external vibrations while the internal shaft rotates to apply prostate pressure.
Let’s chat about how the vibes feel compared to other prostate massagers and how they affect your experience.
Vibration Power
The perineum motor is close enough to the prostate arm of the toy that some of the vibrations still make it internally to your prostate.
But the vibration stimulation your prostate gets from the Nexus Revo Stealth is minimal compared to toys where the vibrations are the main focus, like the Lovense Edge 2 or We-Vibe Vector.
The heart of the Nexus Revo Stealth’s stimulation is hands-free pressure. The vibrations feel more like a nice bonus, but don’t expect to be blown away by the vibes.
The vibes do feel fairly strong on your perineum (makes sense as that’s where the vibrations intend to stimulate). But I’d say the vibration power that your prostate feels is about a third of what it feels from the Lovense Edge 2 – a toy designed to stimulate the prostate with solid vibrations.
Personally, I’m fine with the lower power on the Nexus Revo Stealth. I actually found that when I turn the vibration power to high, I can’t feel the pressure from the rotating head as strongly.
I prefer to put the vibration power on the lowest level. I find this adds a bit of additional stimulation but doesn’t detract from the impact of the head swiveling through its orbit.
If you’re primarily looking for a toy that stimulates through strong vibes, check out any of the prostate plugs below. They each provide more powerful vibrations than the Nexus Revo Stealth.
But they don’t offer the unique pressure stimulation that the Nexus Revo provides.
Most Stimulating Vibes
Lovense Edge 2
My favorite plug for vibes; Unique interactions between the two motors
Most Comfortable
We-Vibe Vector
Deep rumbly vibrations and easiest to wear around; Best size for beginners
Strongest Vibrations
Lelo Hugo
Strongest raw vibration power; Less versatile control than Vector and Edge 2
Buzzy or Rumbly Vibrations
Vibrations can feel buzzier (higher-frequency) or more rumbly (lower-frequency).
I typically find I prefer a mix of the two, but more toward the rumbly side.
Low-frequency vibrations penetrate deeper and stimulate a greater area. They feel like they involve more of your body than just the area the vibrator is touching.
Higher-frequency vibes stay more surface-level, but they pack a nice extra kick right at the location of the vibe.
That’s why I prefer a good blend of the two – so the vibes impact more of my body but still hit hard right at the surface.
The Nexus Revo Stealth is very buzzy. It’s one of the highest-frequency toys I’ve tried. With a toy this buzzy, I find I need the vibration power to be stronger than the Revo Stealth is for the vibes to feel intense. So I think the Revo Stealth would benefit from having deeper vibrations than it does.
This buzzier quality contributes to why I find the Nexus Revo Stealth’s vibrations are best thought of as an add-on.
Automatic Pressure is this prostate plug’s goal. And it does that well (which is why it still has a home in my favorites drawer).
Vibration Patterns
The Nexus Revo Stealth has 6 vibration modes you can cycle through using the button on the base of the prostate massager or the remote control.
It has three constant vibration powers (low, medium, and high). As I mentioned earlier, I prefer to stick to the low level so that I feel more of the prostate pressure.
It also has 3 vibration patterns – slow pulses, fast pulses, and a crescendo pattern from low to high. So if you like patterns, you do have a few options.
Prostate Stimulation Verdict
Overall, I’m happy with the Nexus Revo’s prostate stimulation.
While other plugs have stronger vibrations, the Nexus Revo Stealth’s rotating head provides a level of unique and automatic prostate pressure that I don’t get from my other prostate massagers.
If you care more about strong vibrations, head to my Lovense Edge 2 review here.
But if you’re interested in hands-free prostate pressure, the Nexus Revo is a great plug (currently resting in my favorites drawer).
Size: Which Nexus Revo is Best For You
The Revo Stealth has an insertable length of 3.74 inches (9.5cm) and a maximum shaft width of 1.34 inches (3.4cm).
The Stealth is the Nexus Revo model I own personally, and this review is based on my experience with it.
But there are a few Nexus Revo models that all have the same functionality that we just discussed – a rotating shaft and a vibrating perineum motor.
If your size preferences differ from the Revo Stealth, it may be worthwhile for you to pick up whichever Nexus Revo fits your needs.
Nexus Revo Model Size Comparison
Insertable Length | Max Width
Nexus Revo Stealth | 3.74" | 1.34"
Nexus Revo Extreme | 3.94" | 2.13"
Nexus Revo Slim | 3.74" | 1.10"
Nexus Revo Intense | 3.35" | 1.34" |
If you’re newer to prostate stimulation, I’d recommend going with the Nexus Revo Slim or the Nexus Revo Intense.
The Revo Slim is, well – slimmer than the Revo Stealth.
Width is the main dimension you want to be smaller when starting with prostate play. But if you’re more concerned about having a shorter length, the Revo Intense is the shortest of the Nexus Revo models.
If you’ve got some anal experience under your belt, I think the Nexus Revo Stealth is just right. It’s got a fair insertable length – a touch longer than other plugs like the Lelo Hugo (3.4 inches) and the Lovense Edge 2 (3.59 inches). But the width is pretty average (a touch wider than the Hugo and narrower than the Edge 2).
The Nexus Revo Extreme is for people who enjoy a very full feeling. It’s both a touch longer and over ¾ inches wider than the Revo Stealth.
Comfort
Insertion and Removal
Even though the Nexus Revo Stealth has a maximum width of only 1.34 inches (3.4cm), I was surprised to find I wanted a bit of a warmup the first time I inserted it.
Because the Nexus Revo Stealth’s head rotates to apply pressure, it doesn’t have a tapered tip like many plugs. You don’t want a pointy end turning against your prostate – it would feel too pokey. For the prostate pressure to feel good, the head of the Nexus Revo needs to be blunter.
So since it doesn’t have much of a tapered tip, insertion can be a touch less comfortable than other toys of the same size. But it does still slip in fairly easily.
If I’ve been playing with anal toys regularly, I don’t need to warm up first. I’ll just start right away with the Nexus Revo Stealth.
But if it’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve played, I’ll start with my fingers first or a smaller, tapered toy like the We-Vibe Vector. Then switch to the Nexus Revo Stealth once I’m ready.
On the other hand, removal is very comfortable.
The rear curves from the insertable arm to the neck have a nice taper which makes popping the prostate massager back out a breeze.
During Use
I also find the Nexus Revo Stealth nice and comfy while it’s inserted and rotating against my prostate.
The rotation is smooth and not too aggressive, so it doesn’t bombard your prostate uncomfortably. The Revo Stealth’s head steadily sweeps through and applies blunt, comfortable pressure on your P-spot.
Magic word again: Blunt pressure.
The same blunt head that can cause insertion to require a warmup if you’re newer to prostate stimulation makes the pressure during use comfortable (and more stimulating too!)
Secure Fit
In the bedroom, the Nexus Revo Stealth is a great toy.
If you’re looking for a prostate plug to wear around, this is probably not the toy for you. The insertable arm has some bulbous sections that help keep it in place. I never have an issue with it slipping out while using it in the bedroom.
But the curves are still subtle enough that the Revo Stealth can push out if you try walking around with it in.
Plus, the base is just too bulky for walking.
In the bedroom, you’re good. But I would say wearing it out is a no-go. If you’re looking for a vibrating toy you can wear around, your best option is a traditionally shaped plug like the Lovense Hush.
And of my prostate massagers, I’ve experienced the most secure fit from my We-Vibe Vector.
Noise Level
I like to provide context about when someone may or may not be able to hear your toy.
So I used my Nexus Revo in our room and had my partner stand on the other side of the closed door to listen in.
She could only hear the Nexus Revo Stealth when the rotation was on its highest level (with or without vibrations on too).
When I had the vibrations on max with rotation on the slower speed, she could not hear the Nexus Revo.
But when the rotation was on max, she could start to hear it a bit. After that, she said she thought she could still hear it when only the rotation was on high but the vibrations were turned off.
When I turned a fan on in the room or played music, she could no longer hear the Nexus Revo at any setting.
Then she moved to the next room over, which shares a wall. So she wasn’t standing directly on the other side of the closed-door anymore.
She could not hear the Nexus Revo Stealth on any setting from the next room over even without music or a fan on.
Remote Control Quality
The Nexus Revo Stealth’s remote control connects easily and instantly to the prostate massager.
I haven’t had any trouble getting started quickly or with the remote becoming disconnected.
The Nexus Revo Stealth is also very responsive to the remote. A button click immediately affects the prostate massager.
We also tested the distance we could separate the remote control from the prostate massager and have them remain connected. My partner was able to keep controlling the Nexus Revo Stealth up to 130 feet away.
Your own results may differ, but you won’t have issues with the remote disconnecting from distances you’d realistically use the toy. Again, I think the Nexus Revo is best used at home.
As far as functionality goes, it’s a pretty basic remote. The remote control has one button for each function (rotation and vibration).
You’ll click the vibration button to cycle through vibration intensities and patterns. Some remotes have forward and backward buttons to quickly go back if you accidentally clicked too far. But with the one-button control style, you’ll just have to cycle through.
It’s not much of an inconvenience since there are only 6 vibration styles to cycle through. You want a remote with more buttons when a toy has many levels.
You’ll use the rotation button to toggle between slow rotation and fast rotation speed. An additional click will also reverse the direction the Nexus Revo Stealth’s head is rotating. You may find one rotation direction feels better to you than the other.
Holding down either the rotation or vibration button turns off that particular function so you can focus on the other.
Overall – it’s pretty basic. Nothing fancy, but it works well and reliably.
One feature I love about the Nexus Revo Stealth’s remote control is that the remote itself is also rechargeable. Unfortunately, many toys have a battery-operated remote even though the toy is rechargeable. So you still have to keep batteries on hand.
But with the Nexus Revo Stealth, you can recharge both the toy and the remote.
And for cleaning (or use in the bathtub), the remote control is also IPX7 waterproof. So it can be also be entirely submerged.
Battery Life and Charging
It takes 3.5 hours to fully charge the Nexus Revo Stealth, giving 10 hours of use on the highest power settings.
And the remote control takes such low power that just 1 hour of charging time will last for 100 hours of use.
Now, I haven’t set a timer to 10 hours and turned the Nexus Revo on blast to test their claim. But I use the Nexus Revo Stealth several times in between charges, and I haven’t had it die on me during use yet.
And I’ve never had to re-charge the remote control since its original charge – it’s still going strong.
So I’m satisfied with the Revo Stealth’s battery life.
Nexus Revo Stealth Review Results
I really enjoy the Nexus Revo, and it’s in my regular rotation of favorite toys.
While the vibrations aren’t as strong as other plugs, the hands-free pressure you get from the rotating head is unique and feels wonderful. While most plugs provide strong vibes and little pressure, the Nexus Revo does the opposite. The vibes are a nice bonus, while it gives excellent hands-free prostate pressure.
I recommend the Nexus Revo Stealth if you:
- Are looking for a hands-free way to enjoy prostate pressure
I normally have a pretty long bullet point list above, but I don’t want to clutter this section with irrelevant info.
Hands-free, no-work-required prostate pressure is really the main reason to get the Nexus Revo. So if that’s what you’re looking for – this prostate massager is an excellent choice.
If you’re here for powerful vibrations or the super heavy pressure you can get from manual toys, then read on to the next section.
Nexus Revo Alternatives
As I’ve mentioned repeatedly throughout this Nexus Revo review, the Revo Stealth gives great hands-free pressure stimulation from the rotating head. That’s the main reason to get a Nexus Revo.
But if you came here looking for a prostate plug with the strongest vibrations, I’d recommend considering the Lovense Edge 2 (review here). The vibes are much more powerful, deep, and impactful. It doesn’t give the kind of pressure stimulation the Nexus Revo Stealth offers, but it has my favorite vibrations.
If you want better vibes, but don’t want to give up that automatic prostate pressure, you could consider the Lelo Loki Wave.
This is not a hands-free option like the Nexus Revo. The Loki Wave is a handheld prostate massager.
But the internal arm moves back and forth in a come hither motion to provide prostate pressure without you needing to do all the work manually. And its vibrations have more power. I really enjoy the blend of pressure and vibrations with the Loki Wave. Whereas with the Nexus Revo Stealth, I mostly enjoy the pressure.
What you’re trading off with the Loki Wave is the hands-free aspect. But if you don’t mind needing to hold the toy a bit, it’s a great prostate massager.
And for the absolute heaviest pressure you can get – the nJoy Pure Wand is still the best. You can’t beat the force you can pack behind a stainless steel toy. But you will have to do all the work yourself. And it can be a big learning curve figuring out how you like to use the Pure Wand.
FAQ
Where to Buy the Nexus Revo Stealth
You can buy the Nexus Revo Stealth at Lovehoney or SheVibe. SheVibe often has a lower price on the Revo Stealth, but Lovehoney allows returns if you don’t end up enjoying your toy. So if you’re concerned you won’t love the Revo Stealth, Lovehoney is a great option. You can use the code “PleasureBetter15” for 15% off at Lovehoney.
How to Clean Nexus Revo Stealth
Both the Nexus Revo Stealth and its remote control are IPX7 Waterproof which means they’re completely submersible. You can clean them both with soap and warm water – no need to keep water away from any of their components.
How to Use the Nexus Revo Stealth
Use the Nexus Revo with a water-based lube. Apply a good amount of lube to the entire insertable shaft.
To turn on the Nexus Revo, press the vibration button once. Holding the same button for 1.5 seconds turns it off. When the toy is turned on, you can connect the remote control by hitting the power button on the remote once.
Insert the Nexus Revo with the rotations turned off. But I find having the vibrations turned on low can help insertion go smoothly.
Once inserted, using the remote control is the easiest way to control the Nexus Revo. Simply click the rotation or vibration buttons to cycle through the built-in settings.
Final Thoughts
The Nexus Revo Stealth offers great hands-free prostate pressure – something most vibrating plugs miss.
If you enjoy prostate plugs but wish they pressed on your prostate like manual toys, the Nexus Revo Stealth could be a great prostate massager for you.
