Je Joue G-spot Bullet with other bullet and mini vibrators in background

The Je Joue G-spot bullet is a mid-budget vibrator in Je Joue’s line of equally-priced bullets, which includes the Je Joue Classic, the Je Joue Amour, and the Je Joue Rabbit: each designed to provide slightly different, unique stimulation. As the name suggests, this one is designed for G-spot stimulation (as well as typical clitoral use).

Je Joue designs their vibrators specifically to have a rumbly, low-frequency motor so the vibrations travel deeper than buzzy vibrators. It competes with other rumbly bullet vibrators like the We-Vibe Tango X (clitoral use only) and Pillow Talk Racy (another G-spot bullet).

It has 5 intensity levels and 6 vibration patterns (7 if you include “constant”). It’s USB rechargeable, made of luxurious body-safe silicone, and is IPX7 waterproof for easy cleaning or use in the tub.

The Je Joue G-spot bullet is a good mid-budget option if you want something versatile with moderate power and rumbly vibrations. It has generally good performance for the price range. However, if internal stimulation is a priority, longer G-spot bullets like the Pillow Talk Racy are easier to maneuver. The Racy is comparably rumbly and a touch more powerful, too.

If you care more about power, the Lovense Ambi is also stronger and cheaper. Or the We-Vibe Tango X is better if you value more extreme rumbliness. But both of these options are just for clitoral use.

Vibrations: Power And Range

Max Power Rating: 6.8
Power Range Rating: 7.7
Power vs Frequency Graph:
How Strong Is Each Power?

The Je Joue G-spot Bullet has gentle to mid-powered vibrations, so it’s best for those who prefer milder stimulation. It starts whisper-soft at 1 out of 10 vibration strength and reaches a moderate 5.5 out of 10 on high.

Since the Je Joue G-spot bullet has 5 power levels, you have plenty of gradual steps in that mild range. This makes it excellent for those easily overstimulated by intense vibrations. It’s likely that none of these power levels will feel overwhelming to you.

I enjoy this bullet and can orgasm from it. But for someone like me who enjoys more intense vibrations, it takes more time and effort than bullets that reach at least a 6 out of 10 power.

Je Joue G-spot with Stronger Pillow Talk Racy and Lovense Ambi
The Je Joue G-spot Bullet (left) with stronger alternatives: the Pillow Talk Racy (middle) and Lovense Ambi (right)

If you prefer more power, consider the Pillow Talk Racy – a cheaper G-spot bullet vibrator with more strength and better overall performance. Or if you just want clit stimulation, the Lovense Ambi has a bit more power.

Vibrations: Frequency (Rumbliness)

Rumbliness Rating: 8.0
Power vs Frequency Graph:
Frequency on Low Power: 38 Hz (Extremely Rumbly)
Median Frequency: 67 Hz (Moderately Rumbly)
Frequency on High Power: 80 Hz (Neutral)
Rumbliness & Power Balance: 7.6

We rate rumbly vibrations higher than buzzy ones because most people prefer rumbliness. But consider what you enjoy!

The Je Joue G-spot Bullet’s vibrations have good rumbliness. The first 4 out of 5 vibration levels are in the rumbly range. And its lowest two settings are extremely rumbly. The Je Joue’s gentle to mid-powered, rumbly vibrations will feel wonderful to those overstimulated by intensity.

Those who enjoy both rumbliness and power may be disappointed that none of the Je Joue’s rumbly vibrations are especially strong.

Je Joue G-spot with Rumblier We-Vibe Tango X and Pillow Talk Racy
The Je Joue G-spot Bullet (left) with stronger, rumblier alternatives, the We-Vibe Tango X (middle) and Pillow Talk Racy (right)

The We-Vibe Tango X is a fantastic alternative if you need rumbly vibrations with higher strength. It’s my most rumbly bullet and is only about $10 more expensive. Or the cheaper Pillow Talk Racy G-spot bullet has similar rumbliness to the Je Joue G-spot bullet but packs more strength.

G-Spot Use

The Je Joue G-spot Bullet is a decent toy for vaginal use. It’s a fun gateway into G-spot vibrators and can help you explore internal stimulation. But it’s more challenging to use than full-sized G-spot vibrators that are longer and easier to leverage. It’s best to consider using the Je Joue for G-spot stimulation as a fun bonus to the typical clitoral use.

Je Joue G-spot Bullet Curved Tip
The Je Joue G-spot Bullet’s curved tip

The Je Joue G-spot Bullet’s short length (4.2 inches) is a downside. The bullet has to slide about an inch inside you – so you’re left with little handle length to grip. You can feel the vibrations on your G-spot, but its small size makes it difficult to leverage for movement or pressure.

I also prefer strong, rumbly vibrations for G-spot stimulation. The G-spot is less sensitive than the clit, so I want more oomph from the vibrations. The Je Joue has rumbly vibrations, but they’re relatively weak, so they have little impact internally.

Je Joue G-spot and Favorite Pillow Talk Racy
The Pillow Talk Racy (right) is taller with a more pronounced curve, which makes it better for G-spot stimulation than the Je Joue G-spot Bullet (left)

The Pillow Talk Racy is a better bullet vibrator for G-spot use than the Je Joue at a cheaper price. It has a longer handle that’s easier to leverage and more comfortable to grip. And it packs more power. It also has a bulbous, rounded head, which I prefer over the Je Joue G-spot Bullet’s tapered tip, which feels pokey. The Racy’s bulbous shape provides better contact with my G-spot and spreads the pressure more comfortably.

Stimulation Precision

Stimulation Precision: Medium
Je Joue G-spot Bullet Typical Tip Width Photo
Head or Tip Width: 0.95 inches
Tip Shape: Rounded

Whether you enjoy broad or focused clitoral stimulation is a personal preference.

The Je Joue G-spot Bullet provides somewhat focused clitoral stimulation, which I find really comfortable. The tip has a slight taper, so you can limit the contact with your body to a small area.

Je Joue G-spot with We-Vibe Touch X
The We-Vibe Touch X (right) has broader coverage than the Je Joue G-spot Bullet (right)

It’s not large enough to spread the vibrations over your whole vulva. For that, try a wide mini vibrator like the We-Vibe Touch X. Or if you enjoy especially broad stimulation, wand vibrators are the best. Instead, the Je Joue G-spot bullet is excellent for direct clitoral stimulation or indirect vibrations with good pressure.

Comfort & Ease of Use

Comfort & Ease of Use Rating: 9.6
Je Joue G-spot Bullet Comfort and Ease of Use Photo
Grip Comfort: 10.0
Controls: 9.0
Easy Leverage & Pressure: 10.0

The Je Joue G-spot Bullet is a very comfortable toy for clitoral stimulation (also see our section discussing G-spot use above). The bullet’s grip is very comfortable, and the vibrations don’t travel much into your hand.

Grip on Je Joue G-spot Bullet
Holding the Je Joue G-spot is comfortable

I can easily leverage this for good clitoral pressure without straining my wrist due to the comfortable length and hooked tip (although it’s too short for comfortable G-spot pressure). And the plush head is incredibly comfortable.

Buttons on Je Joue G-spot Bullet
The multi-button control system of the Je Joue G-spot Bullet

The Je Joue G-spot Bullet’s controls are excellent. It has separate buttons to increase power, decrease power, and change vibration patterns. You can also adjust the intensity of each pattern, which is rare in a bullet vibrator. Typically, you can only change the constant setting’s power.

The buttons require firm pressure, which can be mildly tiring if you change settings often. But it’s nothing that deters me from using it, and it keeps me from accidentally changing patterns or intensity.

Use During Sex

Use During Sex Rating: 10.0

Spooning: 10.0
Missionary: 10.0

The Je Joue G-spot is superb during sex. It’s a great length and width to fit into small areas without interfering or bumping into your partner. The curved head lets you keep the handle tight against your chest, which keeps it out of the way. I find angled vibrators like the Je Joue G-spot vibrator are typically easier to use for clit stimulation during sex than straight bullet vibrators.

Je Joue G-spot Handle Stays Near Body Compared to a Straight Bullet
The Je Joue G-spot’s curved end helps the base of the bullet stay closer to my body, which is helpful during use with a partner

The length allows you to adjust the pressure easily. And I love the plush head, which provides comfort even if things get a little bumpy with a lot of movement during sex.

Noise

Noise Rating: 9.3
Audibility Behind Closed Door: 10.0
Decibels on High Power: 44.1 dB
Decibels on Low Power: 35 dB
Low Power: Inaudible
Middle Power: Inaudible
High Power: Inaudible
High Power with Box Fan: Inaudible
High Power with Music: Inaudible

The Je Joue G-spot is a very quiet bullet vibrator. It’s completely inaudible from the other side of a closed door. So you don’t have to worry about housemates overhearing – even if you’re on the highest power level.

And even within the room, the noise is very subtle. So, even if you’re easily annoyed by vibration sounds, this is a safe option!

Battery Life

Battery Life Rating: 6.7
Je Joue G-spot Bullet Charging Cable Photo
Battery Life on High Power: 65 Minutes
Power Source: Rechargeable
Charging Cable: Micro USB

The Je Joue G-spot Bullet is rechargeable and has a reasonable battery life. It lasted 65 minutes, constantly vibrating on high power during our testing. But there are more powerful bullet vibrators that last longer.

For instance, the We-Vibe Tango X has 1.4 times the vibration power of the Je Joue G-spot bullet and lasted 105 minutes on high.

Build Quality

Build Quality Rating: 9.0
Je Joue G-spot Bullet Build Quality Photo

The Je Joue G-spot Bullet feels high-quality. The smooth silicone is comfortable. The tip’s plush texture feels especially luxurious. And the weight gives it a nice, solid feel that seems like it will last a while.

The buttons are tiny, and the click is very subtle, but they seem built to last, and I’ve had no trouble with the buttons functioning correctly.

Cleaning

Cleaning Rating: 10.0

This is a fully waterproof bullet vibrator, which makes cleaning it very easy. You can fully submerge the Je Joue G-spot bullet while washing it without fear of water damaging the toy. You can also take it with you in the tub!

The Je Joue G-spot is a well-made, comfortable toy with rumbly, low-to-medium powered vibrations. It’s more versatile than many bullet vibrators, allowing you to explore both clitoral and G-spot stimulation. However, its short length makes it difficult to use for G-spot stimulation, so it’s best to think of it as a fun bonus – not the primary purpose of the vibrator.

Je Joue G-Spot on Table with Box in Background

At a mid-budget price point, the lack of high-strength vibrations and challenging G-spot use are definite downsides for many people.

If you prefer very gentle to moderate, rumbly vibrations and primarily intend to use this bullet for clit stimulation, it can be a great option. But if you prefer more intense vibrations or want a bullet especially for G-spot use, there are better alternatives in this price range, like those below.

Compare Alternatives

Pillow Talk Racy

Je Joue G-spot and Favorite Pillow Talk Racy

The Pillow Talk Racy is a better option than the Je Joue G-spot bullet if you plan to use the vibrator for internal stimulation often. It has a longer handle and stronger top power settings, making it more maneuverable and impactful for G-spot use.

The Je Joue G-spot bullet’s lowest setting is more rumbly than the Pillow Talk Racy’s, but the rest of their power levels are remarkably similar in rumbliness.

Although the Pillow Talk Racy’s battery life is worse, lasting about 40 minutes on high power, the Pillow Talk Racy generally outperforms the Je Joue G-spot bullet at a lower price. Most people will benefit from choosing the Pillow Talk Racy instead.

Lovense Ambi

Je Joue G-spot Bullet and Lovense Ambi

The Lovense Ambi is better than the Je Joue G-spot bullet if you need several low power levels but also want stronger upper settings for more intense clitoral stimulation. Like the Je Joue G-spot bullet, the Ambi begins softly. But it finishes nearly 1.5 times as intense. Using the free Lovense app, you can also precisely set your vibration strength. Or create your own vibration patterns. The Ambi does not provide G-spot stimulation, so it’s only a good alternative if you’re looking for clitoral vibes specifically. But it’s a little cheaper and is one of my favorite mini-vibrators!

We-Vibe Tango X

Je Joue G-spot and We-Vibe Tango X

The We-Vibe Tango X is better than the Je Joue G-spot if you want even more rumbly clitoral vibrations with a bit more power. The Tango X packs 1.4x the power of the Je Joue G-spot bullet. And it remains extremely rumbly from start to finish. Whereas the Je Joue G-spot bullet begins rumbly but finishes in the neutral-feeling range. The Tango X is a bit more expensive, and it’s only for external use instead of G-spot stimulation, but it’s the most rumbly bullet I own!
