Je Joue Rabbit Bullet vs Satisfyer Ultra Power Bullet 5 Side-By-Side Comparison
Performance Ratings
Our Verdict
The Je Joue Rabbit Bullet is a mid-budget bullet vibrator with flexible rabbit ears at the tip. The ears are intended to hug your clit, offering unique stimulation. Unfortunately, the vibrations hardly travel through the ears, so the effect is minimal. They also take some meticulous placement to be comfortable.
The Je Joue Rabbit Bullet’s vibrations range from gentle to moderately strong but nothing too intense. It’s also less rumbly than Je Joue’s other bullet vibrators. It’s quiet and has good controls, but I found the rabbit ears underwhelming. If you want to try something interesting, I enjoyed the Je Joue Amour’s flutter tip much more! There are also plenty of traditional bullets I enjoy more – compare options here.
The Satisfyer Ultra Power Bullet 5’s power ranges from gentle to mid-strength, with a primarily buzzy feeling. Its affordable price makes it a reasonable contender for those overstimulated by high intensity and who prefer buzzy vibrations over rumbly ones. If you prefer more power, then the Blush Limited Addiction is a better option at the same price point – its strength ranges from medium to extreme with a similarly buzzy feel.
Or if you want more power and rumbliness, the Pillow Talk Racy is an excellent option if you can bump your budget up slightly.
The Satisfyer 5 has reasonable performance in other areas for its price. It’s very quiet, waterproof, and has almost 2 hours of battery life. I find its unique oval shape a little awkward but still comfortable during solo use. I have some trouble keeping consistent clitoral contact during sex, though. Overall, I recommend this bullet if you’re on a budget and prefer mild to mid-strength, buzzy vibrations.

Vibrations: Power And Range
The Je Joue Rabbit Bullet has a nice power range but only offers gentle through moderate strengths. It’s best for those who prefer mild stimulation.
The Je Joue Rabbit’s lowest setting is a 1 out of 10 vibration strength, which is very gentle and great for a warm-up. You climb comfortably through 5 power levels to its top strength of 5.4 out of 10. This is strong enough that I can orgasm with the Je Joue Rabbit Bullet, but only if I press the vibrator’s firm core to my body.
The motor is located in the bullet vibrator’s core – not in the rabbit ears. So the rabbit ears just pass along the vibrations from the main part of the bullet. As a result, stimulation from the rabbit ears feels weak. And they feel even weaker the harder you press since they cannot flutter around.
People who prefer gentle stimulation may enjoy this bullet. If you like more power, consider a bullet like the We-Vibe Tango X, which offers rumbly vibrations, or the Lovense Ambi, which offers more neutral vibrations.
The Satisfyer Ultra Bullet 5 is the best budget-friendly option if you only need low to medium power. There are 5 total power levels, with the first starting at 1.25 out of 10 vibration strength. The highest setting reaches 5.25 out of 10, which is not intense, but I can orgasm with it.
These settings give you plenty of gradual power levels in that softer range. So it’s an excellent option for those who are easily overstimulated. However, it won’t be enough for those who crave strong vibrations.
For intensity lovers, I’d recommend the Blush Limited Addiction instead. This budget-friendly bullet starts at 5 and reaches a 10 out of 10 vibration strength. Since it begins with fair power, it’s best for those who don’t need very gentle settings.
If you want a bullet covering the spectrum from gentle to intense, you’ll need to increase your budget a bit. The Pillow Talk Racy is the most budget-friendly option that has plenty of levels covering both mild and strong stimulation.
Vibrations: Frequency (Rumbliness)
We rate rumbly vibrations higher than buzzy ones because it’s what most people prefer.
Je Joue’s bullets are generally known for being rumbly, but the Je Joue Rabbit Bullet has mediocre rumbliness. The first three settings feel deep, but the top two strengths have a “neutral” feel. The Je Joue Amour and Je Joue G-spot Bullet are certainly more rumbly.
I enjoy neutral-feeling vibrations personally, so I don’t mind this about the Je Joue Rabbit, but those specifically looking for rumbliness will not be satisfied. You can find some better options at this price point, including Je Joue’s other bullets. Or the We-Vibe Tango X has exceptional rumbliness and is only a few dollars more.
Rumbly vibrations are what people most often prefer, so we rate those higher than buzzy ones. Though many people prefer buzziness, so consider what you enjoy.
The Satisfyer Ultra Power Bullet 5 is moderately buzzy. While the two softest power levels are rumbly, the top 3 levels I use most are buzzy. As someone who enjoys the neutral-feeling range, I’m bummed that this bullet skips right over it.
But this is to be expected with the cost – most cheap bullet vibrators are buzzy. If you want rumbly vibrations, you’ll need to increase your budget. The most affordable option that falls completely in the rumbly section is the We-Vibe Tango if you can find it, otherwise go for the Pillow Talk Racy, which is also very rumbly. The We-Vibe Tango X is the most rumbly but a bit pricier.
Stimulation Precision
Compared to other bullets, the Je Joue Rabbit’s stimulation is between focused and broad (a personal preference).
It’s about 1.11 inches from edge-to-edge of the rabbit ears, which is broader than many bullets. I use this measurement because I’ve found you feel the rabbit ears together. I expected the stimulation to feel like two distinct, focused points, but that’s not the case. Your body cannot feel that there are two separate ears.
The Je Joue Rabbit Bullet’s traditional core is a pretty average bullet width (0.83 inches) – less precise than some famous bullets like the We-Vibe Tango X (0.69 inches).
If you use just one rabbit ear, you can limit contact to a smaller area if you’d like, but you can’t achieve firm pressure or strong vibrations doing this.
You can get reasonably precise stimulation using the Satisfyer Ultra Power Bullet 5’s tip or more mid-focused stimulation by pressing its side to your body. The tip is great for direct stimulation in a fairly small area. And I also love the indirect stimulation of pressing the side to my lips. If you prefer broader stimulation, some other mini vibrators like the Dame Pom or We-Vibe Touch X may suit you better.
Comfort & Ease of Use
The Je Joue Rabbit Bullet is easy to use and feels pleasant to hold. The handle is a comfortable length to grip and leverage, and the vibrations don’t travel much into your hand while using it.
However, applying firm pressure with the rabbit ears is difficult. They’re very flexible, and pressing firmly makes the vibrations feel weaker. Those who like to apply pressure would do better with a traditional bullet like the Je Joue Classic.
You can still achieve some pressure with the Je Joue Rabbit Bullet by pressing the rigid core against your body instead of the ears. But the ears can get in the way a bit when doing this.
The controls are excellent – the Je Joue Rabbit Bullet has separate buttons to increase and decrease power. A third button cycles through the vibration patterns. And you can adjust the intensity of each pattern. So you can quickly and easily find your preferred setting.
The Satisfyer Bullet 5 is easy to hold and leverage. The shape is bulbous – bulging out in the toy’s middle and gradually narrowing toward the tip. It feels a little awkward in my hand but doesn’t inhibit good pressure or a firm grip.
The vibrations don’t travel into my hand either, so griping for long periods is comfortable.
There’s one button to control the vibration intensities and patterns, so unfortunately, you have to cycle through them all to get to the one you want. I prefer the bullets that let you power up or back down, like the Blush Limited Addiction. If greater control is a priority to you, the Satisfyer Ultra Bullet 8 is about the same cost, and you have greater control over it with the Satisfyer app.
Use During Sex
The Je Joue Rabbit Bullet is disappointing during sex.
You need to place the rabbit ears precisely to feel the vibrations and situate them comfortably. This can be distracting and frustrating during sex.
Due to the flexible ears, firm pressure is also difficult to achieve with this bullet. Using the firm core at the base of the ears can help, but this requires holding the toy at an angle that starts to bump against your partner’s chest when facing each other.
Many bullets are easier to use during sex than the Je Joue Rabbit Bullet. I especially like options with a curved or angled head (like the Pillow Talk Racy and Lovense Ambi) that help the bullet fit more easily between bodies.
The Satisfyer Ultra Bullet 5 is alright during sex. The bulbous shape and short length make maneuvering more awkward during sex than by yourself, but it’s not impossible. The tapered shape makes it challenging to keep clitoral contact in positions facing your partner like Missionary.
In positions facing the same direction as your partner (like Spooning), it’s easy to keep this bullet pressed to my clit. Though leveraging it for good pressure is a little tiring on my fingers since it’s so small.
I prefer longer bullets during sex like the Blush Limited Addiction or Pillow Talk Racy. These allow you to loosely grab the end and adjust the angle and pressure with a light twist of your fingers.
Noise
The Je Joue Rabbit Bullet is exceptionally quiet. Even when I’m using the highest strength, my partner cannot hear this toy from the other side of a closed door. It’s a safe option if you live with others.
Of course, part of the reason it’s quiet is that it’s not very powerful. Plenty of stronger bullets are even quieter.
The Satisfyer Power Bullet 5 is inaudible on all power levels from behind a closed door. So it’s a safe option even if you have housemates. Part of why it’s so quiet is that it’s a mid-strength bullet.
There are also plenty of bullets out there that get stronger but still cannot be heard from outside your bedroom. The Lovense Ambi, Pillow Talk Racy, and Blush Limited Addiction are a few of my favorite discreet bullet vibrators.
Battery Life
The Je Joue Rabbit Bullet is rechargeable and has a reasonable battery life. In our test, it lasted 75 minutes on its highest power. This is enough for me, but it is slightly below average. You can find bullets that last over an hour and a half, like the We-Vibe Tango X.
If you choose the Je Joue Rabbit Bullet, just charge it after each use.
The Satisfyer Bullet 5 has great battery life, lasting nearly two hours on high power. So you can enjoy multiple sessions with it between charges.
Build Quality
The Je Joue Rabbit Bullet has excellent build quality. It has a good weight that makes it seem durable and feels nice in my hand. The silicone is silky smooth, and I enjoy the feel of the button press.
This seems like a solid bullet, and I’ve had no problems with it functioning as it should.
The Satisfyer Ultra Power Bullet 5 has reasonable build quality for its affordable price. The lightweight plastic definitely feels a little cheap. The button on the end takes some effort to press, which can be frustrating. But I’ve had no issues with performance or the toy breaking.
Cleaning
The Je Joue Rabbit Bullet is 100% waterproof (IPX7), which makes it extremely easy to clean. You can fully submerge it in soapy water and scrub it without worrying about water damage.
The Satisfyer Ultra Power Bullet 5 is very easy to clean. It’s IPX7 waterproof which is completely submersible. So you can clean it with soap and water without worry – and even take it into the bath with you!
